Test 1: you have changed your eating habits. The intake of processed food is being reduced. The new earth cannot deal with the toxicity of today’s food. Eat healthy protein and God given substances. Read the food labels to find out what products you are consuming. When we say that your diet is the most important, please believe what we say. When we tell you that most processed foods contain indigestible particles, we have no room for negotiation. These by-products can cause cancer. These indigestible by-products will stay in your body system and cause harm to you. We are not kidding. We are very serious about what we say. Your stomach is not designed for artificial chemicals. For example: food with the words “lab tested” on the food package does not contain appropriate substances. “Prepackaged” food is usually washed with a liquid that is not conducive to the stomach. Our plan is to inform the public about the uncleanness of food. Diet is the culprit of cancer.

Second: keep your weight. Obesity can be controlled. Your health is very important for the new earth. Keeping a proper weight is your goal. Pay attention to your health. Treat it well and let it take you to the new earth. Your body is the tool you choose before incarnation. Its job is to carry your plan to complete this life. Burning calories is not the right way to control weight gain. Controlling calorie intake plays only a small part in your weight management, but eating the right food and proper nutrition is key to your health. If you start changing your eating habits now, your health won’t be a problem. Make choices and change the path you take. Treat your body with healthy food. The new earth is not an exclusive club. Anyone who wants to work towards the goal of the new earth can get there.

To go to the new earth, you need to choose the third point: keep your mind open. You must expand your limitations. You need to know that there are more unknown areas on this earth. You must open your mind to all possibilities. Become open. You will be excited by the opportunities brought by an open mind. Don’t limit yourself to narrow choices. Dream big dream. Believe that humans can experience much more than you know, and be excited about the unknown. Seize opportunities and take risks. You must believe that everything is possible.

We recommend another exercise to you. Number four: be your own best friend. Don’t expect others to fill your emptiness. What do you like about yourself? Enjoy being alone. Sing for yourself, dance with yourself, praise yourself and hug yourself. No one needs to love yourself more than you. Do your inner work to make you feel comfortable with yourself. Do you like yourself? Do you like being with yourself? If necessary, go to a counselor. Find your inner peace. What do you need to know about yourself in order to be complete? Practice until you reach the point where you like to be with yourself. No one can make you happier than being with yourself.

Sarah-Jane Grace – Message for March 2022

It’s hard to believe we’re already in March, so much has happened in the first few weeks of 2022, it’s hard to encapsulate the intensity of different emotions all flooding in at the same time. The world feels chaotic, and the fear, anger and bewilderment is palpable; it’s all too easy to become consumed by these emotions but they start to erode the soul from within.

We are currently experiencing another ‘collision’ of moments, and so many of us are feeling confused, fractured and overwhelmed. This is not only a reflection of the world around us, but also the world within us as we are reaching something of a turning point: a new door opening, leading us in a different direction in life. It’s as though we are standing in between two moments, but at the centre of both at the same time. It’s hard to distil and articulate, but the lack of words is more reflective of the idea that this is a moment never experienced before and we are in new terrain; the words to describe it haven’t been invented yet.

As I sit here and write these words, the sun is shining, the daffodils are already bursting up into the sunlight, carpeting the silent landscape with vibrant hues of yellow; birds are singing and, in my little corner of the world, despite the chaos, I feel an inner sense of calm and stillness. Despite the darkness of the winter, the light always finds a way to shine through. It seems important to realise that we each have the capacity to honour and access the light within, and the more of us who can become beacons of light, the more chance we have of seeing balance, respect and love restored.
It would be easy to argue that we are always living in a collision of moments as that’s just how life flows, but this feels different, more distinct and more significant than ever before. We are standing in between where we used to be and where we are heading, but we are already in both places at the same time. There’s a need for each of us to open up our consciousness even further in order to step beyond the mind and to feel our way forward. This is an opportunity to break free from cycles and patterns that have shaped and defined our lives for years, it’s an opportunity to let go of pain, grief, anger and other emotions that have become stuck or lodged deeply within our hearts and souls in order to find a new way of living and being. Yet, before we can become free, we have to allow this collision of moments where all of these emotions surge inwards and outwards, merging and colliding with great intensity and momentum.

