大家好，我们是阿南达，很高兴再次与各位相聚。

上周我要你们阅读「爱的革命」，因为我们要开始号召「爱的革命的响应者」，一起努力，真正去发挥你们的力量，发挥你们的专长。

但我们也知道，你们很多人还是受困于过去的信念，也就是对自己能力的怀疑。另外，你们还并不熟悉如何连接我们的引导，以及如何真正发挥你们的专长。

所以我们希望透过这位带领人来具体的带领你们，帮助你们真正找回自己的力量，发挥你们的专长，并且学会听取你们内在的指引。我们将会给予你们具体的指导，答复你们的疑惑，并且帮助你们去突破眼前的障碍。希望你们为自己能够有这样的课程为荣。

虽然我们刚开始传讯是透过蒂娜，从西方开始流传我们的讯息，那是因为在西方这样的讯息的传递是比较自由的，而且英语是全世界共通的语言。我们选择英文作为我们传递讯息的开始，好让我们的这些讯息也能够透过其他国家的翻译普及到更多的地方。

而华人读者，是我们选择第一个翻译语言的对象。我们之前在传讯中也有跟大家说过，《JC：我的自传》这本书第一个被翻译的语言就是华语。世界上还有其他国家，他们还没有办法翻译成自己国家的语言出版，因为受到种种环境的打压。

为什么我们会选择在华人地区作为我们开始召集「爱的革命者」的一个开端？恰恰是因为华人–你们选择出生作为华人，是因为你们的DNA当中有着一份记忆。什么记忆呢？对于灵性本源的记忆，它深深地烙印在华人血统里。

因为中华曾经是一个灵性大国，曾经是一个融合各种哲学，各种文明，各种文化的大熔炉。然而你们经历过了一段灰暗的历史，也就是物质主义的这段历史，使你们彻底遗忘了你们是一个灵性大国的本质。

现在我们选择华人地区作为我们首批训练「爱的革命之号召者」的国度，是因为在你们的DNA里继承有这样的一种灵性传统，只要你们愿意去启动它，你们就能够恢复自己是灵性生命的记忆，你们就能够好好发挥你们的大能。

为什么我们必须选择华人地区开始去号召「爱的革命」的带动者？是因为你们现在正处在深受严苛限制的一个地方，因此需要真正有心成为上·主之师、真正有心成为各地方带动者的各位——聆听到此讯息的诸位，能够成为你们地区的星星之火，成为点燃觉醒大火的火种。

所以，希望你们不要低估了自己的身份,不要忽略你们内在想要为众人服务的那份渴望，那是你们的灵魂蓝图；那是你们的选择，那是你们真正在此所要体验的。

也就是说，你们透过这个经验，会真正忆起自己是谁，忆起自己是一个拥有神圣本质、灵性大能的生命，并不是一个脆弱的物质生命。

唯有如此，你们才能够帮助你们的国家、帮助华人世界真正恢复本具的灵性文化、灵性传统的本质。也就是说，你们能够去传承你们的DNA、你们的血统当中，对于灵性的奥妙与本质具有掌握能力的那种本能。这是你们的血液当中所具有、所继承的讯息，有待你们去开发，有待你们去发现，更重要的是有待你们活出来。

所以我们希望这样的一个培训计划能够带给你们兴奋和希望，希望你们不要在动荡当中丧失信心。要知道，你的神圣本质可以倒转世间的一切运作法则。

这是我们给予你们的一个前言，作为我们将来后续引导的基础。所以我们希望在未来的几个月到年底的这个阶段，你们能够用心于建立好对自己灵性本质和自身能力的基本认识，并且用心于扭转你们过去对自己的信念和看法，这样你们才能真正让自己的能力发挥出来。

转变到更高的视角

孩子们，今天和你们聊聊转变到更高的视角。

什么是更高的视角呢，当你们登上山顶，或者是站在高层楼房阳台的时候，就会发现所有的一切，都会和你平常看到的不同。

当你们转变到更高的视角之后，就可以到更大的画面。你能够观察到人流或者车流的走向，你能看到一个花园的整体布局，等等 。

这对于现在的你们来说非常重要，你们要在神圣之心中，在你们的内在意识中转变到更高的视角。这意味着，能够超越目前世界上看起来正在发生的混乱，能够知道这是改变的必要过程。

