You do need to be open, receptive, and hold a higher vibration in order to actualize what you’ve been summoning in your Earthly life experience

and that is why beings and collectives from all across the universe seek to inform you as to how you can better open up, receive, and raise your vibration to become that conduit for higher frequency energies that you were always meant to be in this lifetime.

The old model, the old story, says that you need to earn your way into the good graces of God, or Source. That has never been the case. The truth is that engaging in an act of service, being kind to someone else, naturally puts you in a higher-vibrational state. And when you are in a higher-vibrational state, you are then more likely to receive what you have been asking for. 

This is the lifetime where you shift from that archaic paradigm to one where you recognize yourselves as co-creators and colleagues with the collectives that exist in the higher dimensions. Now is the time to recognize that you are not separate from them. Therefore, these higher-vibrational beings could never forget you, never leave you out, or not notice when you are calling upon them. But again, you need to do the work, and the work we are referring to is not hard labor. 

We are talking about meditating, being open and receptive, and putting yourselves into those higher-vibrational states by following your feelings. Trust in yourselves and trust in yourselves, and trust in this universe, a universe that wants you to succeed, that wants to see you all getting into those higher-vibrational states and recognizing that you can create anything at all, for yourselves, for your fellow humans, and for all beings and collectives throughout the galaxy and this wondrous universe of ours.

Greetings to all upon Mother Earth at this very ending time of Mother Earth’s 3D civilization. It is this coming moment of her graduation to a higher dimension that all of the Lighted Realms have waited for, for thousands of years.

You have read the many messages that I have given Anne to pen, but this one is a most important one for you to consider and and take to heart, When I say the Lighted Realms have waited, I shall add that the planets in this Apsu System have waited eons of time for this moment. Not only that, but there are civilizations on all other plants in 5th dimension and higher, for all other planets in you Apsu System have graduated long ago.

Oh yes, all planets that I have created have a soul. There is soul in every blade of grass, every insect bird, animal and aquatic life. Man flits about in total unawareness and thinks that his life on earth is the only life he has lived, and someday he shall be raptured to a pink cloud and live happily ever after.

That is one great reason so many people are on the Astral Plane and totally blown away when they pass on, how unaware they lived their life in that fleshy envelope. However, I am delighted that these ones are working hard at graduation and many HAVE graduated to the Higher Realms. They have been provided with lap tops computers, and all necessary equipment to read the Phoenix Journals placed on Fourwinds, and the curret messages from the Lighted Realms that they read over and over.

Oh, that all still sleeping ones on Earth would do the same!
I want to mention, also, that there are thousands of visiting delegates from other planets and Star Systems that are all around Mother Earth waiting for this glorious event in time.
So, what is the latest fantastic news? THE PLANETS IN THE APSU SOLAR SYSTEM ARE LINED UP. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED FOR 500 YEARS! What is the significance of this rare alignment? I will tell you how the Truth, and it is not a miracle but a rare astrological event that happens at a certain time. I am sure that many of you have gazed out at the early morning time to view with spectacular event.

What is the significance of this event? Mother Earth is to graduate to 5th dimension by turning on her axis, as she has doe 20,000 times. The dark ones upon her surface, meaning the minions of the Satanian and Niburian Empires, have worked hard to prevent Mother Earth from turning to gain 5th dimension at this time. All other “turnings” were a return to 3rd dimension, so this present turning would wipe all evil from her surface, and those evil ones would not have a ‘home” any longer!.

You just remember that ALL 3D life is wiped OFF her surface. They have mined-controlled Earth Shan and prevented her turning with their advanced technology! That has been removed so Mother Earth is now ready to turn. She is rocking back and forth, but needs a thrust to actually turn.

It is NOT a miracle, but scientifically correct information when I say that the alignment of the planets creates the gravitational force that gives the last thrust to Mother Earth to flip on her axis! All the Apsu Planets and all of Cosmos is now singing the Celestial Song (etherically), and when it reaches a crescendo, Earth flips. ONLY EARTH KNOWS WHEN THAT HAPPENS, BUT I CAN TELL YOU HER TURNING OVER IS VERY, VERY CLOSE!!!! SHE WILL GIVE NO WARNING!!

Just before turning over to a higher dimension (frequency) the great chord shall be struck and all memory shall return to all souled ones. They shall realize who they are, and have a chance to come to safety by stepping into our beam of light to be lifted off to safety, just like in Star Trek. Remember, the dark ones have TOLD you what they plan to do by all those “far out” movies you have watched!

Lastly, your life on Earth is your soul taking on a fleshy envelope for soul growth! Life on Earth is an illusion. The Satanian Empire has made you think otherwise, and that your life on Earth is the ONLY life you have had! You have been tricked. It is all right when you decide that you need to turn to an addiction just to feel normal.

