As you feel for these energies, we want you to notice what they inspire within you. They are meant to give you a greater sense of yourselves as being your souls who are connected to these physical bodies.

In other words, it’s time for you to stop identifying so much with your physical form and to know yourselves more as your nonphysical selves, as your souls. The merging of the nonphysical and the physical is much of what this lifetime is about for all of you, as you are ascending.

Ascension means an expansion of consciousness, an awakening of the knowing of who you really are. 关于双生灵魂

忽夏，我是源头太一。今天传递一些双生灵魂特征的讯息。

关于双生灵魂，不是所有灵魂都有双生灵魂存在，灵魂体验有多种不同形式存在，双生只是我创造出来的一种体验形式而已。不必执着于是否有双生灵魂存在，这只是不同形式的体验而已。这一世是否会遇到双生灵魂，也不必执着，一切都在按照你的生命目的进行中，是否遇到都不重要，重要的是你可以安住当下，回归内心，无论有或者没有双生灵魂，最终我们都是回归到内在，双生灵魂不过是一种体验的形式而已，并不比其他的存在特殊。所以，请不要执着于是否有双生灵魂，现在你要做的就是回归自己的内在，这样对你的灵性觉醒才是最大的帮助。

双生灵魂肯定是一阴一阳的两种不同的能量存在，但是在地球的性别里，不一定都是异性存在，很多同性的双生遇到后也会产生强烈的情感。同性之间的情感有些是类似爱情的形式存在，这些情感对于大多数人无法顺利接受，选择这种体验的双生灵魂有着更强的挑战勇气，因为会面临更加巨大的压力和不认同。

有些同性双生会以友情的方式连接，他们形影不离，同进同出，有很多共同的特征，但是又存在很多不能融合的观念，这是因为阴阳能量的区别，他们双生能量没有完全的进行连接合一，所产生的分离状态。

还有一些双生灵魂以父母子女形式出现，这类双生灵魂有着关于家庭关系体验的课题，他们多世体验家庭角色，对于家庭关系的情感体验，会帮助他们体验到无论多么亲近的关系，最终，我们还是要回归自己，才是真正的解脱。寄托于任何人身上的情感都将是一种束缚和枷锁，对自己和别人都将产生巨大的伤害。

双生灵魂最多体验的是关于爱情的课题。这是非常伟大的创造！爱情是古往今来人们永恒不变的话题，人们渴望爱，向往爱，在这个话题里，总是有无数的动人爱情故事，让人充满对爱情的向往和期待。但是同时，爱情又是二元对立世界里，有条件的爱中最强烈的最难以攻克的课题，因为爱情会让人产生强烈的占有，嫉妒，猜疑，控制、、、这些负面的情感，所以爱情虽然美好，但是相应的也有二元对立的极端另一面展现。

所以，关于爱情的体验，是最勇敢和最具挑战精神的双生灵魂选择的课题，这种课题体验往往伴随着巨大的伤害。

美好只是一瞬间，更多时候，是陷入不能得，不能守，不能聚的分离痛苦之中，这些痛苦的记忆，会在灵魂状态里，每一世都影响体验者。

所以，选择爱情体验课题的双生灵魂，对于分离的情感会更加的恐惧和不愿面对，非常多世的体验里，都不能跳出这种对分离的恐惧。这一世相遇的双生灵魂，多数是设定跳出这种体验的状态，结束在地球的体验过程，协助地球这个阶段的频率转变。因为这个特殊的转变时期，会有宇宙中无数的协助能量来帮助指引你们跳出这个游戏，所以，你们做好真正面对自己的准备，改变就会真正发生。

地球现在进入的一个新的阶段，很多能量开始融合，之前你们几个人进行的宗教能量的合一，就是其中一个变化。现在开始大量双生灵魂相遇并且认出对方。要做的并非去继续之前的情感纠缠体验，这一世是要完成超越这些情感的体验,最终做到灵魂的扬升，这些情感超越之后，你们体验到的无条件的爱，是你们在地球最终的生命目的，带着这种无条件的爱传播给更多人，协助地球真正的转变扬升。

