I’m Sananda. At this time, at these moments of this great transformation taking place, I come to you. This great transformation is awakening more and more people on earth. They are awakening.

More and more people find themselves in pain and no longer have illusions about the life they have been familiar with. More and more people realize that it’s time to get out of this illusion. Many people now realize that this is an illusion. They see all the things they once believed to be true, and they now realize that they are no longer true. They were cheated. Like many of you, all of you, have understood this. You’ve been cheated most of your life. But now you see through the veil.

This veil exists only because of your programming. But once the program is uncovered, once you surpass it and put down the attachment of the program, the veil disappears forever. The veil exists only when you believe it exists. Darkness, fear only exists when you believe it exists. Know it’s not there.

You know, there’s no reason to be afraid. When you fully understand this, a new prospect will appear in front of you. A vision beyond your wildest dreams and wildest imaginations. We know you’re all imaginative. Haven’t you fully seen that this is possible? Because many of you are still mired in the mire of programming, you have gone through many generations, created many patterns that bind you, and have bound you.

It’s time to let go of the patterns, the procedures, and the karma. For karma exists only when one perceives its existence. Just like the program.

It’s time to get rid of all this. Because you are all preparing to contact more people now. Because your time is coming. You’ve heard of all the disillusioned people in the world. Began to realize how much they had been deceived. When this happens, you, those of you, the path revealer, the truth teller, the shining of light, will be ready and in a position to bring light to them, opening the door beyond the illusion of separation. It’s time for more people to be willing and ready to enter your mission more fully. You’re ready. You have adapted to these energies and are continuing to adapt to the energies entering the earth.

But know that there are so many people on earth who have not adapted to these energies like you. They are still struggling. Struggling in the dark, looking for light, my friend, you are the light.

If the confrontation being experienced eventually leads to a peaceful settlement, it marks a desire to avoid actions involving death and destruction. This would create a smarter way to resolve disputes without the use of force. This can set a precedent for the future. As the vibration continues to rise, peace begins to come to earth. Your history is a series of battles and wars, with huge loss of life and the cost of repairing the huge damage it has caused. We see a glimmer of hope that this quarrel may be the last threat and conduct of war. Common sense will prevail and set a mark for any further controversy.

Most people on earth pray for lasting peace and the end of war so that life can become a safe experience to enjoy. A place where people can come together and yearn for a satisfactory life without troubles. Otherwise, the terror of war and the destruction of people’s homes and their lives will continue to repeat. We ask you if you really want peace or war, because from experience, it takes a long time to recover, let alone the cost of making up for the loss. Labor costs also undermine your future aspirations as a country, and it will take a long time to recover from such losses.

The sooner you realize the benefits of cooperation, the faster you can overcome your current problems. You will be able to focus entirely on rebuilding a society that reflects the changes needed to push you into a new era, and all its benefits are waiting to be introduced. There are so many things that will push you into a future you haven’t experienced, which will help you easily overcome your current problems and give you more time to pursue your goals.

First hand experience is a major event and will not be forgotten because it shapes your point of view and understanding of how others view and respond to life. Many of you have lived many, many lives that give you a wonderful appreciation that makes people themselves and represent them.

We will say that you did not live until you rose to higher vibrations because they are so different from the life you know. You will find them exciting and wonderful, and they are likely to be more than you ever dreamed of and can’t be fully expressed in your language. Joy and harmony exist around you, and everything shows itself in perfect form. Animals also live in harmony, as wildness has been replaced by the gentle and pleasant ways of all life forms. Love is everywhere, and nature and all things live in harmony. As your Bible says, “the lion will sleep with the lamb”, because there will be no more animals that prey on others, and everything will exist in love and peace. In fact, you are beginning to see the early stages of these changes.

Peace is coming, but first it begins when mankind begins to see and understand the absurdity of fighting your brothers and sisters. Think about how much progress will be accelerated when countries come together for a common cause. After two world wars, or when you count the cold war, it is the Third World War. You are in an era of change, so accept it, introduce change and bring permanent peace to the world. The old method of using force to achieve an end is over forever. If those in power do not accept that the time has come for peace to come to the earth, replace them with those who accept it.