在更大的画面中，你会发现这是在抹去不想要的部分，这是在清洗掉被弄脏的部分。随着清理的进行，画布变得干净，新的作品正在诞生。

这是你们需要知道的进程，并且需要保持信任的进程 。

相信一切都在到位，混乱是秩序的开始。就像你把旧的房子拆掉，旧的家具扔出去，这样才能拥有一个新家。现在就是拆除的时刻，把旧的，不要的东西释放掉的时候。

告诉你们这些，是希望你们保持信心，要相信自己的内在感知到的，要尽量保持平和。

胜利是被保证的，新世界是被保证的。

有什么理由不让跟随进程的孩子们到达新世界呢，有什么理由不让盖娅重新变成地球天堂呢。

你们存在于盖娅之上，你们从遥远的地方，来到这个三维的世界，目的就是为了经历这场转变，看到这场转变，协助这场转变。 否则，你们不会处于现在的地方。

希望你们能从更高的视角，看待自己的身份，知道自己究竟在面对什么，究竟为了什么而来，又想要在这个世界上创造些什么。

亲爱的孩子们，伟大的光之工作者们，想象你们正在飞船上看着这是世界，想象你们正在其他的星球观察这个世界。你能看到什么，你又会发现什么。

你会看到这个世界正在一点点被照亮，你会看到世界各地的无数彩虹之光在升起。这是因为你们的存在，这是因为所有服务盖娅，协助扬升进程的人的存在。

所以，我深深的感谢你们，你们也是被敬佩的存在。继续你们的工作吧，为了实现你自己的渴望和梦想，为了实现人类与地球母亲的渴望和梦想，勇敢的前进，不要退缩，也不要害 怕。你们每个人都被照顾的很好，相信进程，相信你们可以完成任务。

You get to be trailblazers in so many ways. You get to break free from enslavement. You get to break free from fear of your mortality, and you get to break free from the limitations that you took on as third-dimensional humans. Now is not the time to wait around for something to happen outside of you, not now when you’ve been given the ability to create outside of any sort of blueprint, any sort of contracts that you may have had at one time. 

You are awake, and you are aware, and you are able to move past the limitations of the third and fourth dimensions, because humanity needs more of that fifth-dimensional energy to be present on Earth, and you are the ones to anchor it in. If not you, then who? That’s what we want to know. 

Once you have awakened, you can never go back. You cannot regress. You cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube. You’ve got to be the ones who guide humanity’s expansion and ascension with your willingness to explore what would frighten most humans right out of their skin. This is how you bring about great changes on your world; it’s not by waiting for something to happen. It’s not about believing in someone else’s truth about reality and what’s going on behind the scenes.

一场春梦和刀刃之蜜

问：我已婚且有孩子，单位男同事已婚有孩子，平时经常聊天，他前天表白后，我也对他有好感。但是我知道不能再联系了，否则容易出事。可是心里却始终放不下。我该如何把自己的心归于平静，内心不在春心荡漾？

有只蜜蜂到你的花园里逛街，它落到你的花心，肆意又狂放，弄得你酥麻又发痒……这是一场春梦，假如你的心荡漾，就荡漾一会吧，终将：事如春梦了无痕。

在春心荡漾时祈求它不荡漾，在心情不平静事要求它平静，在放不下时暗中命令它放下，是神志不清的。不要指挥你的心该过什么样的日子，不要画一条你认为的“道”让它走，人的自我意识应随缘于心，它展示什么样的世界你就经验什么样的观见。

春心荡漾是一件美好的事，人的一生能有几次春心荡漾？不管那荡漾的春心由谁鼓荡。假如你是一棵桃树，有春风缭绕你，环绕你，拥抱你，摸摸你的腰，搔搔你的头，亲亲你的耳根，弄的你春花怒放。春花怒放就春花怒放吧，给这个世界一树艳丽的桃花……

但记得：这是一场春梦。牢记这是一场春梦。当你牢记这是一场春梦，任它怎么展开。不要约束你的心，但也不要闭眼不看它。

枝头上的花，开过了自然会落。在它不落时也不要强扭下它扔在地上。看你的花——你的妄想之心，在枝头摇曳。人在中途，有一段插曲，在意识界让它展开，不要遏制它，让它吐尽。

不要捂着你怦怦跳的心对它说“别跳”，它正跳着呢。注意事实。尊重内心的事实，那是它的客观世界。在意识界要允许，允许，允许。但移行到眼界，要懒一点，笨一点，行动迟缓一点。被动，被动，再被动，任凭你的心怎样主动，主动，再主动。

心是一回事，身体是另一回事，清醒地看见它们两个生活的截然不同的世界。注意这个事实，去注意这个事实，仅仅去注意这点，就是修行很好的法门之一。

有夫之妇的你，和有妇之夫的他，像花朵和一只蜜蜂的遇见，你们酿出了一点蜜。但注意那蜜抹在了刀刃上。注意一个事实：不要强行着去舔那蜜，让心持续那甜蜜的感觉；心为了那食蜜的感觉，它会割伤它自己。觉知这个情况。觉知刀锋之蜜。