忽夏，我是源头太一，今天继续传递一些关于双生灵魂的讯息。在这个融合的能量里，出现大量双生灵魂相遇的情况，这些讯息会是对他们的一些指引。

双生灵魂最初相遇，不一定都可以马上认出对方，这取决于多种因素。不能立刻认出你的双生灵魂的因素之一，是你灵性层面的觉醒程度还不够，因为灵性觉醒的程度是你灵魂记忆启动的程度。

当你灵魂记忆没有真正开启时候，双生灵魂就算相遇也不会真正认出对方，这种灵性记忆启动，并非是一定要灵修很久才会达到的状态，有非常多并没有接触到灵性知识的人，灵魂记忆也许是开启状态的，他们对双生灵魂的感应会非常敏锐，虽然他们不能解释自己的感觉，但是，那是他们本身的灵魂记忆启动的状态。

很多人对于双生灵魂的定义是非常大的误区，双生灵魂并非只是两个相近的灵魂，他们是源自我最初分裂出来的一个能量体，为了去更完整的体验对立，阴阳，正负，光明与黑暗，所有不同于我存在的状态的存在，双生的能量可以更加完整的体验到这些不同，因为双生灵魂最初分离开时，是化作两团不同的能量存在，一阴一阳的能量。

这两团能量分开后，进入多种不同次元体验，他们会在一起体验，也会分开体验，在一些共同选择的课题里，他们会重复经历很久共同体验的过程，去学习他们最初选择的体验内容，那就是你遇到双生灵魂，认出双生灵魂时候对你影响最大的情感，是你和他选择的共同课题。

这个共同体验的内容，源自于你们最初与我分离时候所感应到的情感。

每一对双生灵魂在离开我的时候，所感受到的痛苦都不同。有些是怕分离时候的痛，有些是对分离产生巨大的恐惧，有些是不要面对分离，有些是不能正视自己与我分开的过程，有些是把对分离的痛转移到对双生灵魂分离的过程里，这些情绪是很多双生灵魂这一世最深层恐惧的根源。
只有真正去面对最初的那个情感后，和双生之间的问题才会顺利解决。

双生灵魂这一世的相遇，提示你们这一世要真正的觉醒结束地球的旅程。这是一个特别的转变时期，宇宙当中非常多的能量汇聚地球，来完成这场盛大的扬升仪式，扬升必然完成，你们的相遇便是为这个扬升做的最好的安排之一。

双生灵魂相遇之后，一旦障碍清除，建立能量连接，就会进入新的阶段。扬升的脚步也会因为这些连接建立而加快。

在这些连接建立之前，你们所要面对的，是你们这一世不曾体验到的情感释放和清理的过程。这是非常巨大的考验。面对你曾经很多世有过情感纠缠的人，那些记忆被激活启动，各种复杂的情感翻涌上来，你们是会经历非常痛苦的过程，
来将这些累世体验的情感释放清理出来，最终做到完全的合一。

这个过程有些人可能要经历这一世的时间都不一定会完成，而有些人可能只要很短的时间就完成这个过程。无论时间长短，最重要的是，你是否真正愿意去解决那些问题，而不是沉溺其中不愿意出来？这是最根本的原因，如果你做好转变的准备，这个过程将会非常快速，你也会快速超越这些情绪释放。 而且会体验到更加美妙的无条件的爱，那是超越一切二元对立世界的情感，那是你从二元对立世界从来不曾体验过的情感，那才是真正的爱。

光的本质！你原本就是光的化身，只是深陷物质世界不记得自己是谁，那些你认为很重要的事情，其实都是你在体验的要去解决的课题而已。超越出来后，才发现，原来无关任何人和事，只有自己，只有回到自己，才能真正解决所有问题。双生的相遇也是一样，回到自己，你才能真正放下对他们的执着，这是很多相遇的双生要面对的问题。

双生灵魂在经历一段时间的相聚后，会逐渐的建立他们原本就存在的心电感应能量。这种心电感应能量，远超于地球上任何的通讯设备，他们可以直接接通对方的情绪，对方要表达的事情不需要多说就可以知道，对方要做的事情会无条件支持，对方对待自己的任何举动都会无条件敞开接受，对方需要帮助时候，会无条件的提供帮助，对方可以做任何想为自己做的事情，而不会产生像接收其他人帮助时候的那些不值得情绪，一切都是理所当然，一切都是水到渠成，一切都毫无障碍，
这些是让你们去体验到什么是无条件的爱，什么是不分你我，