It is all right when you find yourselves in such dire straits that you need to move back in with your parents.

It is all right to have had relationships that didn’t work out or marriages that ended in divorce.

Humanity is not getting further along in the evolution of its consciousness by judging yourselves and others harshly.

When you experience yourself looking at another human being and saying to yourself that they should be different, they should be better, they should no longer believe what they are believing, you are essentially saying that about yourself.

You will always be as critical of yourself as you are of others. In some cases, you are more critical. That is why it is so important to seek unconditional love of self.

It is more important than your accomplishments, awakening your spiritual gifts, or knowing the truth about something that is happening on your world.

We want you to realize now that you are awake how important your feelings are, and we want you to notice how much better you feel when you love yourself unconditionally and how much worse you feel when you hold yourself to some sort of impossible standard, just because you are awake.

We often hear you saying that you should be doing more, that you want to contribute so much more than you currently are, and we want you to take the pressure off of yourselves because you need to be in a high vibrational state in order to be of service to anyone.

So you certainly need to be in a high vibrational state to be of service to everyone. That is what you are there to do.

You are there to hold that higher vibrational state, and you cannot do it when you are beating up on yourself for not having done enough, not having been enough, not having awakened enough of your gifts and abilities. There will be time for all of that.

Trust us when we tell you that you will have your opportunities to be of even greater service to humanity. But right now, we would like to see more of you looking to just be happy.

We would like to see more of you giving credit to yourselves for continuing to exist there on that challenging in that challenging dimension. And so, we will continue to praise you, to celebrate you, and to shine our unconditional love upon you.

I have had quite a lot of contact with Ansar and Zulu elders in recent weeks. After quite a lot of healing, balancing karma, and entering the emotional and energy balance, they finally taught me quite a lot of wisdom and other views. Both groups were very excited and satisfied with my recent progress, and shared the information they had only mentioned before. I am processing information and trying to digest the information that serves us and share it with them.
I also get more and more briefings about the former ggln civil war from the SSP alliance. I am pleased to report that with the help of Amy, the ggln colony that was tricked into implanting brain chips by the “rogue Galactic Alliance” has been liberated and is now under the care of Mayan healers. since my last briefing, the “magic star” flagship of the free colonial Federation has cleaned up the Orion group’s reptilians, the dark fleet and the rogue Galactic Federation. Emil of Zulu has been assisting the flagship of ggln to turn enemy attacks on them into suicide missions. Amy teleported the fleet to the middle of the enemy battle group to attract their fire. Amy redirected these extremely destructive weapons to the originator of the attack, ending each battle very quickly. They have isolated the enemy to more than a dozen “gravitational star systems”, including our own, where they are trapped and desperately cling to their last stronghold. the Orion group and their allies have incredibly mined these remaining star systems (in our galaxy), and most of the outcome will be fought by the residents of the star systems whose governments have made deals with the Orion group. Our solar system is still largely under the control of the Orion group, with the active support of the human leadership of this star system. The biggest battle hasn’t come yet. It’s in our own backyard! I also received the latest news about the former adamant leadership. They have been stagnant in Antarctica for thousands of years, recently awakened, and then removed from the earth. They were placed in another type of stasis until the Galactic trial began. The new guardians are working with the guardians of the nearest Galaxy Group. These galaxies have all dealt with the same AI intrusion and conquest by the enemy, similar to the Orion group in their own galaxies. The way these galactic experiments work is absolutely amazing and beyond words.
If our galaxy goes like most of our sister galaxies, we will get rid of Orion group, rogue alliance, Reptilians and the God of artificial intelligence for which they have been fighting forever. As I mentioned above, we have a part to play, and this part is to stand in our own power and not let the secret government that rules our galaxy represent us in the universe. As you continue on in this journey of expansion and ascension, you will find that you do not have to wait until the shift in consciousness is complete to access that which you think of as fifth dimensional.

You can tune in right now to what you want to experience as a fifth-dimensional being. You can tune in to your light body right now. You can focus on the 5D Earth right now, and bring certain aspects of it into your reality.

This shift in consciousness is not just something to wait around for, but rather, it is something to aspire to in the here and now.

When you think about what’s available to you, and what you allow yourself to access, which is much less than that, you can start to feel like you’ve got your work cut out for you, but you could also feel hope and inner peace. Knowing that it’s all available to you right now could send you into a state of ecstasy.

There’s no need to feel ashamed or guilty about not having accessed all that is within you yet, but occasionally you will need beings and collectives like ourselves to come along and nudge you, and even light a fire under you to say, ‘This is possible right now. So what are you waiting for?’

The solstice energies are nudging you in the direction of accessing your gifts, and now we are nudging you in the direction of knowing yourself as a fifth-dimensional being right now, which means allowing the highest level of consciousness you have access to in the now to be the level of consciousness that you hold.

