We are always impressed with the way that humanity has been handling all of the challenges that you have thrown at yourselves in this particular lifetime of ascension.

It hasn’t been an easy path for most people, whether awake or asleep. You would think that being awake would make it a lot easier to be there at this time, but as awakened souls you are less likely to sweep something under the rug or numb yourself to it with drugs, alcohol or some other way of smothering emotion.

This is the time where everything is rising to the surface, and that is why it looks like things are not going so well there on Earth and humanity is not making the progress that we always report you are making.

When things come to the surface, it can get a little hectic and chaotic there on Earth, but all of that has to be seen and felt, acknowledged and forgiven in order for you to move on.

So whatever you see out there in the world right now that upsets you, remember that it is not your job to copy, paste, and post so that others can agree with you about how horrible that person, group, country, or situation is. Your job in that moment is to offer forgiveness, release judgment and have compassion for those who are doing the horrible things they are doing or saying the horrible things they are saying, because they are doing so from that place of being out of alignment with Source. And there is no worse place to be in, and you all know that because you have all been there as well.

So what your fellow humans need is not more condemnation, more finger-pointing, but rather, they need to be seen as Source Energy Beings who have lost their way and who are acting out like a toddler having a tantrum.

That is the way you bring the level of consciousness to a higher level there on Earth, and that is the only way. There are no bypasses. There are no ways of getting around what your work is at this time, because if you cannot forgive another and have compassion for them, you won’t be able to do it for yourselves either. And there are many aspects of yourselves.

The one you are right now is not the only one, and you carry the rest of them around with you, sometimes in your energy field, and they need love, compassion, and forgiveness.

In the process of connecting with spiritual energy, the balance between the universe and the earth reality is crucial. What is important to you is to find the inner center of silence, connect with intuition, and deeply perceive the message sent to you by inner awareness through your body.

How can I keep this connection?

My mission in life is to show the energy of Christ. I’m a messenger. My goal in life is to come out and preach my inner knowledge to everyone. Because of this, there are all kinds of external pressure to force me to do all kinds of things. In addition, there are many emotional requirements and expectations. One of my most difficult tasks is:

Ask those I love – and those I want them to be happy – to go inside and teach them to light their own light.

It’s really easy to have a mentor take care of you in his or her light and help you answer all kinds of questions. But this is not the task of the mentor. Demonstrating miracles and even curing chronic diseases is not the task of a mentor.

The teacher’s task is to show you your own divine light and let you see the inner divine light and the inner teacher who has been sleeping for a long time. Therefore, this is also my mission on earth.

Can you imagine how hard it is for me to shield myself occasionally? Those who ask me for help, those who feel that my energy has a positive impact on them… And I must often ask them to go inside, and the answer is in their own hearts.

Now I’m doing the same thing. Moreover, when I live on earth, my guiding spirit does the same. When I feel hesitant, I will feel a slight collapse of my energy field, and the pressure from my surroundings is so great.

My arrival aroused such a strong ambivalence, from deep worship to extreme hatred.

I have to stick to my faith under the influence of all kinds of influence around me. Sometimes, it makes me feel lonely. Yes, it’s lonely.

I feel different. I am connected to a strong beam of light – the energy that helps me from the other side – so sometimes I feel like I know some answers and want to spread them to the public. However, I have to protect myself, constantly return to the inner center of silence, and submit to silence.
I firmly believe that there is a guiding line – a goal – through all the chaos I see.

I firmly believe that my life is meaningful, and what I need to do is follow the inner voice and return to the inner center of silence. If I do this and no longer follow the guidance of emotion and brain thinking, if I return to silence and open to “above”, I will come to the junction and feel the spiritual energy surrounding me.

In this way, I can put down and look at my own experience from a broader perspective. I can also invite those who seek my help to return to the inside and find strength and answers in themselves.

I tell you this for a purpose, because you are or will help others. These help may not even be visible. Because of “who you are”, you attract some experiences in your life and meet some people who hope to benefit from your energy on the way of life. You are light workers in this period of transformation.