Whilst it’s easy to say this will pass and it’s a natural and necessary process on the path of our evolution, there are a great many souls who are lost, alone and overwhelmed, and they need compassion and love, tenderness and respect. Whilst we may feel the need to turn our focus within in order to weather the storms, it’s important to keep our hearts and souls open, shining brightly to illuminate the path for others. Whilst we may feel alone, it’s important to know that there are others walking the path, and others that care.  
The world feels fractured and divided, and if we let this consume us, we also become fractured and divided, but this is a time for wholeness as we allow our inner light the space and freedom to illuminate the world from the inside, out. It’s time for the glue of love and compassion to bring us all back together again.

Of course, it’s important to acknowledge that all of us have darkness within as it’s a part of being human. Many of us ignore the darkness, allowing it to grow and consume. Yet, when we turn to face this darkness and show it tenderness and compassion, the energy shifts and we realise that it’s not something to fear, but simply a part of our true essence. Yet, the fear of the darkness can keep people living on the edge, waiting for a better moment to live in case embracing the darkness within causes the world as we know it to implode. Yet, isn’t it possible that it’s our resistance to acknowledging the darkness within that’s actually causing the implosion? When we accept our true nature and open up our hearts towards compassion and love, everything shifts.

Of course, it’s hard to apply this mindset when there is so much pain and suffering in the world, but surely the more each of us acknowledge our true depths and become one with our true nature, then there is less to fear? Courage comes from acknowledging our imperfections, for breaking down the walls we’ve built around our hearts and souls, and for opening up to love. Yes, these are confusing times, and this ‘collision’ of moments is both bewildering and overwhelming, but it’s a part of our story. Instead of feeling consumed by the pain, just as the daffodils continue to turn towards the sun, this seems like a good time to accept the confounding beauty of life and the miracle of being alive…

The less attached you are, the less you have clinging to you, and your energy gets lighter and lighter, and the only place for you to go is up.

It is not important for you to look out at the world today as it is today and ask yourselves how you can fix it. Do what feels best to you to be a good citizen and a good steward of the world.

But as you take care of your own vibration, your own energy, and you show yourself that it is possible to relax in a tense situation, it is possible to be joyous in a mundane situation, and it is possible to love in the face of hate, you demonstrate to not only yourselves, but to the entire collective how it is done, how you can be light at any time of day and in the face of any amount of darkness.

You are not there to figure it all out. You are not there to figure out who is representing the dark and who is representing the light.

All of those other beings are just reflecting something back to you anyway.

You are there to shine your own light, and the more you let go of, the easier that is. the more you give in to the current set of circumstances, the brighter you can shine.

The more you seek to be love in all situations, the more you see love all around you. That’s the goal and the mission for everyone, and that’s how you get to where you are going joyously, with grace, love and ease in your hearts.

Practice the art of letting go, and you will be letting in more of who are, more of the light and love of Source, and more of the higher-frequency energies that are coming from above.

Now, we tell you all of this, and at the same time, we want to point out that we see so many of you already doing it. We want you to know that this is why we are so satisfied with your progress, and that as you keep it up, as you keep going, you will pull humanity up with you into the higher realms that you are all destined to be living in some day.

But as you do this consciously and deliberately, you make the journey more satisfying for you, and you open the door to more fun, to more joyous experiences along the way.

A “genetic package” imbued to present time humans by the Zionites. The Zionites interacted directly with some ancient Egyptian and prior to this with the Sumerian culture. These cultures were not only gifted with

The Silicate Matrix contains the original 12-Strand DNA code structure of the original Taran-human prototype (the Turaneusiam). It presently exists within a number of humans as a latent genetic code sequence that must be brought into activation. Once activated, it allows for the progressive transmutation of form. Not all humans carry this code, and not all code carriers can endure full activation, but those who

carry this matrix (contained within the cellular material you currently call junk DNA) have the potential ability of accelerated evolution.

Whenever you are anchoring energies in for yourselves and for the collective, they move through your physical bodies and eventually get to the Earth’s many grids.