注意你和他互动而有的感觉，那个感觉是蜜，是拌毒的美食，是诱惑，是苦的前身，是麻醉药，是昏昧的催化剂。注意你的心不要成为那种感觉的奴隶。籍由观照，让你的知觉尽量在它之上，而不是在它之下。

一切人间的好事，不过似一场春梦。春梦里出现的花蜜，大都在刀锋上。没有先见之明的人，为食花蜜，为食花蜜的感觉，奔走在刀刃上，一不小心就将自己割伤，甚至丧命，乃至伤或丧他人的命。花蜜给你的感觉是一时的，短暂的，而它又在刀刃上，你愿为了舔一下那刃上之蜜，付出割伤自己的代价吗？

最重要的修行是看护自己的心，观察它与谁、与什么生出的感觉，观察那感觉，观察它是如何成为那感觉的奴隶，如何为了那感觉及感觉的持续，而不管不顾的，观察它为那感觉而展开的行为和付出的代价……

扎根内观吧，籍由观察呼吸的实相让自己平静，然后观察心、它面前的感受、身体和它的行动之间的关系。恒住观察，练习心不取相，从而获得对感觉的解脱，从而获得心解脱。

世人的快乐靠好感觉的给予和支持，而那往往是某一种痛苦的因。修行人的快乐是摆脱心对好感觉的依赖和追逐，而在这过程中，它也不反应于坏感觉。总之，世间人在感觉之下，是感觉的奴隶或傀儡，而修行人是试图摆脱这种状况，成就在感觉之上，在一切心理输出物之上的快乐。

善女子，注意你是否并非在意那男子，你在意的是与他和合而有的感觉？你因那感觉而行动，你为那感觉而躁动？我们实际并不在乎人，我们在乎感觉。就像我们的心并不在乎事，它在乎概念。

如果你得了一场春病，那个男子只是药引子，而真正的治疗是修行。善女子，籍由这个美好的春病，展开一场深刻的修行吧——行深波罗蜜。修行的自然结果将是，心超然于对感觉，及一切它的内容物的依赖和成瘾。

造物能量-你提供的礼物

亲爱的
与其认为你必须做或应该做什么，让自己流入自己

当然，流入自己已经是“新的你”主题的一部分

不同的是你不再逆流而行。你不再需要逼自己。你当前的流动比过去更加轻松。

你处于流动中。这个流动要求你做自己—无论是悲伤的、骄傲的、愤怒的、快乐的还是平和的。不重要。重要的是让自己伴随着内在的潮汐流动

你们许多人认为“新的你”只能在爱与喜悦中展现，不令人愉快的情绪应该被消除。你还未丢弃任何情绪。喜悦和爱现在才比较明显

你选择地球来体验情感。让地球的美丽平静你。让宇宙中很少体验到的愤怒和恐惧成为你的一部分。爱与喜悦是宇宙中显著的主题。你正在返回的主题。

通过地球的体验把恐惧与愤怒整合到你的存在中，你增加了“宇宙能力”。不是你在地球上或其它地方必须感受愤怒和恐惧，而是通过处于地球上，你扩张宇宙的知识和颜色

你可能认为没有恐惧和愤怒，宇宙会更好。从你当前的视角来说肯定是对的，随着你试图从主要的地球主题中根除这些情感。事后来看，你会明白把恐惧和愤怒添加到你颜料盒中的价值。因为如果艺术只允许代表爱与喜悦的颜色，你会丢失灰色、深蓝色、棕色等等的活力

通过恒久的恐惧，你增加了维度，扩张了宇宙

但没有人愿意放弃颜色，比如灰色，在他们的家中经常看到的颜色

你不仅将自己和地球从恐惧转变到了爱，你也通过验证其它的情感加深了宇宙。扩展你的情感颜料盒会让更多的强度进入每个存在。你已经在这么做，经常感到你做错了什么

是时候庆祝你和你的成就

为了增加宇宙的深度和广度，你经历地球上的恐惧

之前，地球是一个储存情感体验的地方。你通过不断评估多个情绪如何最好地匹配普遍的爱与喜悦表达定型了地球上的情感。这么做你牺牲了自己的喜悦

你测试这个恐惧、那个愤怒。你用恨盖过了爱。你用沮丧压过了喜悦。所以亘古以来你一直在用愤怒和恐惧去发现最能够扩张宇宙情感知识的组合。你已经为自己以及宇宙完成了这个任务

