“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You are accomplishing so much more in this one lifetime than you have in all of your other previous lifetimes there on Earth, and you are doing so in large part because of those past versions of yourself. You are cleaning up a lot of the messes that were left for you to clean up. We are going to give you a way to look at this that is going to help you to make peace with it, to make peace with those past versions of you that didn’t have the tools, the knowledge, or the energy surrounding you that you have now and take for granted to a certain extent.
If you see your past life selves as your children, and if you see cleaning up after them as you would cleaning up after your children who have been playing, that might make it easier for you to stomach the fact that they have left you with a lot of cleaning to do. When you love another human being in the way that you love a child, you want to do things for that person. You want to help those who are unable to help themselves, and who are also very adorable in their messing up.
If you think about the you that you were in the 1600s for example, and you realize how little knowledge there was, and how that version of you had no access to information and certainly not the access that you have today, that can all make it easier for you to forgive that past life version of yourself, and it can make it easier for you to make peace with what you have laid out for yourself in this lifetime. You have taken on a lot, but you also knew that by taking on a lot, you would be able to grow in leaps and bounds. That’s what you are doing.
You have your past life selves to thank for the gigantic movement forward that you get to make in this lifetime. There is so much growth available to you, and these past life versions of you also created quite a bit of momentum. A lot of them also brought you some good karma. A lot of them learned various skills that you now take for granted because you have always been good at those particular things.
You can also look at your past life selves there on Earth as a microcosm of the current version of the human collective that you share your planet with now. Obviously, you can look around and see that not everyone is where you are now developmentally, and you don’t have to look down your noses at them. Instead, you can just recognize that they have further to go, just like you do with a child. When you have a child, that child has a lot to learn from you. You have more experience, because the child just like everyone else, chose to forget so much before incarnating.
So you are there to help the children, those who are unawake, and your past life selves. Again, you took on a lot, but it’s okay. You can do it; we are here to help. There are countless others who are also helping, and the fact that you have taken on so much in this one lifetime is the reason you get to play with beings and collectives like ourselves. We think you made a very good choice.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are listening at all times to your requests, no matter who you are. We are listening to people who would never believe that we actually exist, because that does not matter to us. We are listening and feeling into your vibrations, and we are working with your higher selves and spirit guides, along with many other beings and collectives, because we feel that the rest of the journey to the fifth dimension should be one of ease and joy for you.
We cannot step in between you and your vibration, however, and break the laws of the universe to give you what you want and what you ask for, but we can be ready to deliver when you are vibrating in harmony with that which you desire. It is very easy to get caught up in what is going on outside of you at this time there on Earth because so many people are telling you about what is happening outside of you and then asking you to have faith that all of your prayers will be answered. But the vast majority of those individuals are not teaching you how to create your reality or empowering you in any way.
Instead, they want you to think that the sun has all of the power to change everything there on Earth, or a politician has all the power to change everything there on Earth. A lot of people will tell you that some law will be passed or some program will be initiated to rescue everyone from their own lives and their own creations. And so, again and again, you are being led to believe in something outside of yourselves, and time and time again you are being disappointed by what you were convinced you should have faith in.
We don’t want you to have faith in us; we want you to have faith in yourselves. We want you to know how to gain access to your power, to your strength, to your creativity, and most importantly, to the love that truly are. If you can be love that is unconditional, then nothing that is happening out there can throw you off of your game, and that’s what we want for you. We want you to know yourselves as spiritual masters, rather than people who are believing in the right narrative, so that you can place all of your bets on the outcome that you are being promised.
Seek what is inside of you, and then beings and collectives like ourselves can match what you have found. But again, we cannot break the law, and neither can anyone else, no matter how many promises they make you. If you focus on something, someone, some animal friend, or some tree or flower that can get you to access the feeling of love within you, then you can really start to know what true power is. True power is alignment with Source, but you are Source. Therefore, true power is you aligning with you. It’s that simple. We could complicate it for you, but there are enough people doing that right now, and we would rather remind you of the power that lies within each and every one of you at all times.

