We are very happy to report that you all have been making tremendous progress there on Earth, and we are speaking to you as individuals comprising a collective and as a collective whole.

Therefore, the way that the Internet has really served all of you is that it has made you aware of the need that there is across the planet for love, compassion and healing. And those of you who decided before you were born that you were going to be compassionate people are stepping up.

You are growing and expanding. You are adding more positive energy to the overall human collective consciousness every time you are aware of suffering or an injustice of any kind. It is you who want better for others and who don’t always know how to go about making that the case who make a humongous difference.

Even though you don’t know what to do in certain situations, you know you want to help and it is the wanting to help that puts the energy out there, and again that changes the way you respond to someone in need who is right in front of you.

You all are doing what you can do to make the world a better place, and the impact is felt all across the planet. Now, that growth does give you access to more abilities. When you demonstrate that you are going to do good with abilities, you open up to receiving more activations and upgrades.

It is the act of doing something good that opens you up; it is not a rewards system. You can, of course, always choose to use your abilities in a self-serving way once you have them, but that’s going to close you off. That’s going to take you out of the flow.

And so, intention is everything. Intention helps to grow consciousness in a positive way, and all of your good intentions that you have as an Awakened Collective add up to something tremendous, something that goes far beyond actions taken.

You should all be very proud of yourselves for choosing to be a part of the consciousness evolution movement there on Earth in this lifetime. It is remarkable what you are doing, what you are capable of, and what you will do in the future to elevate the consciousness of humanity and bring about a shift that will ripple across the entire multiverse.

Every little intention, thought, word, and action counts. So give yourselves some credit and relax about a bigger mission, a mission that will affect millions, if not billions, because you are already in the midst of it, and you are doing wonderfully well.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We are synchronizing our vibration with so many other collectives here in the ninth dimension, because we love that feeling of connection that we get when we are on the same wavelength as our colleagues in the Pleiadian, Andromedan, Sirian, Lyran, and other star systems throughout the galaxy. We get such a thrill from experiencing that synergistic effect that comes from working together, from collaborating with other collectives that we have so much in common with.

We also get to discover some new perspectives, some new ideas, some new approaches to helping all of you there on Earth, and we send that signal to all of you so that you can feel the value of harmonizing, of coming together, of looking for the commonalities between you, so that you too can work together towards that common goal of raising the consciousness of humanity. We love you so much, and we seek to assist in whatever ways that we can, but there is a limit to what we can do, and at some point, you have to take over and follow our example. That’s why we are telling you about the effectiveness of coming together with that common goal of helping those who are in need.

From our perspective, all of humankind is in need of assistance, but from where you sit, you can see that there are others who are more in need than you are, and you can see that you have more than enough and can help others who are suffering at this time, and hopefully, someday soon, all of humanity can recognize that if even one human is going without food or shelter, you all suffer. We know that enough of you have developed that muscle of compassion to be of service to so many, and we know that you inspire others. 

And we implore you to continue to look for ways that you can collaborate with your fellow humans, even the ones you disagree with, to be of service to those who are in need. Think of the ripple effect that occurs every time one human reaches out to help another, and now imagine the wave of energy that is created when thousands of people come together for a cause, to make change on your world, to give others opportunities that you have always had. 

We are not asking you to solve all of the problems there on Earth, and we do not want you to feel burdened by this transmission. We just want you to consider that there are people with whom you disagree on a number of issues there on your world who you could see eye to eye with on helping hurricane victims, flood victims, or victims of other natural disasters, and that’s what unites you. That’s what unites all of us. Everyone cares about something, or someone, or a group of people, and that is so important to acknowledge in times like these. Do what you can; take baby steps, and know that every little bit that you care has that ripple effect and will continue to build into an energetic tidal wave.

Gene is the database of life, the source code of life, and the mathematical basis of life creation. You can think of every kind of life as a piece of software, and genes are the source code behind the software. The source code changes, the way the software runs, the user interface, the operation mode, and the experience will change.

And life, this magical existence, is to create different lives by changing the codons in genes on the basis of genes. Parental organisms have more common gene codons than non-parent organisms, that is, the greater the change of gene codons, the greater the difference between them and other organisms.

Imagine the elephant and paramecium, which seem to be very different, but they are both life, but because of different genetic codons, they seem to be so different in size, appearance, or lifestyle.
However, it is only necessary to modify a codon that controls the size of the living body. So there is no essential difference in size, but only in shape. Of course, this is not controlled by the scientists in your world.

In the universe, there is a special life science team. They will be responsible for the coding of forms and create different life forms by changing the gene codon.
Like a rose, the person who created it must be a person who loves beauty very much. The beautiful color and delicate spiral, I have to say, I also like roses very much, and I also appreciate the messengers who created them.

Creating different life forms and seeding them on different planets are the things that many cosmologists are always interested in. It is also very interesting and romantic to watch the seeded life start their journey.