At some point, everyone has a moment where they let go, where they are at peace, where they relax as they tune in to Mother Nature, or the energies coming up from Mother Earth. You help those people by anchoring in these energies and going out and exploring your world.

The energies can then go where they are needed, and many will be ready and waiting for one of your fellow humans to take a moment where they put down their devices and observe a tree or a cloud in appreciation.

All the times when people are going to the beach and getting in the ocean, or getting in any body of water, most of them don’t realize how many of these energies they are accessing, and that is why they feel so much better after a day of leisure in Mother Nature.

Now, you are not just anchoring in these energies for your fellow humans; you are also doing so because the fifth-dimensional crystalline energy grid is nearing completion and is ready to be the dominant grid there on Earth.

You are all ready for more of that which is fifth dimensional. You are ready to create it, to experience it, to talk about it and teach about it, and there will be more students awaiting those teachings because of the energies that are present right now and because of the ones that are coming to support all of you in the completion of the fifth-dimensional crystalline energy grid.

Time is running out.

The transition period of the earth is coming to an end!

“Greetings, my dear children!
In this message, I would like to point out another detail of your interaction with the forces of light during this transitional period.

As I have mentioned, there is little time to delay, because all processes on earth – both energy and material – are proceeding at an accelerated rate.

In my previous message, I vividly compared it to instant karma. The evil acts being carried out on your planet have reached an unprecedented absurd situation, destroying human beings not only physically, but also morally.

Of course, these changes cannot affect your relationship with your heavenly assistants, whose mission is to support mankind in this transitional period. All of them are currently working “at full power”, which is related to the fact that the natural screening of souls who are ready for the transition to the fifth dimension is running out of time for those who are completely unprepared.

Therefore, in the past few decades, the power of light and those who struggle for spiritual growth can have enough time to work and do spiritual homework. Now, these people have no such opportunity.

The representatives of the forces of light are doing their best to help as many people as possible out of the matrix of the third dimension, which is clearly disappearing before our eyes. Like lifeguards, they are in a hurry to salvage the people who fell into the water on the sunken ship, lend a helping hand to them and pull them onto the deck of a new ship – a beautiful ship sailing to the fifth dimension. For another person, it may take a step closer to make his / her consciousness receive these help as soon as possible, which is likely to break a person’s usual life philosophy and drag him / her out of the comfort zone.

Or, someone is destined to live in pain and sadness. Only these pain and sadness can make a person return to a straight and narrow road, squeeze out the filth in his soul and be purified, which may seem too cruel and unfair to ordinary people.

Each of you pays your own “price” for the resurrection of your soul, but not everyone can understand it – that’s why you complain so much about the power of light, complaining and accusing them of standing idly by.

Believe me, my dear, everything is done for your benefit. Even if there is only a chance, we will provide you with assistance to help your soul revive and enter the fifth dimension with the earth.

This is why the transition period has been extended – so that as many people as possible can take advantage of this real and unprecedented opportunity to ascend in the flesh.

That’s why you should pay close attention to all the clues and hints that are falling from the sky so intensively and quickly, and be grateful to all your heaven assistants for their support and cooperation at the subtle level.

We are The Pleiadians, greetings to you. We have many things happening in your solar system. Cosmic rays beam upon you to lighten the sky. Our frequency is strong, we wipe away the darkness. We have a specific task; to help you on Earth complete the worlds upbringing into a New Earth. So what we do is come to you and give you light codes that will help you adjust to the vibration of a new planet. Our commander tells us when we need to beam harder or beam softer. We give you the light codes for what your body needs. Inside each one of you are receivers that can accept the new information.

Internally you process the light sent to you. It’s for each of you to realize that the new light you are receiving doesn’t hurt, doesn’t blind, it penetrates to your cells. The light within your body must reach a level desired for New Earth. Some of you are ready now, others we work on. Do not feel left out if you don’t feel our presence. We go to those who need it, who do we need to help the most. If you do not feel our presence, then you are on the right path.