Many people there on Earth have already experienced miracles. They’ve experienced moments where they understood that they were one with everything in the universe. They’ve had moments of enlightenment, nirvana, such profound inner peace, that they just want to share that with the rest of the world. That’s what you are there to do, and that’s why we keep directing you back inside of yourselves.

We invite you to experience that which is available to you right now, when you focus and when you feel for all that is inside of you in the now moment. We invite you to spread that around with joy, because others need to be inspired and activated by you, just as you get inspired and activated by us.

伴随着巨大的喜悦、光，我再次前来。上次我们见面是在爱的冥想中，放心，那个包裹地球的巨大粉色光球每天都在变得更加巨大。为什么扩张？因为地球上的一些地方散发出大量的痛苦耗尽了那里的光之能量

然后所有爱的能量被耗尽，中和了不是光的能量。在这些点，我们的工作会加强。就像一个巨大的团队被放置到这些地方放大爱的能量。这不是一个简单的工作，孩子们，因为与guang相反的能量很强大，它在迅速耗尽爱的能量

但不要升起期望。它会带来失望。只是处于当下，伴随着心中的爱，想要每个人都明白真像。跟随旅程，你会看到很多东西已经发生

地球、太阳、月亮，三星连接的工作仍就继续，这项工作是超越时间和空间范畴的。

从物质的眼光而言，三个星体各自独立并运作着，三个星体有各自的位置和角色。

但从空间的范畴而言，三个星体是可以融为一体的。

无论是从地球进化的角度，还是未来地球星门开启的角度。

未来，地球是一个重要的战略点、能量点，这是一个优质、优秀的传输通道。

但由于地球自身大小的局限，地球的星球位置虽然优越，但星球自身的过载容积有限，频率也远远没能达标。

而地球，是“白黑两道”都很喜欢的地方，虽小但有极大的可能，虽小但可以转换的能量很多。

地球、太阳、月亮三星的交汇会给太阳系带来能量共融、共聚的机会；

会将其他星空、空间传输的能量及信息均匀地分布到这三星上，再通过三星的解码传递到银河的其他星系中，起到以小撬大的作用。

无论是过去的双鱼时代，还是现在的水瓶时代，地球都将一如既往地承载祂特有的传输使命。

三星的合并是以地球能量大幅提升为基础。

诸多大的能量体现在在地球上一一开启了使命，其中不乏对宇宙有重要撬动力量的生命。

祂们来自宇宙的源头，带了很多设备，并将源头古老和新生的能量带入地球，让地球的磁力改变；

甚至改变了地球最基础、最原始的运行方式，这不是用人类的头脑和认知所理解的。

人类的肉身，是一个神奇的所在。

当一个肉身的意识全部打开后，放下自我的得失和利益，将全部的身心投入宇宙的进化和发展后；

其个人的原始能量就会开启，其灵hun和其灵hun的本尊就可以发生连通，产生跨越无数星空的能量对接。

而目前，虽然只有极少数的人打开了身心，开启了灵魂和宇宙连通的通道；

但这极少数的能量体，在宇宙中也对宇宙的历史、发展有重要的作用，对高维的进化、传承有重要作用。

个体意识的打开、自我得失的放下也验证了在人类的肉身、身体之上存在无限的可能性，可以帮助星体的力量提升。

但为何又是极少数，因为这对个体的意识要求极高；

需要在个人的生活中以非常无我的状态存在，需要不考虑个人人间生存的利益，才有可能得到宇宙间最大的利益。

但这对大部分人类而言是非常困难的。

虽然很多星际种子知晓这点，也愿意朝这点靠近，但能够做到的寥寥无几，大部分还会关心自己的利益及个人的生存。

虽然宇宙对此持包容态度，但星际种子的开启质量还是对宇宙的进化进程有重要的意义。

无论是过去还是将来，现在还是当下，宇宙都在极力帮助星际种子开启自体意识，达到所谓的“觉醒”状态；

但醒来只是一个最初的状态，只是初步知晓了自身不是地球上的人类。

但如果这个星际种子还有很多的个人得失无法放下，有比较严重的自我存在，不愿意放下个人的得失为宇宙服务；

这个星际种子醒来也只是暂时的状态，可能还会遇到负面力量更多的植入和攻击，最后能量废掉，成为宇宙众多流星中的一个。

其本尊也会因为在祂在地球上的能量不能发挥作用，而被迫自断其臂，拦腰砍去自身宝贵的能量。

还有，星际种子面临的问题有时候不是来自外界的干扰，而是来自内心的自大和骄傲。

很多人以自己不是地球上的人类而感到沾沾自喜，甚至觉得自身本身的“名头”很大而觉得自己非常重要。

但他不知道，他知晓的身份可能是不完全的，真正的身份并不会那么轻易向他开启、让他知道。

那他自己的身份是谁，得到的信息来自于哪里这可靠吗？

相无形，能无形。

真正的大能量体不会以为自己是大就如何，而是在知晓自己的身份后去落地去执行才为真。

如果以为自己的身份如何，觉得自己的“名号”在宇宙中比较响而感到骄傲，那这位生命离能量废掉也不远了。

在宇宙中，“大”只是一个相对的概念；

在人间听起来“名头”很大的高维，在宇宙也不过是一个小小的工作者而已，只是一个工作人员而已。

宇宙有尊卑，也有等级，但这种排序以奉献度为第一要务。

谁为众生奉献得多付出得多，能量自然会扩大增长。

而这也是目前众多地球生命需要面临的关卡。

Now, I want you to think about this: how can you go about getting what you want? In your 3D world, it seems that you must be practical. For example, if you would like a boat to fish on, you must get a job where you can make enough money to eventually purchase the boat. Is that accurate? That seems to be the way it works in your 3D reality, doesn’t it?

There is no shame in wanting or needing things. But there are ways to get what you want without having to worry about the money that is needed to purchase such a thing.

I’m talking about manifestation; this is what I want to share with you today. Some of you already know about manifesting and how to create what you want in your life. But I’m here to give you a refresher course and to stress the importance of becoming proficient at manifesting.

Step 1 is Visualization. This is where many people make ‘wish boards’ or manifesting boards. Get yourself pictures of what it is that you want, post them on a board and become very familiar with that object. Become so familiar with it that you can close your eyes and see it in front of you in great detail. Make it “real” in your mind.

If it is a puppy, see yourself walking your puppy. If it is a new bike, see yourself riding your bike. It’s best if you are interacting with the item in some fashion, not just standing next to it.

