Now what is the best way to safely go through this phase of decline and ascension and to maintain mental, mental and physical integrity and health?

Give up the resistance!

First of all, I ask you:

-Give up all resistance to the current development! Most of all, give up resistance and worry, because now so many people are turning to the dark instead of the light. What is happening now is happening according to the prenatal agreement of the soul. A lot of people are lost – and that’s what the individual soul longs for and wants.
Please do not interfere in the lives and decisions of your fellow human beings mentally or energetically. Unless you are explicitly required to do so.

Things are going their way, and today your unconditional love for what you are will be tested – and today you can become proficient in it.

Because people choose the dark path and the decision to fall takes place in your next environment. So let go! Meditate on this theme until you can accept and embrace everything from the bottom of your soul.

As a second point, I would like to add:
-Please deepen your transformation work! Give your concerns and problems the attention they need now, so they can resolve them! Dedicate yourself to your fears so that you can see through them, recognize them and release them! More than ever, you should keep your house clean and clean your door! Keep your inner alignment with God and realize the deep meaning of your existence on this 3D Earth!

You are the light that shines on those who want to find themselves, so make sure that the light within you never stops and that the flame of life never goes out.

As heaven opens in your soul, you are experiencing the chaos of 3D Earth outside.

This challenge has to be overcome, because remember who you are: a master who chooses to be perfect in this life.

If you have bad days, give it all to God!
If you have a good day, share your joy with God!

Follow God’s every step and feel his presence in our hearts and in our daily lives.

Strength, courage, perseverance, composure, security and love – you can find everything in God! I’m with you. I’m omnipresent and omnipotent. I am the beginning and the end!