不要烦恼。即使你可能会体验到深度的愤怒或恐惧，你总是会返回显著的喜悦与爱。宇宙实验结束了。宇宙颜料盒已经极大地扩张，出于你的努力

称赞你—包括那些希望处于3D的人。宇宙颜料盒已经远超你或任何人进入地球前认为可能的点。你通过一生又一生做自己扩张了宇宙。做得好，你给予了宇宙一份珍贵的礼物。就是如此

除前三条永不改变之外，宇宙永远持续不断的是“变化”（转化，交换和更替）所以，不妨去接受并习惯于永恒的变化转化替换交换的伟大创造。享受对这无常变化的驾乘，享受这冲浪的冒险，兴奋，好奇和探索，享受这永远变动的存在。

任何一个个体都是一个自觉自明的自我意识，自我思考自我反射，自由意志的存在一个无限无穷创造潜在的全息再现。每一个个体，都永远具备“是他们所要去是”的强大能力，可以创造他们所希望所要求的无论什么样的物理现实，要得到这一切，根本无须伤害任何人,或者伤害他们自己。所有的事物都是同一件事物在不同速度频率阶段的振动。正像水，汽，冰都是同一事物，而只是在不同的频率频段，同样的，物质和能量也是振动于不同频率频段的同样本体。

最高频率波段    气态察觉，知觉，意识主体中间频率波段液态灵性，情绪，心态电磁能量的活力程度 低频率波段固态物质，严重受困的事物所有事物都是精神在不同的频率频段的振动。物质是能量的固化。物质是精神能量振动在一个更低的频率频段上。你的肉身是一个凝固的精神，是精神灵性的结晶体。你的精神并不在你的肉身里。你的身体在你的精神里。当你升高了你的振动频率频段，你就变的更像精神灵体，更加接近趋向于流动的流体的精神，并因此而使你的现实，创建的具有更多的可塑性延展性，并且具有轻而易举的可变性，转换性。

“接收”你所期望的“现实”一台收音机并不会创造你想听的节目。它仅仅是需要接受一个早已存在的节目。作用只是去协同频率而让它变成一个有效的接受者，这个振动,同步创建一个,和它所期望接收的节目,同步的相似的振动。

同样的，你不需要创造一个—你期望的现实，因为它早已经存在了—包含了”无穷无限可能性”的现实,全部同时存在。你所要做的全部工作就是把你自己变成一个可靠的“天线”，以便于和那波动频率相似相吻合，你可以接收到那个现实。

这会带给你一个生理上的“真实”。首先，你必须是那个振动频率，然后，你将自动收到那个现实。你必须把那个你喜欢的现实“认同为”正存在于现在，当下。然后，你将会在你外在现实中逐步的触摸到它感知到它。

举例来说，展望和假想你自己正生活在一个拥有很棒的个人财务和健康身体的人生里，那么你随后要去实际的行动，把你所展望的那个状态，按照那态度去活出来，一步一个脚印的积极的营造身体和财务的安康与幸福。

一台收音机使用一个频道调谐器来选择和接收任何一个特定的电台—因为全部节目是同时的存在于收音机的周围。同样的，这里有无限无穷可能的现实可以被我们接收，并体验任一瞬间。

在这些我们期望去体验的前景里，我们怎么拉出那个最突出的？

通过我们的信念来选择和接收特定的现实版本。通过我们100%的确信，我们知道的就是这样的（不需要思考就知道，就相信，它就是这样的），来选择和接收。以下是物理现实以及它的运作：就像一台收音机必须首先将自身的震荡频率锁定在一个特定的波动范围以便接受一个特定的广播（从所有正在同时存在的广播之中），这发生在频率相同的振动上。

没有相信，我们不会创造任何现实并且也不会存在。在任何一个确定的当下，我们永远会相信着一些东西。你的现实之所有潜在版本早已存在 事实上，它们全部都在这一当下，一直就在你的鼻子底下，一直都在这儿，一直就在现在。  

 然而，几乎全部的“潜在版本”对于我们，是隐匿无形的，从“潜在版本”转变成“可见”，仅仅是通过“调谐”我们的信念，使得它能够和某一个特定的“潜在版本”发生和谐共鸣。

而且，由于“时间”仅仅是一个你自身的“错觉”，它并不真实存在，所以你曾经期望去“达到”，或者希望去“变成”的任何一件事情，你早已“变成”或者早已“达到”了。

如果这些事情对你是“隐匿的，尚未让你体验到的”，那仅仅是因为你的“信念”还没有使得你的振动处于那个特定的模式上，那些版本是同时存在着的。你包含着全部，所有潜在“版本”所有的版本都同时存在于现在，这里，并且包含着各种各样的可见和不可见的形式，完全依赖于你的“信念”来对应任何一个特定的版本。