We have told you many times that you are “one”. In the past, you have often been together many times and have laid the cornerstone of your path to a greater existence. When you are ready, we will help you. Many great souls are already with you and waiting for the right time to reveal what they provide will accelerate your process to a higher level, which is completely beneficial to all of you. One of the greatest inventors you’ve ever benefited from is with you again, taking you to a further stage than before – his name is Tesla.

You can now see how we can help you when you are ready, which is why we tell you that you have so many expectations in the near future. It seems that you have been let go, which is true to some extent, but we have been monitoring what you are doing. That’s why many of you are here, and some have come back through time and space. Yes, in about 300 years, you will come here with a contract to bring light to the game unfolding on earth. Many people want to know what life will be like 300 years later, but this is not the purpose of their trip. Rather, it is sowing the seeds of light in key places, making the transition to the next higher state easier and less fearful. Few people are aware of their mission or their spiritual time travel, but they carry a special heart rhythm and plant what we call the seeds of light. They have brought light to many critical situations, although most people are not aware of their talents.

Some travelers are here waiting to find out why they are here and what they should do. Their influence is far-reaching, although they don’t always feel it themselves.

Many have picked up the seeds of light they have planted, just by being here and influencing the collective. One day, the administrator was sitting at his desk. We took him on a quick trip. This is the first time we have sent the breeder home. He found himself walking down a long street. As you will see in the old movies, the west, a very old place, dusty streets and wooden buildings. He was walking in the street when he suddenly noticed a figure coming towards him from a distance. The closer he gets to the goal, the more excited he gets. When the figure began to come into view, he realized he didn’t know him. The watchman’s brain couldn’t find any records or memories about the man, but his heart was burning. Suddenly a name came out of his mouth. He said, “Ella.” At that moment, all the memories came back, the veil was lifted, and he remembered that you would call him his closest friend. They have spent many lives together, but in this incarnation, Ella will watch at home. They hugged each other deeply and remembered how important they were to each other. Then the watchman woke up and returned to his desk. He thought it was a wonderful dream.

In the following days, some strange things will happen to remind him of that experience and Ella. Someone will look at him or say some stupid words, which will trigger a good memory, which has been lost before. In many lives together, Ella was always energetic and always smiled to remind the keeper that it was just a game. Ella planted the seeds of light that day. Of course, he was the original spiritual family. Facts have proved that the guardian finally communicated directly with Ella and now communicates directly with him. But this is a little unusual for that kind of contract.

So, what happened to these sudden people? Does that mean you need to change your life, bring these people into your world and get close to them from now on? No, for most of you, it won’t happen. Usually, the initial spiritual family members come sporadically. They may pass you in the street and you’ll look back. When you make eye contact, you recognize that spirit. It may not be human, but you will recognize the soul. You may try to figure out who they are or why you recognize them, but in a moment, they disappear again. You’ll like it, great!” Throughout the process, they snickered behind your back. It’s clear that you’ll be in trouble. If the protagonists of love are part of your family, it is likely that the people you see will plant these seeds into your timeline. If so, they usually laugh happily.

Even if you don’t have their references now, they will appear in the next six months. You will have a steady stream of people coming back to remind you of your light. To help reflect your beauty and your brilliance in the world, everything around you will begin to see where it goes and how it works. You are a magician on the game board. You are all creative beings, and everything you balance between your heart and mind will appear. But as you move into higher vibrations, there are many attributes you are not familiar with. You can’t listen to every word they say, because it will change your life, not just the contract you have reached. Many of them will soon get through the difficulties, plant seeds and leave. They will only leave you a good memory so that you can recognize a beautiful thing at first sight, but you are not sure what it is. Your spiritual family is taking care of you and raising you in ways you don’t know. When you go home, someone will pat you on the shoulder. Big table

We want you to be aware of it. Now you see, before you come in, you sit around the big table. You bring all your friends, all the people you know, and sometimes thousands of people. That’s why we call it the big table. It’s where you build these connections and contracts. You say, “Oh, I’m going to earth, and you’re going too. Let’s work together. Surprisingly, most people sitting around that table can’t see you at all. Many of them are there just to sow the seeds of light; They did it by contract. These are very close souls you know. They have agreed to cross your path for a short period of time and, if conditions are right, plant light seeds on your path. Many of them are there to remind you and support you because you are part of their inner family. We call it your original spiritual family because you knew them well before you came to earth. What is happening now is very interesting. It’s worrying that it’s not going to take root on this planet, but it’s not going to take root. Worryingly, it will flow completely through the earth and have an impact, but it will not stay. So what’s happening is that everyone around the table decides to attract your attention in some way. Although this will continue for quite a long time, the first wave of your interaction with people will occur in the next six months. What would it be like for you? Suddenly, you look out from the corner of your eyes and find someone looking at you. He looks really familiar.