“We are infinitely happy, infinitely happy as ever, to be among you, to be able to enlighten you the way.
Lighting your path becomes more and more important because certain forces keep you in the dark and, above all, want to make sure that you do not see the path ahead.
So we and all Beings of Light, all your galactic brethren, all Beings of the Great Hierarchies are here to pave the way for you. We have been doing this for many years on earth, but we do it crescendo; We do it according to who you are, and we will always do it according to who you become.

Surely you have the ability to have multiple manifestation carriers, that is, multiple bodies to go from one world to another, or bodies that are completely different from the one you have created for this incarnation; At the moment you are in a body of matter and you will find yourself more and more cramped there because you will develop so much that you want to expand the limits of your matter.
So we are here and we will be more and more present to help you open up, get out of your spacesuit, go more and more on the path of light that we are setting up for you and that will lead you to an immense door, the door of renewal, the door of transition, the door of the new world.
In the meantime, it is quite obvious that every human being on the planet (good or evil) must live through the choice of his life, the incarnation he has chosen, but also all the easy or difficult experiences he will allow you to have.
But now, in your time, everything is revealed; even in each of you a new truth will come to the surface. You will integrate it, understand it and use it wisely in your “new existence”; The hour has come where nothing will be as before. All civilizations that have lived in extreme violence (be it human life or life in general) since the beginning of time are destined to disappear; Now you are really at the end of a civilization that has lasted thousands of years. Since everything is reborn automatically, this end of civilization will rise from its ashes like the phoenix and fly away to a new course.
Humanity’s future journey will be a hundred times easier than anything it has experienced so far, for many veils will be removed because it will finally understand not only who it is, but all it can achieve for itself, but also for its brothers, for everything around it, even for all kingdoms, because the new person will fully integrate the idea of respect for himself, for others and for life. The new man will be like that.

That new man is you! It’s you tomorrow, it’s you the day after tomorrow, and you have to accept being that new man. But in order to be this new person, you have to let go of everything old that absolutely no longer belongs to you; The old will never allow you to develop into who you are or to truly find yourself.
To prevent this new person from being born, from expressing himself, there will be constraints because the dark light does not want the new being to express himself and be simple. Freedom must be lived in complete respect for life, in respect of the other and all that surrounds one; Freedom should not be taken for granted by crushing others. Freedom is the free choice of where you want to go, the free choice of how you understand and develop. Freedom cannot be manipulated as humanity has been manipulated for thousands of years.

You get to be trailblazers in so many ways. You get to break free from enslavement. You get to break free from fear of your mortality, and you get to break free from the limitations that you took on as third-dimensional humans. Now is not the time to wait around for something to happen outside of you, not now when you’ve been given the ability to create outside of any sort of blueprint, any sort of contracts that you may have had at one time.
You are awake, and you are aware, and you are able to move past the limitations of the third and fourth dimensions, because humanity needs more of that fifth-dimensional energy to be present on Earth, and you are the ones to anchor it in. If not you, then who? That’s what we want to know.
Once you have awakened, you can never go back. You cannot regress. You cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube. You’ve got to be the ones who guide humanity’s expansion and ascension with your willingness to explore what would frighten most humans right out of their skin. This is how you bring about great changes on your world; it’s not by waiting for something to happen. It’s not about believing in someone else’s truth about reality and what’s going on behind the scenes.
Big changes start with you, the big souls in those somewhat dense and somewhat fragile human bodies, because you are ready to lead. You are ready to take humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact, and we are here to help. And we are not alone. There are many other beings and collectives who want to guide you into this most fruitful era of human history.

You don’t have to wait for everyone to be ready in order for you to go on a spaceship, to meet with e.t.s, and to travel around the galaxy with them. The galaxy is yours to explore, and your reality is yours to create and align with.