你“所见”和“客观体验”的版本，完全取决于你处于何种振动模式，而你在任何一个当下的“信念”决定了你会处于何种振动模式。所有一切，都是一个“由很多全息图构成”的全息图。

在一个全息图里，全息图的每一部分都包含着整个全息图的全部信息。宇宙是一个有组织结构的全息。你是全息的。

你的现实实相的每个潜在可能性的“版本”，也同样是全息。

你的内在包含着，一切潜在的全部可能性的“现实实相”版本。所有全息影像（现实版本）都在你内。从所有这些无穷无尽，“无限的可能性”之中，你通过你的“信念，想象，情感和知觉感受”—“拣选”了你所亲身体验的（现实实相）版本。

积极而又肯定的情感和看法—态度，将触发你所渴望的，你希望的你所要求的，积极的那些现实版本。消极的情感和看法—态度，将触发消极的，非你所愿的，你不喜欢的，你不想要的那些版本（你恐惧，害怕和担忧和焦虑的的会成为结果）。

你的观念和信念，导致你想像和设想什么，并随后激活你的情感知觉和看法态度。附加和牵连在这些信念上最强烈的情感情绪所对应的版本，就是你激活并实际体验的现实版本。

相似的比喻是，假如你的计算机屏幕显示出，需要你做出一些选择，那么你所需要做的就是从这些选项中点击选择其中一个。此时你的想法就是屏幕上所有全部可选的内容。你移动你的鼠标，指向你最渴望的选项，就好像你聚焦你的想法在一个特定的现实版本上。随后，你点击了那个选项，就好像你通过你的情感情绪激活了这一选项。误解：看到它才相信它为实（我们感知到什么决定了我们相信什么）。

1.你的信念系统决定了你察觉到的现实。你的信念系统决定了你对现实的感知。
2.你随后立刻，自动的，（通常也是不自觉的）对你所感知到的现实和观念做出解释。
  换句话说，你任意的分派归属，关联和匹配，投射，延伸并且“添加，附带”一种翻译解释，或者演绎说明，   并映射到你所感知的现实上。
3.你随后就会对你所解释的，你做了一番“演绎”处理的现实，产生情感情绪反应。
4.随后你会对这个（已经添加了解释，情感反应的）现实做出思考。
5.随后，在你的情感和思考的基础上，你采取了行动。当你观看电视节目的时候，正在播出的节目让你很不爽，你不需要努力的去改变或者转换那个正在播出的节目。实际上，你只需要简单的选择另一个你喜欢的。

同样的道理，假如你正在体验的现实让你很不爽，你不需要去“改变”或者“转变”那个现实。你仅仅需要去选择另一个现实的版本来“接收”，通过与你所喜欢体验的现实版本进行频率同步。那是早已经存在的。你所要做的全部，仅仅是“接收”它。你选择着“频道”并在你的生活中去观赏它们。

要改变外在，仅需要改变内在。

这实现起来非常的简单。从技术上严格来说是正确无误的，人们不需要“创造”他们的现实仅需要“选择”和“允许它们进入”一个相似的比喻，一台电视机并没有“创造”一个它们正在显示的节目。

它仅仅是选择了那个节目，并允许它显示。一台收音机也不“创造”它正在播放的广播节目。它仅仅是选择了那个节目并允许它播放。

We see you as ready to take humankind to the next level. We see you growing exponentially and taking more and more of your fellow humans with you, and we see that happening because you keep realizing that it is up to you, that nothing outside of you is coming to rescue humankind^_^

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to witness your evolution of consciousness. We know that it is hard for you to recognize the progress that you are making because it is so slow and steady for the most part.

For you, it is like watching the grass grow, but we want you to recognize that somewhere on your world today someone in your collective had a major breakthrough. Someone else a really amazing awakening experience.

Someone else processed lifetimes of trauma.

There is always something within your collective consciousness that is happening that is monumental, and you all have the option of tuning in to the human collective consciousness to feel for the expansion that has occurred because of those humans who had a very different day than you had.

You are there to help each other, and you are also there to benefit from the leaps and bounds forward that someone else in your collective is making.

Therefore, every day, we recommend that you tune in to your own energy, your own vibration, that you tune in to the human collective consciousness, and that you tune in to the energies that are coming to you from above, from the higher realms, from beings and collectives like ourselves.

There is always something good for you to feel into if you take the time to do it. This is a beautiful spiritual practice that will take you further than any knowledge will.