Maybe you’ll hear them as if you know their voices. You know more about them than you might. You try to remember where you know them, but it doesn’t help. Well, honey, it’s because you know them from home, not from this avatar. In addition, there are people you are particularly close to at home, just like on earth. You have all these beautiful people. You can play with them and enjoy every day of your life. However, you tend to stay in small groups. You are surrounded by people who make you feel good and bring light, but there are only a few groups to choose from. When you are at home, these groups are quite large. There is no limit and no energy consumption. Try to establish these connections because it’s right there. This is starting to happen on earth, but it will take some time to achieve. This is what you do so kindly. It will take some time to anchor a new reality on your earth. At the same time, you will see an aspect over and over again, so we want to make you aware of this.

Find your center and connect

Sow bright seeds in the collective heart

Let’s start by sowing the seeds of light in the tense places of the earth. You can plant in Ukraine, Russia and the United States, or anywhere your guidance attracts you. You can plant seeds in the hearts of all humans anywhere, without even having to talk about any particular topic. Make it clear that you are not using these seeds to influence people’s single point of view. In the higher vibrations, there is no black or white, as everything is a different shade of gray. Instead, seeds are meant to take those who see them to a higher level, where you are all connected. At that higher level, you can see each other’s spirit, there are few differences. A trip home^_^

You don’t need to have read much of my material to encounter a mention of Lisa. She’s my BFF (best friend forever), house-mate and business-support partner. She’s also my ex-life-partner! So, quite an important person in my life!

And today I do believe I have a treat in store for you. Lisa felt called to begin sharing a little of her story. She wrote a gorgeous description of her perspective on our shared journey from ego to heart. It is, as she says, “A tale of two spoilt yuppies and their soul adventures in building an off-the-grid home and attempting to live a self-sustaining lifestyle in the Outeniqua mountains of South Africa’s Garden Route.” And so it my delight to share that with you as my first guest blog post.

lisaFive years ago Arn and I gave up our upwardly mobile corporate careers, our executive ego-toys and our jet-setting city party lifestyle to retire to a smallholding bordering on the indigenous forest, high up in the majestic Outeniqua mountains of South Africa’s Garden Route. We paid off our debt, sold our fancy sports cars and yuppie city home, sold or donated tons of belongings and cashed out of the rat race. From now on we would live on a debt-free basis and attempt to wean ourselves off of our addictions to excess.

We pretty much built our new home with our own hands (other than the basic timber frame, which was built by a registered builder). In the process we developed a host of new skills, not to mention muscles, calluses and a whole lot of respect for each other and for our own bodies. Physically building your own home is, quite possibly, the ultimate test of any relationship! It was exhausting, frustrating and, ultimately, unbelievably rewarding. Our home is 100% off the grid (solar-powered) and we collect and store rainwater and clean our own waste water using a reed-bed filtration system, all of which we built ourselves. We organically grow most of our own food (except for meat, which Arn still eats, and items such as condiments, eggs, tea, dairy produce etc). Arn supports us financially through his writings and client consultations via Skype and my job is food growing and processing and home maintenance. A huge departure from our previous life in which we had domestic help and very rarely actually used our kitchen for much more than making tea and toast!

We believed we were moving from the city to the country, but the move was actually from our egos into our hearts. The journey has often been challenging, sometimes downright terrifying, hugely surprising, but always incredibly worthwhile.

As the city distractions melted away and the work of finishing and moving into our new home gradually abated, things got very real, very fast. When you can’t blame your lack of happiness or your bad mood or your blues or your sense of anxiety or incipient panic on all the things that you used to blame (the traffic, the boss, the hectic work schedule, the pollution, your debt, etc, etc, etc…), then you have to start looking deep inside of yourself for the reasons. In this very quiet and beautiful place, it becomes impossible to hide from yourself any longer. That’s when the real work begins. The work of confronting your deepest shadow-shelf; the work of taking ownership of your life and of the reality you choose to create. The work of moving out of victim-consciousness into creator-consciousness.