We are pleasantly surprised by humanity all the time. We feel you energetically going in a particular direction, and then you will take a sharp left turn. And most of the time, that sharp left turn will have been the result of just one of you accessing some part of yourself and integrating that part of you that you didn’t even know was there.
You are putting yourselves together piece by piece, and every time one of you does, another one of you gets inspired, and so on and so on. You are not only healing, integrating, and becoming, but you are also inspiring, and that’s why you are so fun to watch.
Those unexpected moments are happening more and more frequently because you have been forced to be more introspective, to pay more attention to what’s going on inside of you.
You have been guided by the universe to look within for healing, and enough of you are doing it to have that ripple effect, to be that domino that gets that chain reaction started.
We see you as ready to take humankind to the next level. We see you growing exponentially and taking more and more of your fellow humans with you, and we see that happening because you keep realizing that it is up to you, that nothing outside of you is coming to rescue humankind.
The collective that you are a part of will always be a reflection of what is going on inside of you. It will always be a reflection of what you still need to look at, to make peace with, to embrace, and ultimately, to integrate.
As you continue to become your higher selves, piece by piece, you send out those templates, those instruction manuals, to all of your fellow humans so that it can be and will be easier on them to do what you have done.
Paving the way to the fifth dimension is what you all intended for this remarkable lifetime there on Earth, and you’ve got the momentum now to carry the entirety of the human race, and there is no force in this universe that can stop you.
You are the force that is unstoppable, and you keep snowballing and gaining momentum every single day.
Keep inspiring your fellow humans through your words, your actions, through the work you are willing to do on yourselves, and you will be living in that nice little slice of the fifth dimension much sooner than you expected.
Do This Every Day
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to witness your evolution of consciousness. We know that it is hard for you to recognize the progress that you are making because it is so slow and steady for the most part.
For you, it is like watching the grass grow, but we want you to recognize that somewhere on your world today someone in your collective had a major breakthrough. Someone else a really amazing awakening experience.
Someone else processed lifetimes of trauma.
There is always something within your collective consciousness that is happening that is monumental, and you all have the option of tuning in to the human collective consciousness to feel for the expansion that has occurred because of those humans who had a very different day than you had.
You are there to help each other, and you are also there to benefit from the leaps and bounds forward that someone else in your collective is making.
Therefore, every day, we recommend that you tune in to your own energy, your own vibration, that you tune in to the human collective consciousness, and that you tune in to the energies that are coming to you from above, from the higher realms, from beings and collectives like ourselves.
There is always something good for you to feel into if you take the time to do it. This is a beautiful spiritual practice that will take you further than any knowledge will.
Knowledge and information will keep you stuck in your heads, and when you are stuck in your heads, you are very unlikely to be able to feel for those leaps and bounds forward that your fellow humans are making.
You can only do so much as an individual in a single day, but think of how much you can do if you see yourself as a collective, and think of how much you can receive, how much you can create.
This is a time to be really contemplating what it means to be a collective of human beings, but then again don’t contemplate it too much, because again, that will keep you stuck in your heads.
You’ve got to be feeling for what is available to you if you are going to benefit from the fact that you are always spiraling upward into higher and higher frequencies.
You are making so much progress there, but there is more that you can experience when you see yourself as part of a much larger whole, part of a group consciousness that is evolving together, in spite of the differences that you have there.
Look for opportunities for growth wherever and whenever you can so that you can keep up with the energies and you can make your journey to the fifth dimension one of joy and one of ease. And when you master this spiritual practice that we have laid out for you in this transmission, you will have something to teach your fellow humans who is willing to do it, and they will benefit greatly.

Dieser neue Mann bist du! Du bist es morgen, du bist es übermorgen, und du musst akzeptieren, dieser neue Mann zu sein. We are a collective consciousness, but we were once considered to be individuals, just as you consider yourselves to be individuals. What that means is, we can have several different perspectives running within our collective at the same time, and we can do so without any discord, without any lowering of our overall vibration. In fact, we see a diversity of perspectives as a strength. Seeing things from many different angles at the same time allows you to choose, and that’s what you do there on Earth as individuals.
You choose to hold a perspective for a certain amount of time, because you want to explore the ins and outs of that perspective. If you can see someone else’s perspective as lending to the power and the strength of the human collective consciousness, even if it is the polar opposite of yours, then you can start operating as a unified collective now, instead of later. You don’t really want uniformity.
You don’t really want to all agree on everything, because then you would become stagnant in your growth, and that cannot happen. What must happen in order for you to grow spiritually is that you must find acceptance. Acceptance is the opposite of resistance, and acceptance allows for change to occur. It is the first step in allowing change to occur.
You and we are all Source Energy Beings exploring all of the different aspects of the oneness that is Source. And so, we must all allow all aspects of ourselves to be exactly what they are in order to choose. You get to choose what your perspective is, and you don’t have to see anyone else’s perspective as dangerous. You can just smile and nod and know that the person who is offering that perspective is exploring that particular reality, that particular way of being in the world.
One of the biggest problems that you have there on Earth right now is that you feel you must all agree on one static reality. You don’t have to do that. There are so many realities for you all to explore, and of course you will bump into someone who is exploring their reality, while you are exploring yours, and you will wonder if you are wrong. You will wonder if you are wrong to even be exploring a different reality than someone else or than many others who you once agreed with on everything.
Please do not worry what anyone else is thinking about, or how they choose to process reality or information. This is an area where you get to be very selfish, just so long as you are recognizing that there are other people out there, and those people are real and have real feelings.
Don’t ever assume that someone else is just in your reality to play a role and be a soulless background actor.
Assume that everyone and everything is Source, because that’s how it is in every reality. That’s one of the truths that transcends your ability to create.

