Jennifer (J for short): first of all, I want to share with you my experience in the past three months. I experienced a great spiritual expansion, just like the last time I experienced a great expansion (twenty years ago), my life has changed greatly.

We have also seen various forms of violence. Over time, we have realized that people and groups involved in such violence also feel powerless, lonely and afraid. These people need more sympathy and love. When you realize that you are related to a person, a group, a concept and idea, you will not make any progress with condemnation and criticism. Equally important, you should look for what exists in the other party or what is missing from the other party from your heart, and then you will realize what exists in yourself.
We have grown and evolved to do these things automatically, but it takes more time for you. You need to see the reflection. You need time to realize that there is something inside others, and there is something inside you, which requires compassion, forgiveness, healing and unconditional love.