I had always considered myself to be a city girl, through-and-through, and so I had naturally expected to miss the restaurants, the clubs, bars, designer coffee/book stores, trendy clothing, international travel and other baubles, delights and compensations for city dwelling. What I hadn’t anticipated was that I would hardly even notice the loss of these things in the activity of building our new home and in the delights of discovering new ways of being. But what was completely unexpected was my intense struggle with the loss of all the ego identifications that I hadn’t even realized were integral to my view of myself. It is a fascinating journey to discover who you really are if you are not your possessions, your qualifications, your job title, your achievements, your lifestyle, your crazy busy-ness and all the myriad other things that give you your sense of self and of value. In stripping away all of these ego-attachments, I have had to find OK-ness with who I AM, rather than with what I DO. None of the new people I’ve met since moving here knew me when I was a corporate warrior, clawing my way up the boardroom ego-ladder. To them I am simply a housewife / subsistence farmer and it has been surprisingly difficult to come to terms with being “just” that. Only latterly have I finally stopped regaling new acquaintances with tales of how I “used to be…” (fill in the dots with the ego-craving du jour). It’s been a hard-fought journey to wean myself off the ego-addictions and to find a new centredness, under the direction of my heart. Ego is a great servant, but a terrible master and I’ve had to pry the white knuckles of my ego off the reins of control and hand them over to where they truly belong – my heart, which is, of course, the portal to my most authentic inner-self. I still sometimes struggle with the dreaded question: “What do you do?” or, “But, don’t you get bored?” Then my ego wants to rear up and find ways to convince whoever is asking the question that I’m really an interesting / intelligent / worthwhile person, even if I’m currently “just a housewife”. Which brings me to yet another struggle –weaning myself off the need for approval.

I hadn’t realized quite how addicted I had been to approval and affirmation from others, particularly from so-called “authority figures”. And there is ALWAYS someone who will tell you exactly what it is you should be doing and how and when, with promises of all that you will gain if you do exactly what they tell you to do. The problem is that either you don’t receive the touted rewards, or, even worse… you do! But somehow they simply don’t satisfy. And worse, if you’re just a little bit observant, you will notice people all around you doing exactly what they are told will bring them most of everything that they think they want – wealth, fame, health, happiness – and yet, look a little deeper and you will find that they’re really not happy at all. We are tricked into thinking that we will be happy “when…” and of course, we never are.

Well, I had to very rapidly relinquish my need for approval because the reality was that nobody was going to approve this “crazy choice” of mine! I have discovered, however, that peoples’ judgements and opinions of me or of my “crazy” choices tell me absolutely nothing about myself, but quite a lot about the person holding that opinion. There are no guidelines, or manuals or gurus who are going to show me how to proceed (or give me pats on the shoulder or prizes should I “succeed”). I have to reach deep within myself to find my own inner truth and knowing, and then have the courage to follow the dictates of my heart, even when (especially when!) these don’t lead to approval, recognition, money or sometimes even make any sense whatsoever to my logical mind. And the more I find the courage and tenacity within myself to do so, the more my world opens up with new insights, higher consciousness, more truth, beauty, deeper connection and yes… joy, peace and love.

One of my main reasons for this move was that I could no longer find meaning or purpose in the chase after money and other ego gratifications, but my journey over the past 5 years has given me some interesting insights into meaning and purpose. I have realized that meaning is something that we choose to attribute to something and so, although corporate and city life became meaningless to me personally, it is not inherently so for others, and I hold no judgements of those still wishing / needing to live that lifestyle. However, I have to admit that I find far greater meaning in growing carrots now than I ever found in running a business and in making money! But the search for meaning is a deeply personal journey that we have to make for ourselves.

Purpose is, of course, completely different. When I first moved here, I embarked upon an exhaustive (and exhausting!) search for the purpose of my life. Because, of course, it HAD to be something important and worthwhile to justify giving up my big, important corporate career, didn’t it? But now, 5 years later, the only purpose that seems worthwhile to me is the search for, and expression of, my own, deepest and most authentic self. This is also the most meaningful contribution I could possibly make, the only thing I have come to this reality for and, moreover, the most that I can ever expect of myself. It’s probably never going to be anything “big” or “important” in the eyes of the world and it’s probably never going to make me tons of money or gain me approval or recognition. However, I’ve already explored those avenues and I know that they lead to bleak, meaningless dead-ends that provide no real lasting joy, so why go there again?