You bring expansion of consciousness to the earth. Just by being here, by fulfilling your personal mission, by showing your angelic nature and sharing it with others, you will become the messenger of light of this physical reality, just like me 2000 years ago. You are no different from me. You are on the same path as me. I am on the other side – in the form of spiritual body – with you, so I can see all this easier than you.

I want to tell you: trust the inner light, it’s there, every day. Don’t push it to the edge. Trust the inner voice, recognize it by feeling – it makes you feel clear, simple and light – and let go of everything else.

Observe your emotions and thoughts with a calm attitude and accept their existence, but don’t be influenced by them. They are not the gateway to truth, but they often distract you.

The inner voice is silent, peaceful and full of wisdom.
If you can feel this energy, you are doing well. I often do this by being alone in silence.

It shows you the answer in an instant. This answer may be trivial details or far-reaching significance. This is the communication you are looking for:

Directly and deeply – deep into the physical level – perception: “that’s right, that’s what I need to know.”
In the process of communicating with the guiding spirit, the basic feelings experienced are the most important. When communicating with the guide spirit, don’t stick to the picture, words or some specific things you want to see, such as an energy body talking to you or a sentence written on paper. Put it all down. The important thing is the basic feeling of the moment, the feeling of a flash of light, or the feeling of sudden enlightenment.

Usually, the guide spirit gives you the answer you already know, so you may doubt: “this must be my own idea.”

You didn’t think of it. If this is only the result of your own thinking, you will often feel uneasy and suspicious. And if it comes from your inner knowledge, you will be sure: “I just know, no doubt.” Your feelings and thoughts make you uneasy, so what you crave in life is this clear affirmation. The feeling I’m talking about here refers to an uneasy mood. So it can be said,

First, focus on the abdomen and breathe in an abdominal way to feel whether there is some tension there and hope to be relieved.

You feel an opening in your abdomen. Below the opening is a hole like space. Imagine an anchor or tail extending out of the body through the opening to the earth.

Your consciousness resides in this space, the acupoint space of your abdomen. Your consciousness simply exists. It has no desire or action, just exists. It flows through your caudal vertebrae, legs, knees and ankles into the earth.
You are it. You feel at peace. You don’t have to do anything. Now you are good, pure and powerful.

You remember your greatness, simplicity and integrity again. Now let the stream of consciousness that enters the earth through your feet surround you and form a circle. Let the energy of the earth rise and imagine it rising slowly around you and closing into a ball above your head.

You feel complete and complete in this spherical consciousness field – your spherical energy field. If you look at this spherical energy field quietly, you may see some black spots, which are not completely clear energy, such as some emotions or thoughts.

You look at these black spots, but you don’t do anything, just wait and see.

That’s good.

Pay attention to your abdomen again, and you feel the power of consciousness. You feel that this awareness is far stronger than fear, far stronger than your sense of insecurity, because it needs no struggle, no self-defense.

It does nothing and asks nothing. It just exists.

It is indestructible.

You are indestructible. You keep moving forward.

You don’t have to rely on your body, on the thoughts and emotions that haunt you day by day.

You are the conduit through which the energy of light and love flows.

The more you identify with this quiet awareness, the more you can perceive and realize what you have experienced in life.

A deep sense of security and a firm belief in the nature of life is the silent center through which you can feel the connection with the energy on the other side. However, you don’t have to do it deliberately. It’s good to let it appear on its own.

You can first try to feel this silent center often in your daily life.

When you are in the center of silence, you have reversed the order: intuition is in the center, emotion and thinking are around it. In this way, you will naturally find a way and method suitable for you to meet those energy bodies on the other side who want to help you. This can be achieved simply by feeling and intuition, without any magic action, just by simply maintaining peace, returning to silence and full of trust.

You are the people I love deeply. I admire your courage and tenacity.

You are indestructible.

The first wave of ascension has begun – and will continue until the end of 2022

Hello, friends. We are the Arcturus Committee.

Many of you are going through a stronger reality shift than ever before – the first of three quantum ascension waves.

Now we see a lot of people waking up, while before, only a few people were able to cross into the fifth dimension. A more shocking truth is being revealed to help those who are still sleeping wake up. Lightworkers, be ready to help those who suddenly wake up.