You receive guidance, but you have to work hard and find your own inner truth. The ideal book or channeling should be to let each reader return to his own truth. Use this to see if it supports you. � People can only have real peace (or harmony) at seven levels: peace in the body, peace in the immediate family, peace with the surrounding environment, peace with others, peace in personal culture, peace in the country, and peace on the earth.
Peace is a trump card. When you have peace at seven levels, you are the real peace.
You are one of the necessary elements to build a critical scale. You can cultivate yourself, work hard for your healing, and work hard to clean yourself up. We want you to project yourself further. When you are in a very positive place, when you feel expanded and receive complete love, you can now improve your work to the next stage. Those unexpected moments are happening more and more frequently because you have been forced to be more introspective, to pay more attention to what’s going on inside of you. Paving the way to the fifth dimension is what you all intended for this remarkable lifetime there on Earth, and you’ve got the momentum now to carry the entirety of the human race, and there is no force in this universe that can stop you.
You are the force that is unstoppable, and you keep snowballing and gaining momentum every single day. Keep inspiring your fellow humans through your words, your actions, through the work you are willing to do on yourselves, and you will be living in that nice little slice of the fifth dimension much sooner than you expected.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to witness your evolution of consciousness. We know that it is hard for you to recognize the progress that you are making because it is so slow and steady for the most part. For you, it is like watching the grass grow, but we want you to recognize that somewhere on your world today someone in your collective had a major breakthrough. Someone else a really amazing awakening experience. Someone else processed lifetimes of trauma.
There is always something within your collective consciousness that is happening that is monumental, and you all have the option of tuning in to the human collective consciousness to feel for the expansion that has occurred because of those humans who had a very different day than you had. You are there to help each other, and you are also there to benefit from the leaps and bounds forward that someone else in your collective is making.
Therefore, every day, we recommend that you tune in to your own energy, your own vibration, that you tune in to the human collective consciousness, and that you tune in to the energies that are coming to you from above, from the higher realms, from beings and collectives like ourselves. There is always something good for you to feel into if you take the time to do it. This is a beautiful spiritual practice that will take you further than any knowledge will. Knowledge and information will keep you stuck in your heads, and when you are stuck in your heads, you are very unlikely to be able to feel for those leaps and bounds forward that your fellow humans are making.
You can only do so much as an individual in a single day, but think of how much you can do if you see yourself as a collective, and think of how much you can receive, how much you can create. This is a time to be really contemplating what it means to be a collective of human beings, but then again don’t contemplate it too much, because again, that will keep you stuck in your heads.
You’ve got to be feeling for what is available to you if you are going to benefit from the fact that you are always spiraling upward into higher and higher frequencies. You are making so much progress there, but there is more that you can experience when you see yourself as part of a much larger whole, part of a group consciousness that is evolving together, in spite of the differences that you have there.
Look for opportunities for growth wherever and whenever you can so that you can keep up with the energies and you can make your journey to the fifth dimension one of joy and one of ease. And when you master this spiritual practice that we have laid out for you in this transmission, you will have something to teach your fellow humans who is willing to do it, and they will benefit greatly.