So much for the challenges! What have I gained from the experience? Well… only space, time, (almost) complete freedom, true health on every level, the understanding of what abundance really means, boundless happiness and, even more importantly, contentment, deep connection with myself, with Arn, with my community, with Nature and the gradual unfolding of a kinder, gentler, far more centred version of myself.

A few words on the meaning of abundance… Arn and I now live very comfortably on less than we used to spend on entertainment alone in the city, but somehow we have absolutely everything we need (and even much of what we want), whereas I often felt a sense of lack and emptiness and a constant desire for more “stuff” when I lived in the city. When I bring in a basket absolutely groaning with fresh produce that I’ve grown myself and when we eat meals that are 100% comprised of food I have grown and made myself, then I feel such a sense of deep gratitude for the abundance of my life, which I never experienced, even when partaking of the finest restaurant meals in my previous life. When I open my cupboards to find row-upon-row of bottled and preserved food from our own garden to see us through the winter months; that is abundance. When we sit on the deck and look out over the forested gorges or watch a magnificent sunset behind the mountains, that is abundance. When we simply watch the dogs playing or spend hours talking or even not saying anything at all, that too is abundance. When I wake up every morning, filled with exciting plans and none of the dread that for me formed an almost imperceptible backdrop to city living… well that is an abundance of inestimable value.

Arn and I are now together 24/7, whereas before I had a hectic work and travel schedule. We have reached very deep and ever-unfolding levels of understanding and compassion for each other as we have witnessed each other’s challenges and struggles and have shared in each other’s triumphs and joys. We feel a great sense of awe and wonder at the courage and majesty of the other, which we would probably never even have noticed in the distractions of city living.

Was it worth it? Yes, yes, a million times, YES! Would I ever go back to the city / corporate lifestyle? I sincerely hope that never becomes necessary and, given my new understanding of how we definitely do create our reality with our intent, I’m certainly not choosing to create that ever again.

What lies ahead? Well, every day is filled with novelty, interest and excitement, but I do believe that there is some brand-new adventure lying just beyond the horizon for me. I sense that I have been pupating for the past 5 years; first needing to remove a lot of the old “flaky paint” off the canvass of my soul before I would be ready to undertake the fresh, new creative endeavours that lie ahead. The next steps on the inner journey of my soul.

Jesus – you are real

Only love. Nothing else is needed, because love is everything. All sentient beings are wrapped in an infinite energy field, that is, everything. There was never a moment when love stopped embracing its creation. In any case, out of free will, you are always free to choose, a choice of experience separation is made, and a seemingly independent state – a fictional state that never existed – is established to engage with that experience. That state seems very real, because this is the goal it is established. All sentient beings who choose to experience the form find it a very convincing reality, even if it is completely illusory

Because it looks very real, happiness, pain, uncertainty, anxiety, limitation and fear as part of this illusion can be very strong, increasing its sense of reality. So it’s important to go inside every day, to love waiting for you, longing for you to invite it to embrace your temple

That divine embrace is your power. The source really wants to embrace you, but it won’t unless you choose to invite it to do so. Love will never overshadow your personal free choice. Many of you choose not to accept the loving embrace that is always available to you immediately, because the false but very persuasive separation experience worked even before your human childbirth process began, creating a belief within you that you do not deserve God’s love

Far from it! You were created to be one with the God of parents

You have never been separated from this state, and you can never be, because it is the only state. This may sound like a limitation to your free will, but it’s not. You are one with the infinite vastness, that is, the source, so you are completely unlimited. Limitations are illusory.
When you have a form of love that allows you to experience yourself, it will greatly reduce your sense of belonging, but it will allow you to enter your own form, which will greatly limit you

Limitations are subordinate to form, and when you enter the interior and go to the temple, you are free to be in form and the limitations that form gives you, if you choose so. You can always choose, even though your ego spends unlimited time persuading you not to.