It’s like the excitement when you look at the lettuce you planted every day, and the unhappiness when they are eaten by birds.

Because it is your own cultivation, you have invested a lot of energy and expectation, and your love. Your love is your attention, watering and fertilizing it, protecting it from being hurt, and giving you praise.

You just want it to grow into its own shape, and don’t ask it to grow in the way you want. This is true love, pure love for life. When life is created, love is indispensable. Without love, life cannot exist.

When the form is created, it is just like drawing a picture or building a model. But this is not real life, because it still needs a force. You can call it the Force, vitality, spark of love, sacred spark, and so on.
Only with the blessing of this force can life really start its journey and begin to multiply and grow on different planets.

Dear friends,

I am Mary. I am here to bring the energy of joy and lightness that belongs to the very heart of you. Remember what it was like to be a child. Your brain had not yet evolved that much, so it was more natural for you to be in the center of your feelings, and flow with them. Your energy was much less focused in your head, and much more in your body and your limbs. A child literally needs to move and play because it has so much energy in its body.

As I speak to you, allow the focus of your attention and your energy to go down into your heart, into your arms and legs, and connect with Earth. Feel how the energies of nature want to support you, because you are part of nature. Through your body, you are part of the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. Remember the wisdom of your body, which is simple and clear.

Right in the middle of your body is a source of life – the life energy. Connect with it now. Allow your breath to simply touch it every time you breathe in. As a child, you were naturally in touch with this source.

It is your essential purpose, your spiritual purpose, to connect again with that child part of you. Life on Earth is meant to be joyful, and I would like to now speak to you about how it is possible to both carry heavy burdens and have joy and lightness in your life.

The first key is to let go of time. You often put pressure on yourself because you feel you have to accomplish some spiritual or other goals within a certain time span. But this is a very human thought and as you actually get closer to your soul, time becomes less important; it tends to evaporate. Remember as a child, when you would have fun or play, you would lose yourself in it; there was no time in your consciousness. So when you live in this way, when you live in the moment, you go much more with the natural flow of life.

There are times in life in which you have to face deep inner emotions, such as fear or anger, resistance or sadness. If you would simply stay present with the emotion, without thinking too much about it, you will notice that it will have a beginning and an end, and that after you have a deep encounter with these old layers of pain, there will be a time of lightness and wanting to live life playfully.

Dare to be like a child again, and feel that for yourself right now. What do I need in my life to feel more joy, in a very simple way? And do not be afraid to give it to yourself, to spoil yourself a bit. Your inner child often wants to take you by the hand and lead you into the now, into the present. You so often get caught in thoughts about the past, or problems you need to solve, but life is here and now.

As souls, you are near the end of a cycle of lifetimes. And as we have mentioned before, this is both a time of transition and a time of completion – you are birthing a new you. It is true that the wounds and the trauma of past lives need to revisit you in order for them to be healed and set free, but by reaching out to the new you that is being birthed, you can also reach out to the joy and lightness of the future. And I would like to invite you to do just that.

Imagine that the New Earth has manifested itself more clearly on this planet. There will be openness from heart to heart; it will be easier to trust other people and to openly show your trust and love to them. There will be more joy and cooperation between people. There will still be energies that need to be resolved and balanced, but the heaviness and the pain from the past will have been transformed into wisdom and compassion. Feel the energy of this future right now; feel how that future invites you to come closer; feel the energy of the living Earth beneath your feet; and feel her joy and her passion for the future.

See yourself standing there on the New Earth. Your heart is open and your feet are firmly rooted to the ground. Now follow your first impulse – what do you love to do in that place? Is there some kind of work or art that is appealing to you? Do you love to work with children, with other people, or rather do something by yourself? Everything is possible there.

And most of all, feel the love of Earth welcoming you. She recognises you as the teacher and healer that you are, and at the same time she wants to nurture the child part of you, the playful and joyous part.

Thank you for being here today, and always remember that the joy of the heavenly realms is close by.

Let go of time

What is important for you to do while having an experience is that decision that you can make to focus on something about your current situation that you like.

There may be nine things wrong, from your perspective, in a moment, and one thing that is going right, and if you put all of your energy and all of your attention on the one thing that is going right, you will shift more quickly into a reality that is more to your liking.

This is something you have to train yourselves to do because as human beings you have often been taught to find the problem and fix it.

The problem with that approach is that there will always be more problems to fix. And so, you need to take a new approach, a better-feeling approach, an approach that sees everything as perfect as it is for that particular moment. And when you do that, you can find yourself in a better-feeling reality in a matter of seconds. You have within you the capacity to focus, and you need to use it.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very satisfied with the way humanity is progressing, and we are very happy to affirm for all of you that everything is going the way it should be. Nothing is out of place in any reality you are experiencing.

It is all perfect for you to have that particular experience, but that doesn’t mean you are chained to that reality forevermore.

What is important for you to do while having an experience is that decision that you can make to focus on something about your current situation that you like.