Step 3 is…Add your powerful emotions to the mix. Allow yourself to dig deep and feel the feelings that you will have with that object. Experience your feelings of joy as you play with your new puppy. If it is a new home, see yourself living in it and really feel the comfort and security it brings to you. See what I mean? It is very simple.

But it’s not only the visualizing yourself with your item but also the emotions that you get from this item. For example; it brings you joy, it brings you comfort, it brings you happiness, it brings you strength or many forms of pleasure. So, really feel those feelings and hold onto those feelings as long as you can. This is the KEY in bringing this item to you! With the changes that have been going on in the energy vibrations of Gaia, you will bring these things to you quicker and quicker and quicker than ever before!

So, these are the basic tenants of manifesting something into your life that you want. Now, if you want a job, it is the same process. If you want a new home, it is the same process. If you want a mate, it is the same process. #1. Visualize the object. #2. See yourself with that object and play out in your mind what you look like as you interact that object; for example, riding a motorcycle. #3. Add your emotions. That is the key! Joy! Inspiration! Love! Abundance!

These are the very basic principals of manifestation and I hope that you all enjoy your lives. In short–match yourself with the vibration of how you will feel when you are using this item or when this item is in your life. See what I mean? This is what brings the item into your now. There is really no end to what you can do with this manifestation technique; there is no end to what you can do! This is how you change your life! This is how you change your world!

This process is also the same for objects that you want to share with other people. So, if you are one who would like to help other people and you may lack the funds to do that work, imagine yourself doing it anyway. Imagine purchasing the necessary tools or supplies or equipment or whatever it is that you need to help other people…maybe to build wells or have enough food whatever it is you need to help people, imagine yourself doing it with an over-abundance of supplies, more than you will ever need—imagine yourself with that and the happiness and joy that you will bring to other people.

So, I encourage you to practice this! Practice manifesting. If you want to test it out, you can do it without even using a visualization board. You can manifest, for instance, a sighting of a monarch butterfly, or a hummingbird—anything that you don’t normally see all the time; even a 4 leaf clover! You can start with something small, but just practice your manifesting skills.

So, you must practice on focusing on what you want because you don’t want to bring into your reality something that you do not want. Focus on the Do’s and just have fun with it! Play with it! I think you’ll all enjoy this.

The Financial Resetting needs to occur within the individual first, and then you can experience it outside of you. That’s the real reset that’s going on^_^

That’s what you are there to experience right now, and that’s why your lower three chakras needed to have all the work done on them that they have throughout the month of June.

Now you are ready to reset your internal realm, your own frequency, your own energies. That’s what results in leveling the playing field out there in the physical realm, and that’s what many people miss when they think about a reset of the currencies, or the financial markets, or the economies.

The resetting needs to occur within the individual first, and then you can experience it outside of you. So imagine yourself today focusing on pressing that reset button within you and what that feels like. Imagine having a fresh start without having to leave your body and come back into a new one, because that’s what the shift is all about, and remember that you are truly the creators of this reality you experience, and that as Source Energy Beings you are using the illusion to know yourselves and to grow exponentially.