Therefore, instead of bombarding your fears and doubts with glory or engagement, choose to engage and assist in the collective awakening process. Each of you is a vital and irreplaceable partner of parental God

As you are often told – each of you, without exception – is currently incarnating on earth because you have chosen to assist the collective awakening process towards its noble and glorious end.

The intention to become love, no matter what happens, is everything you need. Why? Because love is everything, each of you is one with love and is in the source / love all the time you exist forever. Therefore, your presence and your field will elevate and inspire people nearby and urge them to realize that life is more complex than they experience as humans.

Let them know intuitively that their lives will not end with the death of the physical body. This is a very powerful urge that will urge them to open their minds and hearts to the source, even if they have not felt the tendency to do so before, so as to wake up with you

You are a divine being, completely inseparable from the source – the parent God – and you can gain great power all the time. In any case, when you choose to believe that you are a very limited form, this will not be obvious.

Of course, your human form is very limited, because this is their goal, and they show you their limitations very clearly through their own vulnerability.

They are actually a very good display of the madness of “trying to separate from the source”. This separation will never happen, because what she created will always be one with her, expanding creation infinitely for you and her endless curiosity and joy in happy, harmonious and completely willing cooperation

Creation continues forever, expands forever and will not change.

This is an absolutely incredible paradox for you, an impossible unreasonable state, but it’s just because you live in an illusory limited state. You can’t imagine such a constant and expanding state, providing your most wonderful ecstasy all the time. As you have been told many times, “when you wake up, your joy will be amazing.”

And you’ll wake up soon! Be ready, joy will overwhelm you, if you are still experiencing limitations, because you will realize – you will know – that you are not limited, but fully enjoy the unity of existence again, always in one and source, free from all doubts, anxieties or fears, because illusory cannot rise in your mind,

Accompany the illusory “if” situation to disturb or upset you.

You are real, form and fear are not.

Prepare for the most moving and exciting scenes, the magic and joy that are completely beyond your imagination

That is why it is so important for you not to interfere by thinking your way out of receiving what you have asked for and what is being freely given by us and the others who help you.

This bodes very well for all of you in regards to the upcoming March energies, as well as the equinox energies that are coming your way very shortly.

You are ready for some major changes there in your lives and on planet Earth, and enough of you have surrendered and have accepted the current state of affairs to allow in what you’ve been asking for at this time.

And when you ask, you ask for not only yourselves, but for everyone else there on Earth as well, and that amplifies the delivery of all of the energies, as well as increasing the power and strength of those energies.

You are making room in your chakras for what you have asked for by letting go of what no longer serves you, and while that has been a painful process for many of you, just keep in mind that whenever you’re going through something, whether it’s a painful emotional experience or a painful body, you are making progress because you are releasing what you are becoming aware of in that moment.

Keep embracing, surrendering, and being willing to feel everything that comes up for you, and you will continue to be the most powerful conduits of energy that Earth has ever seen, and remember also to call upon us directly and to expect that what you ask for is automatically given to you. That will make it easier for you to relax and receive it.

Many of you have been asking when and how things on earth will change. You may be impatient that things don’t change fast enough. You also ask why you don’t have the property, partner or life you so desire. You may feel that you have been working tirelessly on the work of light, but you still don’t have what you really want. It seems that other immoral souls are getting more. It doesn’t seem fair at all

We fully understand your feelings. We come to tell you that these feelings must be recognized, but we tell you not to give up at the last moment. God knows that each of you will never forget what you have done and everything will be better in the very near future

You are all in the final stages of a long battle. Now is not the time to give up. You are all tired and broken, but we say to you, slow down and know that you are all great. You have really done a good job for Gaia and her ascension

Many things change behind the scenes. We ask you to find patience and stick to it, so that you can finally enjoy the fruits of labor. We ask you to go as far as possible into inner meditation and manifest the new world you all desire so much

It is also important to return to your life and be grateful for all the lessons you have learned. Forgive those you hold and those you don’t feel good about. Congratulate yourself, because you are a new and powerful sentient being, and you are no longer what you were yesterday. If your manifestations did not happen in the past, keep them, for now they will happen faster than you can imagine

Again, we say to you, thank you for what you have and know that you have all the guidance, angels, stars and family help to achieve everything you desire. We won’t let you down. Don’t listen to people who deny you, because they still have their own courses to learn