To find out if you are ready for New Earth complete this test, # 1. You have changed your diet. The processed foods are falling away. New Earth can not handle the toxicity of today’s foods. Eat proteins that are healthy and full of God given materials. Read labels and understand the products you are consuming. Trust us when we say the food consumed is of utmost importance. There is no room for us to waiver when we tell you the consumption of indigestible particles occurs in most processed foods. The byproducts create cancers. Non-digestible byproducts stay in your system to cause harm. There is no room for us to play, we have to be specific in our speaking. Your tummy is not designed for manufactured chemicals. We have an example; packages that have the words “Lab Tested” do not contain the proper substances. “Prepackaged” is usually washed in a fluid not suitable for your stomach. Our plan is to inform the masses of the food impurities. The reason there are cancers is diet.

For New Earth do, # 2. Maintain your weight. Obesity can be controlled. Your health is important to the New Earth. Maintaining a proper weight is the goal. Have concern for the health of your body. Treat it well to carry you through. Your body is your tool you chose in your incarnation. It must carry you through. Consumption of calories is not the correct method to control the body gaining weight. Portion size does play a role in your weight, but the proper foods with the right nutrients is what contributes to a healthy body. There is no concern if you change your habits now. Choose to change the path you are on. Treat your body to healthy foods. This is not an exclusive club. All will reach New Earth who want to work at it. Who will make the choices needed?

To get to New Earth we have option, # 3. Be open minded. You must expand your limitations. You must know that there is more to this Earth. You must open your mind to all possibilities. Become open. The opportunities that come to you from an open mind will excite you. Don’t limit yourself to small choices. Think big. Believe there is more to the human experience than you can know and be excited for the unknown. Take the chances, roll the dice. You must believe that all things are possible.

We will give you one more, # 4. Become your best friend. Don’t look to others to fill your voids. What is it you like about yourself? Enjoy your own company. Sing to yourself, dance with yourself, talk nice about yourself, give yourself an embrace. There is no one that is going to love you more than you need to love yourself. Do the inner work to get to that place where you feel comfortable around yourself. Do you enjoy yourself? Seek out counseling should you need it. Find your inner peace. What do you need to understand about yourself to make you whole? Get to the point where you enjoy yourself. There is no one you are happier to be with than just yourself.

Light packets of information, holographic pictures of great significance, and Sacred geometric patterns will begin to filter into your consciousness, and you must learn how to decipher them. It may seem as if those whom you are moving beyond no longer understand you or you cannot find words to carry on the old mundane patterns of conversation. You will also find that you do not need to verbalize every thought as you begin to telepathically pick up the energies and thoughts of those around you. Your intuitive abilities will increase, and you will not be easily deceived. You will speak your truth with Spiritual integrity, and you will not be willing to engage in the negative games of the past. We implore you: do not become attached to any way of Being, any one modality or any philosophy that is too narrow or structured. Also, do not buy into any agreement that gives power to someone outside yourself.

Discernment, discernment, discernment!

We cannot emphasize this enough, for as quickly as an apparent truth comes forth and you incorporate it into your belief system, it may be superseded by a higher truth or a new concept. In looking back, can you not see that much of the knowledge you now accept as your absolute truth was beyond your wildest imagining ten years ago, or even six months ago? Be aware that many of the things you are so certain about today will undoubtedly change tomorrow or in the near future.

Mentally, new ideas and concepts are bombarding your consciousness. Nebulous at first, but gradually solidifying as you use your enhanced reasoning abilities to unfold and decode the formulas and inventions of the future.

As you tap into the higher planes of the Fifth Dimension, you will begin to remember Facets of the blueprint of Creation for this Sub-Universe – including, how to hold a pure thought until it is brought to fruition, and how you assisted in the creation of a great variety of wondrous things. Many of you will begin to see geometric shapes, sparkling crystals and brilliant new colors as you move through and beyond time and space into the realms of Light.

We have told you that many special dispensations are to be given to those who bravely step to the fore and claim their heritage. That time is NOW! As the masses awaken and cry out for assistance, solutions, information and encouragement, you will be needed more than ever, my brave ones. We are waiting to empower you, to gift you with wisdom, abilities and knowledge beyond your wildest imagining.