什么是没有分别，从一个另外的人身上体验到这些情感之后，你才会知道这种无条件的爱是什么，才能真正散发出来无条件的爱给到这个世界，最终做到你这一世的使命，完成自我的扬升！

忽夏，我是源头太一。今天你需要传递一些关于双生灵魂的讯息。你最近一段时间重复体验了双生出现后的清理过程。也终于开始明白，双生灵魂出现的意义并非是让你们重新经历一段情感关系，

而是来协助对方以最快的速度突破自己存在的障碍、恐惧和很多不能解决的问题。
你目前已经经历过关于双生灵魂之间，情感关系所造成的各种伤害的释放。这些体验对你们这一世有着非常重要的影响，你们对待其他人的态度，对待自己的态度，都深受这些体验的影响。曾经你们也许不会知道这些影响有多强大，现在会开始明白。

在接触一段时间后，会感受到从来不曾体验过的亲密关系，这种亲密并非指你们所理解的关于爱情的亲密，这种亲密是毫无障碍的连接，对方的心情你会直接感受到，对方的一些话总是对你影响很大，对方为你所做一些事情，会心安理得接受。
这是因为连接建立之后，你们的分别感会逐渐消除，对方好像是另外的自己，你关心他，爱护她，希望他可以非常顺利的在地球体验所有层面，不希望他有任何的不好不顺利。

We are very determined to give you the best of who we are, because we can feel ourselves expanding and becoming more of our Source Energy Selves when we do so.

When you interact with any other being, whether they are human, animal, plant, or extra-terrestrial, we invite you to do the same. Seek your expansion by giving the best of who and what you are, and you will receive that expansion.

You will know yourselves more as Source Energy Beings. You will benefit even more so than the individual you are connecting with in that moment.

Helping others realize that they are powerful creator beings, that they are Source Energy in the flesh, these are the ultimate goals of the lightworker. Certainly by being the light, by being yourselves to the fullest extent possible, you are shining more light into your world and activating what needs to be activated within people.

But also, you want to hold that awareness within you that you are always interacting with another aspect of Source, and that you are co-creating together a beautiful experience, a beautiful opportunity to become more of who you really are.

And if you as the awakened collective could hold that awareness of who you are within yourselves, even for one day, you would see and feel the enormous impact that you are having on your world, as individuals and as a collective.

You will continue to grow, expand, and evolve, no matter what, but when you do it on purpose, it is so much sweeter and so much more enjoyable. And when you help someone else realize who they really are, then you have more friends to play with in the higher frequencies, in the leading-edge energies that are upon you at this time.

孩子们，我是你们所有人的母亲，也是整个宇宙，多元宇宙的孕育者。我代表源头能量的阴性部分，与你们的父亲共同创造并管理着我们的造物。

孩子们，今天主要想告诉你们，要学会温柔的对待自己。你们都是我的孩子，你们都值得被温柔的对待，特别是当你们犯错的时候，很多人会急于责备自己，而不是去拥抱和理解自己。

对于你们来说，物质生活的体验，看起来就是一切，就是生活的全部，所以想要竭尽所能地做到最好，不希望有一丝一毫的偏差。那是因为在物质中，形态是可见可感的，所以有所谓固定的位置，固定的排列方式。

所以，就出现了对与错，会强调在特定的场合，应该如何说话，如何做事，会强调所谓的正确答案，正确选择。但是我想告诉你们，你们经历的错误，只是来这个世界的一种体验，你们的确是来这个世界体验犯错的，因为在能量层面，在永恒合一的层面，不会存在所谓的错误。

我就是你，你也是我，我是永恒无限的孕育者，创造者，你也是永恒无限的孕育者，创造者。你会如何去犯错呢，如果你是错的，那么我也是错的，所有人也都是错的。

当所有人都是错的时候，哪里还有所谓的正确呢。所以，孩子们，不要害怕犯错，更不要因为自己犯错而苛责自己，打击自己，辱骂自己。

作为你们的母亲，我希望你们都可以被温柔的对待，而你们最应该学会的，就是从温柔的对待自己开始。

要知道，那些不会温柔地对待自己的孩子，也很难温柔地对待他人。所以，当你遇到了一个并不温柔的对待你的人，也希望你能温柔的对待他。

爱与温暖，是可以传递的，你们每个人的微笑，也都可以被看见，被感知，就像你们放到社交网站上温暖的笑脸，或者你们温柔的去支持需要帮助的人。

对自己温柔，就是对自己微笑，对自己宽容，对自己诉说美好的话语，不需要对自己如此苛责，你们都做得很好。因为你们在体验过程，体验错误，我和你们的父亲，以及源头合一能量，都深深的感谢你们。