Knowledge and information will keep you stuck in your heads, and when you are stuck in your heads, you are very unlikely to be able to feel for those leaps and bounds forward that your fellow humans are making.

You can only do so much as an individual in a single day, but think of how much you can do if you see yourself as a collective, and think of how much you can receive, how much you can create.

This is a time to be really contemplating what it means to be a collective of human beings, but then again don’t contemplate it too much, because again, that will keep you stuck in your heads.

You’ve got to be feeling for what is available to you if you are going to benefit from the fact that you are always spiraling upward into higher and higher frequencies.

You are making so much progress there, but there is more that you can experience when you see yourself as part of a much larger whole, part of a group consciousness that is evolving together, in spite of the differences that you have there.

Look for opportunities for growth wherever and whenever you can so that you can keep up with the energies and you can make your journey to the fifth dimension one of joy and one of ease. And when you master this spiritual practice that we have laid out for you in this transmission, you will have something to teach your fellow humans who is willing to do it, and they will benefit greatly.

自由，完全的自由，在你的思想和行动中自由。在自己内在自由，以及外在自由。是自由使你坚强；如果你没有自由，你就会变得脆弱。自由将使你能够定位自己，在这个即将到来的世界里，在人类将必须经历的一切中，只有自由才能拯救你。

我们想告诉你们：

一个、两个、十个或二十个统♥治者或领袖能做什么？与所有这些领袖、所有这些恶人相比，人们是众多的；如果一个人能够设法定位自己并坚持自己的身份，他将很快找到自由！任何人都无权强加于人，剥夺他的自由，把他变成一只羊；没有人有权利这样做！那些赋予自己这项权利的人将自动获得他们所创造的报应。

天父说：

当你和朋友或你爱人之间陷入一个僵局，先休战。你们怎能在如此爱着并在意彼此的同时，却又如此的生气不包容对方。你所激烈反对的都来自于你自身的某个不足，你却把责任归咎于另一方。这是短视思维。没有任何眼界。就如同你选择了一条自己所不屑的路。

当然，你不觉得你有选择，这促使你去纠正对方，要求他而不是你自己承认错误。你渴望他们承认错误，这错误是你以你的方式颇具权威的指出来的：亲爱的，光天化日之下，你被当场抓住。

这发生在婚姻中，当爱的对立面突显，于是会有被贬低的意识来回涌动。
不要问：“我们之间发生了什么？”要问的是：“我们要去往何方？我们如何才能回到良好的状态，并再次成为彼此的祝福？”

什么都不要做。成为一切。不会再有口角。

给你们一个建议：在一段时间里不讲话。每当想要开口时，花几个小时或一天的时间静默。这与不理睬对方是不同的。这是选择沉默作为交流的一种方式。试试吧。即使在分歧最严重的情况下，在沉默中，不和谐消失了，兼容性占了上风。

回到你的本质。在沉默中，和谐上升，不和谐在疲惫中沉寂。没有言语，你的真我上升了。没有言语，乌云消散。没有言语，争论平息。

有时候话讲的太多了。肆无忌惮的发言，使人们陷入分歧。最好不要卷入没必要的纷争。

在和谐的状态里，你置身于光中。在不和谐里，你是在黑暗中。黑暗强加于你。要知道，当你在愤怒中说话时，讲的不是事实。你所争论的事情之外的因素在困扰着你。几乎可以说你生气就是为了否认爱。你可能会开始咆哮，然后乱咬。

你很清楚，争论下去也不是办法，但你仍在争论。你们否认彼此的美好，口中吐出的是苦涩的果实。

用“沉默是金”来奖励自己和对方，于是，自然而然的，和谐在增长，你会成长。

大惊小怪是不必要的。没有任何好处。也不会有助于减轻你的怒气。它会助燃。试着保持沉默。你将再次回归自己爱的意识中。

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are a collective consciousness, but we were once considered to be individuals, just as you consider yourselves to be individuals. What that means is, we can have several different perspectives running within our collective at the same time, and we can do so without any discord, without any lowering of our overall vibration. In fact, we see a diversity of perspectives as a strength. Seeing things from many different angles at the same time allows you to choose, and that’s what you do there on Earth as individuals.

You choose to hold a perspective for a certain amount of time, because you want to explore the ins and outs of that perspective. If you can see someone else’s perspective as lending to the power and the strength of the human collective consciousness, even if it is the polar opposite of yours, then you can start operating as a unified collective now, instead of later. You don’t really want uniformity.

You don’t really want to all agree on everything, because then you would become stagnant in your growth, and that cannot happen. What must happen in order for you to grow spiritually is that you must find acceptance. Acceptance is the opposite of resistance, and acceptance allows for change to occur. It is the first step in allowing change to occur.