You can also accept that red and yellow have their place, and you might like to explore them at some other time, but you don’t have to focus on them and think that they should not exist for some reason. This is why you have choice; this is why you have free will, and this is why you get to have so many different experiences.

All of the different experiences you have are making you better at being the creators you were always meant to be there on Earth, but you must see yourselves as creators and not reactors. Sure, you are going to have a reaction from time to time that could be described as knee jerk, automatic, and you can accept your reaction as yet another experience that you were fortunate enough to have in that very moment. But then you get to shift into creation mode.

You can allow everything to be what it is and create using what tools you have available to you, and when you do that, you certainly are making progress towards knowing yourselves as Source.

Source is the ultimate creator, and we are all going home to Source, taking whatever paths we decide we want to take. It is always best to create with love. Therefore, you must allow your reaction to be what it is, but if your reaction is to get angry, then that is not the time for you to be picking up your paint brush.

This is why it is so important for you to allow your emotions to be what they are and just feel them. Move through them and let them move through you, so can be in that place where you are a much more effective creator and where what you create will be infused with such a higher-frequency energy.

The higher-frequency energies that are bombarding you right now there on planet Earth want to co-create with you. Feel for them, and feel for all that potential you have inside of you to be the best version of yourself that you can be, living in the best version of reality, as far as you are concerned.

We are talking about sharing something that comes from inside of you that is special, that is unique to you, that gives people a window to your soul. 

We are talking about going beyond your ego and into the multidimensional you that you really are. Whenever you send a wave of love from your chest to another human, that’s what you’re doing. You are sharing a part of yourself that is infinite and eternal, a part of yourself that was meant to come to the surface and be seen, be felt, be heard. You are there becoming unconditional love in the flesh, and if you are holding back who you really are for any reason, you are denying yourselves and denying the rest of humanity something wonderful.

What exists inside of each and every one of you is a unique aspect of Source that is yours and yours alone. That means it is up to you to share that aspect of who you are, and it is so important to do so because of the times you are living in, because of how close you are to the completion of the shift in consciousness, and because you all want to see massive changes in your world. Those changes do begin with you; they begin with you being you being the fullest version of yourself that you can possibly be and sharing that aspect of you with a world that needs more love, more creativity, and more of Source Energy.

You have so much to share, and as it accumulates within you, there does come a point where the floodgates will be opened. You will see something or hear something, and you may even remember something that opens you up and lets the infinite and eternal part of you out for everyone to experience. Let your fellow humans experience you, because you are unique, beautiful, and needed in the world at this time. There has never been a bigger need in fact for you to be you and express yourself in the fullest way that you can, which will always be the love that you are.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very aware that we have been talking to you quite a bit about 2023, and therefore, we have not zeroed in so much on January of 2023 and what the energies of this current month are all about for all of you there on Earth. The January energies are about aligning you and your physical body more perfectly with the consciousness of your soul. As many of you know, your physical body has its own consciousness. Each cell in fact has its own unique consciousness, and you are not your bodies. You are your soul. As your soul, you connect with the physical body, and you are either in alignment or not as a mind, body and soul.

When you are out of alignment, you have all sorts of mental and physical issues that then create emotional ones. And so, aligning with the projection of your soul into the reality you experience is of paramount importance. When you hear people talking about alignment, they mean many different things. Sometimes they are talking about alignment with Source, alignment of the chakras, but we are talking about the way that your body synchs up with your soul’s consciousness. 

You are of course not always focused in this reality, and when you are asleep is one of those times when you are not focused in it. And so, there are many times in which that alignment with your body and mind can get out of whack a bit. You are at a time in your spiritual evolution and your ascension journey where everything really matters so much more. The alignment of your soul, mind and body matters immensely at this time, and the energies of January are about ensuring that you have that alignment, and you maintain it no matter what. Things that happen there on Earth can of course knock you out of alignment, including things that you see, hear, experience, and even physical trauma can be traumatic enough to cause a misalignment. 

Now, what do you have to do in order for this alignment to take place? That’s a wonderful question. Now that you know the energies are upon you to bring about this alignment, relax into them. Feel for them, and trust that they know what they are doing. The energies will also be encouraging you to make healthier choices for your body and for your mind, because these factors also come into play when it comes to the alignment with your soul’s consciousness. You are your soul, and for a brief period in the span of eternity, you are aligned with that particular body. Therefore, it is so important for you to recognize your nonphysical nature and the truth that you are more nonphysical than physical and always have been.

When you begin to recognize that with your mind, it becomes easier then for you to have a body and experience a body in its temporary form. You are awake spiritually because you know that you are a Source Energy Being, and as a Source Energy Being, you are operating as an individualized soul. You are projecting a portion of who and what you are into this dreamlike reality that we call the physical. As you recognize that this is a temporary experience, you also must recognize that it is an experience that you can get the most out of, and that is what these energies will support. You are meant to enjoy your mind and body and enjoy your time in this life and in the physical, and now you have so much more support in doing so.