You see, your brain has always functioned at 100% capacity, which may come as a surprise to you, for you have heard that the average person only uses approximately 10% of their brain power. Before the mid-1900’s, the masses have only had access to that limited portion of the brain which resonated to the frequencies of the Third and lower-Fourth Dimensions.

It is the mind that is or was restricted – not the brain. As you balance and integrate the higher frequencies, you gain access to your Sacred Mind, which contains much more of your brain power (Memory Seed Atoms). This is how you gain access to the higher Fourth- and Fifth-Dimensional levels of Cosmic Wisdom.

Some advanced Souls are even tapping into the entry levels of the Sixth Dimension. It is not possible to access those advanced portions of your brain until you attune to those refined frequencies. The major goal at the present time is to raise your vibrational frequencies to the level necessary to clear the membranes of Light which guard the portals to your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart, and the Fifth-Dimensional levels of the brain structure. That is when you will truly begin to make progress in your Spiritual quest.

Be aware that there is an ebb and flow to the process of Ascension. There are, periodically, great pulsations of new higher Cosmic Ray vibrational patterns – the Divine Blueprint for the Aquarian Age – bombarding the Earth, with quiet times in-between so as not to create an overload situation. Ascension is not a steady, forward-motion process. It is an insurgence of energy and new information, and then a time of assimilation, integration and manifestation. Many of the sensations seem more pronounced to you at this time.

You may feel as though you have taken a great leap into the unknown at times or you have taken a step backward into uncertainty. At other times you may feel an intensified sense of vulnerability. By now, you should be somewhat accustomed to the ebb and flow of magnified, accelerated frequencies; however, when you are pushed to the next level of awareness, it often sets off an alarm of varying degrees within your physical, mental and emotional bodies.

It is decision time, for this is an era of the Harvesting of Souls. Everyone must decide whether they wish to move forward with the Earth as she spirals into the higher Dimensional frequencies – or move on to another Third- / Fourth-Dimensional Planet which has returned to the originally designed Spectrum of Light ─ to finish their lessons in the realms of duality and polarity. Many Souls will choose to leave the Earth plane as a part of their contract and Divine Mission, and many other beautiful Souls are being placed or readied to assume positions of authority and positions of power. They will remain low key, possibly in the background, until it is time to step forward and make themselves known. They will be dynamic, forceful and carry a new vision for humanity—one that will serve all people and create the foundation for the New Age to come.

And so we say to you, “HOLD STEADY, BELOVEDS!”

This is the time to seek your personal truth, to once again take control and dominion over your world, to remember you are a representative of the Creator on an important mission called

“THE EVOLUTION OF HUMANITY AND THE PLANET EARTH.”

Accept your power as a master of cocreation. Integrate and activate the gifts you were endowed with that lie dormant within.

Do not despair, beloveds, if you have been led to our current teachings and they prove to be too difficult to understand. Our many messengers of Light have labored tirelessly to bring forth our wisdom teachings that address the basic tenets of spirituality through the many intermediate levels, and now to the current advanced cosmic teachings. If you will seek out these past messages, you will find your own level of understanding, and you may comfortably proceed from that level forward.

The evolutionary process for humanity is in full-swing and moving forward at an astounding pace. Open your minds and your hearts, beloveds, and embrace the infusion of Divine Love/Light that awaits you. Beloved masters, we will review some of the fundamental lessons of the past for those who have recently begun to claim their full Soul Consciousness and Self-mastery for this lifetime. What we term as Sacred Breath consists of the normal Third / Fourth-Dimensional air that consists of oxygen as well as Prana – the Hindu word for Universal Life Force energy – which flows in currents into and throughout the physical vessel.

However, it also contains the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. The magnitude and power of these Divine Particles increase with each higher level of consciousness you attain. The empowering Breath of Infinity opens the pathways that lead to the multi-Dimensional levels of Creator Consciousness.

Your inner perspective will automatically broaden as you gradually change your way or mode of thinking and perceiving.