You and we are all Source Energy Beings exploring all of the different aspects of the oneness that is Source. And so, we must all allow all aspects of ourselves to be exactly what they are in order to choose. You get to choose what your perspective is, and you don’t have to see anyone else’s perspective as dangerous. You can just smile and nod and know that the person who is offering that perspective is exploring that particular reality, that particular way of being in the world.

One of the biggest problems that you have there on Earth right now is that you feel you must all agree on one static reality. You don’t have to do that. There are so many realities for you all to explore, and of course you will bump into someone who is exploring their reality, while you are exploring yours, and you will wonder if you are wrong. You will wonder if you are wrong to even be exploring a different reality than someone else or than many others who you once agreed with on everything.

Please do not worry what anyone else is thinking about, or how they choose to process reality or information. This is an area where you get to be very selfish, just so long as you are recognizing that there are other people out there, and those people are real and have real feelings.

Don’t ever assume that someone else is just in your reality to play a role and be a soulless background actor.

Assume that everyone and everything is Source, because that’s how it is in every reality. That’s one of the truths that transcends your ability to create.

People can only have real peace (or harmony) at seven levels: peace in the body, peace in the immediate family, peace with the surrounding environment, peace with others, peace in personal culture, peace in the country, and peace on the earth.

Peace is a trump card. When you have peace at seven levels, you are the real peace.

You are one of the necessary elements to build a critical scale. You can cultivate yourself, work hard for your healing, and work hard to clean yourself up. You see the power of one person, an effective soul can affect 22000 people. My dear friends, this is a huge number, so we ask you to stick to it and work hard at that level.

We want you to project yourself further. When you are in a very positive place, when you feel expanded and receive complete love, you can now improve your work to the next stage. You can call it Fenshen. Imagine that you intend to project 22000 [you] holding candles around the Holy City, or around any place you want to go, and let the light settle.

Now it’s time for you to start this exercise and add biological relativity: energy production and separation techniques. Dear friends, you can do it.

This is your way of healing people, just imagine and set intentions in your mind. You must do this when you are fully filled with love, and then set the intention to project yourself into 22000 parts. This projection is called the avatar or bioenergy, and you will go to all the places you want to go and spread the energy.
You can do the same thing in Jerusalem, the Holy Land. Imagine a thousand of you holding the energy when people go to the Dome Qingzhen Temple to worship on Friday. It’s a very violent place. Project yourself into a thousand you, and protect the light for people, so that they can be wrapped in the good energy of your heart. They don’t know that, but you can wrap them up.

Q: So should we let the light work through us? � A: Yes, you project light through them and affect the land. They don’t know what hits them. They say, “I feel good” or “I feel love.” And when people feel love and relaxation, they are more likely to forgive others.

Q: What is our relationship with these 22000 people? Are they part of our group of souls, or are they living together? � A: No, it isn’t. The reason why a person can affect 22000 people is that it is the power of the light that you hold inside.
� Q: These are not a fixed group of people. Are they likely to change over time? � A: They will change, but your light is so powerful that people will feel it. Why do thousands of people come to see Buddha, Jesus or Lama?

For example, a master walked through a village, and everyone in that village was likely to be touched by his light, including vegetables, plants, animals and other things.

You have not known infinite tenderness in this lifetime, but it’s what I offer you, it’s where you are going.

When you are flagging, when you know you need to recharge, come to me. Imagine my arms around you, comforting you, softening your mind, your muscles, your heart… Imagine a cocoon of blue love wrapped around you, the softest touch, a gentle relaxing scent, soothing colours… Be nourished within by me, for no one will ever love you as I do, and the gifts I bestow on you are the perfect gifts for your expansion in this lifetime. You can embrace them and work with them, or you fight them and increase their energetic impact on you.

You can only do so much as an individual in a single day, but think of how much you can do if you see yourself as a collective, and think of how much you can receive, how much you can create. You’ve got to be feeling for what is available to you if you are going to benefit from the fact that you are always spiraling upward into higher and higher frequencies. You are making so much progress there, but there is more that you can experience when you see yourself as part of a much larger whole, part of a group consciousness that is evolving together, in spite of the differences that you have there.

Look for opportunities for growth wherever and whenever you can so that you can keep up with the energies and you can make your journey to the fifth dimension one of joy and one of ease. And when you master this spiritual practice that we have laid out for you in this transmission, you will have something to teach your fellow humans who is willing to do it, and they will benefit greatly.