The first wave is powerful. It can be noticed by physical pain, insomnia and excessive addiction. Repetitive patterns and behaviors are emerging and are now more obvious. Many people also experience emotional triggers, or conversely, apathy.

Reality is shifting between dimensions and timelines, leading to disorientation, detachment from reality, and, for some, fear of illusion. Honey, it’s important to let go of your fear and stay in your center. You have no delusions; What you are witnessing is a great awakening predicted by many religious and indigenous doctrines, astrological events, your ancestors, and so on. Many souls want to witness this incredible event here – you are the chosen one.

✔ The awakened ones are learning to master these changes and teach other souls to open their hearts and make internal decisions to ascend. These are ancient intelligent souls, interstellar seeds, lightworkers and ascended masters who agree to go down to the physical world and become role models for others.

Not everyone is ready to cross. The quantum transformation process is so powerful that many people fall into fear and pull them back to three dimensions. Those in fear will experience pain and suffering because they are not ready to give up old things that cannot vibrate at the frequency of the fifth dimension of earth. Dear ones, the earth has made quantum changes and is waiting for people Lei to catch up. Put down what no longer serves you. (RA: important! Important! Important! Let go of things that no longer serve you or relationships that are not in the best interests. Let go of everything that hinders your ascension!)

✔ All souls who decide to ascend to the higher vibrations of the fifth dimension will cross. This is the first wave of improvement that will last until the end of this year. Two more will be stronger than what you’re going through now. The second wave will come in a few years, and the third and last wave of ascension will come in 15 years. These are approximate time frames because they are based on today’s level of collective consciousness.

✔ In addition to the three waves that affect the collective, there are individual processes, because the internal transformation to the fifth dimension does not require the public, but requires an open heart.

The time has come. Some of you are now following your internal guidance – you have chosen to cross the first wave and become role models for others. This will affect the quality of the second and third waves of ascension.

Now is the time to be coming together as one human collective. Even when you have different perspectives, and even when those different perspectives seem like enough of a reason to go into an us versus them mentality, you don’t actually have to go there.

You have an opportunity to do that right now, and in the process, you have an opportunity to forgive. Forgiveness is a strength. It is a superpower. It does not make you a pushover or a doormat. It does not make you weak. It makes you strong, and you need all your strengths at this time. You need all of your superpowers. Remember that.

And remember that the e.t.s are watching you. They are watching and they are waiting for enough of you to demonstrate the gift that you have within you, that gift of being able to forgive, being able to love unconditionally, and being able to come together in spite of your differences. These are all superpowers, and they are what will get you a seat at the galactic table.

It’s not your technology. It’s not your intellect. It is the heart of humanity that will grant you access to all of the other beings in this galaxy who want so much to co-create with you.

We are particularly curious about the way that you all are seeking to find your way in a world that is mostly not awakened. We see those of you who are among the awakened collective trying to figure out where you fit in society. We see you struggling to find a way to earn a living in a world that is mostly not supportive of you and your beliefs. This is a time when you are meant to bridge the gap between the third and fifth dimensions, and it is an enormous gap. It is a gap that some of you have been attempting to fill for decades, and it is still there, but the gap is narrowing.

It is in fact becoming easier for you to find your way and to hold your beliefs without being ridiculed. It is even more possible now than ever to earn a living as a spiritual practitioner of some sort. Now, we keep telling you that the world is changing and changing for the better. We keep telling you that there are mass awakenings occurring all across the planet. We keep telling you how powerful you are as creator beings, and we will continue to tell you these things because they are true from our perspective.

You, however, might live in an area and with an immediate family that say otherwise. You might look at what is being broadcast on most televisions and think that we are just offering you wishful thinking or pie-in-the-sky ideas. But there is a sweet spot there in the fourth dimension, and we know that you can find it. We know that you can have a tribe of people around you to talk about your beliefs with, and we know that you don’t have to settle for the traditional nine-to-five job in the corporate world.

These are strange and wonderful times you are living in, and this is a unique opportunity to explore your newfound manifestation abilities.