Once you have opened the back portal of the heart, the Inbreath loop of the Infinity Breath passes through the Medulla Oblongata and out the Ascension Chakra (the back portal of the head) at the base of the skull, as it sweeps upward into your Soul Star. The Adamantine Particles of Creator Light that you have inhaled are programmed to integrate a specific number of Life-Code Memory Seed Atoms from your OverSoul-Higher Self as the Sacred Breath passes through your Soul Star. The Outbreath or exhale passes through the Root Chakra and enters the Kundalini Seed Atom contained therein. Monitored by your OverSoul-Higher Self, measured portions of the Adamantine Particles stored within the Root Chakra are added to the Sacred Breath.

The Adamantine Particles of Light, which are stored in the Root Chakra, are unique for they contain the programmed Memory Seed Atoms of your current Divine Blueprint ─ your special talents, attributes and qualities from past life experiences ─ as well as the distorted Memory Seed Atoms that you brought forth to heal and harmonize.

The Sacred Breath then moves back up in front of the physical vessel and automatically enters the body where your crystalline Still Point Seed Atom is located. This Seed Atom was designed to magnetize, integrate and hold these higher frequency Particles of Light. It could be called a Staging Center, for it is directly connected to your Sacred Heart. The Adamantine Particles of Light are then drawn into your Sacred Heart to be activated through your Seed thoughts and intention. These programmed Adamantine Particles are then ready to be breathed out into your Twelve Ray Creator Wheel, as well as out into the world-at-large. A dedicated portion will also stream outward into the Fifth-Dimensional World Pyramid and other Pyramids of Light of your choice.

The Pineal Gland could be called a Light filter for the brain.

The chakra system is designed to magnetize and filter into the body the appropriate vibrational frequencies, RAY-diated by the Archangels bearing the attributes, qualities and virtues of each particular Ray.

There is a complex formula composed of a broad variety of frequency patterns that constantly penetrate the human auric field, which are then conveyed to the glands and memory centers within the physical body. Your level of comprehension and awareness will increase with each download of higher frequency energy.

Once you have gained access to your Sacred Heart and you have activated your Solar Power Center, the Zero Point or the Still Point Seed Atom within your Solar Power Center begins to store a reserve of Cosmic energy.

As you become a Self-master and a conscious cocreator, you will have access to an infinite amount of Adamantine Particles to use in your creative endeavors and to share with others. The SACRED WHITE COSMIC FIRE Adamantine Particles that you magnetize to you as an awakened Self-master must continually circulate.

Only a certain amount, that which is appropriate for each Soul to integrate at their current level of en-Lighten-ment, can be stored within the physical vessel. The balance must be RAY-diated out into the world-of-form.

Mature spirituality is not an unconscious experience.

You must endeavor to develop a Self-sustaining Divinity, whereby you are constantly breathing the rich Breath of Life ─ Adamantine Particles of Creator Essence. By doing so, you will begin to receive spiritual sustenance from the River of Life via the Eighth Chakra, your Soul Star, and through the back portal of your Sacred Heart.

Each Self-aware person functions as a living star capable of receiving and conveying harmonic frequency vibrations according to his or her level of consciousness.

As you are now aware, these frequencies are called your Soul Song. You are a POINT OF LIGHT, a vibrant Spark of the Divine. This Sub-Universe is composed of one gigantic Celestial Soul Song.

As you develop the ability to deeply and effortlessly breathe the Sacred breath, your awareness will gradually descend into your Sacred Heart Center, and then even deeper into the Vesica Piscis Mandala, which contains the White Fire Memory Seed Atom – your own personal Divine Facet of our Father/Mother God. This is when you may draw forth all the Sacred Love you can contain.

This is where you begin to realize that you are the dreamer as well as the dream. It is in this Sacred Space that you will begin your journey back into the wholeness (holiness) as you strive to recreate yourself as a SUN CHILD of our Father/Mother God.

This has been preordained; it is your Divine Heritage.

Please remember that only a minuscule Facet of your Archetypal Being is incarnated in the density of the Third/Fourth Dimensions. The Fourth Dimension contains the astral plane, which is a bridge to the Fifth Dimension. The three lower sub-levels are filled with a great array of emotional energy debris and a broad spectrum of discordant frequency, mental thought forms.