“我们希望我们多年来传播的教导，没有任何仪式，并且尽可能地剥离它们，以便每个接触它们的人都可以容易地将其整合。我们希望教导尽可能简单，以便它们易于理解，因此你们可以更轻松地实践它们。

你接受的教导越有智慧，就越难以理解、整合和实践。然而，与简单的教导相比，针对智力和自我的教导更受欢迎，因为人类就是这样运作的。

在给孩子疗愈疾病的过程中，我们发现一些问题，就是越是针对具体疾病疗愈，越会犯病，但如果只是祝福和爱这个孩子，孩子反而会平静几天。这样的反复不仅孩子会受罪，而且父母也会跟着遭罪和担忧。

为什么以太体看到的效果和三维肉身的表现差距过大，是因为肉体和以太体之间隔着太多障碍，还是植入物没清理干净，还是需要更长的时间让能量运作，我们尽可能去全面的找原因，请源头药王回答我们的疑问：

问：我们给孩子的神经做了光保护并进行了疗愈，以太体上看到效果还不错，为什么孩子还是会犯病，是以太体和肉体之间的电浆层、等离子层等阻碍太大吗？

答：对于高维来讲，没有肉身和以太体的区别，一切都是能量。疗愈效果的最终呈现还是取决于你们的信心。疗愈师要相信自己是可以疗愈好病人的，这个信非常重要。人类的信念系统会把某些疾病归类为难以治愈的，你们都会受这个信念的影响，你们的潜意识认为这个疾病需要很长时间，可能会有灵与肉的诸多阻碍，那么这就阻隔了你们相信治愈的三维投影，甚至会把这个疾病卡在以太体与肉身的某个地方，你们在相信的同时又在怀疑，能量上的体现也是纠结扭曲的。

问：那假设对两种疾病的信念程度一样，客观上存在更难疗愈的疾病吗？

答：按照你们的理解，是存在的。只是这不是用时间衡量，是用能量衡量的。比如一些突发的疾病，像病毒性感冒、过敏、癔症，引发这些疾病的能量单一，就是病毒、酒精、灵体干扰，那疗愈师可能就是一念之间就可以让对方治愈。但如果是慢性病，像皮肤病、高血压、失眠，或者是一些重症：智力残障、白血病、癌症等，这些是由多种能量叠加在一起形成的，就需要多次治疗或者多个疗愈师去尝试，你们能解决什么层面的能量看个人能力。有的时候表象上的好，未必是真的好，就像吃了点止痛药一样，见效快但不能除根。有时候看上去状态不好，反而可能动到了一些关键能量，躯体不适应开始发作，这些都是正常的。

问：如果肉体总不见好，疗愈师的作用怎么体现呢？一个疾病三天疗愈好和三年疗愈好对人来说就差距太大了，三天治愈好是神医，三年就是骗子啊。

答：疗愈效果呈现的速度还是取决于你们的信念，越相信疗愈效果越好，虽然这么说你们以为也是骗子，哈哈。但在能量层面就是这样的，信念触发能量运作，信念有问题就产生障碍。有些疾病由于发生时间过长，打击你们的信心，但如果失去信心，那结果必然更加糟糕。如果你们都不怕最严重的后果，那也不要害怕在表相没那么好的时候，继续相信疗愈早晚可以起作用。不管需要多长时间能够治愈好一个疾病，可以肯定的是，作为疗愈师，你们的发心如果是爱和疗愈，那么一定会在不同层面上对疗愈对象发生作用。

问：地球能量提升，对疗愈速度会有推动作用吗？

答：会的。能量提升说明更多人修为提升，浑浊的能量变稀薄，那么干扰会变少，有助于推动疗愈的发生。但更重要的是，大环境的能量如何你们并不能把握，能做的就是不断提升自己，让负能量对你自己影响变小。就像你们疗愈他人的时候遇到瓶颈，灰心丧气的时候这就是提示你们该继续提频了，你们要把自己调整到有信心、有爱、平和的良好状态下，再去疗愈别人。否则，你不仅疗愈不了别人，还会对疗愈对象产生更加糟糕的影响。

问：当我们祈请源头疗愈的时候，你们是怎样运作帮助疗愈的？

答：这个问题很有意思。之前疗愈你的头晕，你们不是看到源头运作的方式吗？疗愈你是用粉红色的光在你的神经管里来回穿梭，打通一些能量卡点，然后再把光撤出来。那对于不同的人方式也是不一样的，你们去尽可能全面的连接信息，找到问题的病灶，请相匹配的源头来疗愈效果肯定更好。但是如果没有具体源头信息，用光与爱的疗愈也是可以的。前提是，不要怀疑！相信最重要，不然你们自己都认为只是玩玩而已，疗愈不起作用，那怎么会真的产生效果呢？