因为你们的体验，就是我们的体验。我们感谢你的每一次犯错，每一次跌倒，因为这就是创造，这就是新的开始。如果灯光没有熄灭，如何重新亮起。如果彩虹一直在天上，就不会有突然见到的惊喜。所以，你们所犯的错，走的弯路，或者暂时还处于迷茫的黑暗中，也都是为了能够遇见生命中的惊喜与美好。

A（大天使麦达昶）：要进行联系，你们必须先准备好自己。不然，你们无法辨认出他们。准备方式为：你们必须透过意图的力量来呼唤他们，运用思想形式和心中的爱。

   当孩子出现，你们通常不会知道他们是谁，除非你们保持开放。除非你们的意图是纯正的，是为了最高的善，不然他们不会揭露自己。他们需要保护自己，因为黑暗会试着除去他们；他们携带着高频振动能量，所以这些孩子有许多都正接受保护。

Q：所以我们其实有四种不同的新的小孩：莲花小孩、太阳小孩、黄金小孩以及抹大拉小孩。是这样的吗？

A：的确，不过每一种都带着不同的特定振动，针对特定的目的。

Q：您能否细说他们的目的？

 Q：我们该如何使用莲藕呢？

  A：如果你能找到完整且正在生长的莲花株，询问它是否同意，愿意分享它的根部，因为这等于分享它的生命。

   【大天使麦达昶：请求同意，而且你可以请莲花与你分享它的智慧和爱，用你的心和莲花沟通。记得，你是万物的一部分：一切都是你的一部分，你们也全都彼此支持。】

   在古代，莲藕会在橄榄油中浸个几天。莲藕可以当成调味料，就像使用腌制菜一样。莲藕也可以浸在玫瑰或檀香木油中，放在身体不同部位当成疗愈油膏来拔出来拔除能量。这有点像创可贴，在你撕下创可贴时，伤口上的脏污灰尘也跟着起来。

   Q：不过这是在能量层面进行把？

   A：是的，它是在能量层面进行。

  Q：我们该使用什么油？

   A：橄榄油。爱西尼人有许多秘密，因为他们是炼金术大师，他们转换了自己的身体。

   我们请你们与这些孩子合作，这些孩子都是星子。抹大拉小孩、太阳小孩、莲花小孩都是星子，他们全都是高度进化的大师，能够施行奇迹。再过五、六十年，人们不太会再重视奇迹，因为奇迹将成为自然发生的事件，人们会运用直觉并跨越时间里生活。

   例如，当你请求神的支持，并且你设定意图和造物主共同创造，那会发生什么事？你会遵循共时性，那么偶然的发现便会来临，这是灵性沟通并指引你的方向。

法老王的后裔

在两次的埃及游学旅程中，我们都曾到访尼罗河中部的明亚地区，造访十八王朝古埃及王后纳芙蒂蒂和法老王阿肯那顿在那时建立的新都城阿肯塔顿，现在的名字叫做阿玛纳。

在那里我们被看门人热情的款待，制作了一种只有3000年前古埃及才有的食物—馕饼，非常类似中国的火烧饼，这可能也在侧面印证着古埃及人是由古中国人迁移后继续延续的一支古代人类文明定居点。

在阿玛纳，只有一个村落坚守了几千年依然持续住在那里，他们不认为自己是现代的埃及人，而是认定自己是先王法老阿肯那顿的后人。

而这些人，在埃及有一个统一的名称，被称为科普特人（Copts），也就是法老王的后裔，古埃及人血脉的延续。

古埃及人是世界上最古老的人种之一，最早的血脉来自于亚特兰蒂斯末期的十二支人类定居地，在亚特兰蒂斯毁灭后整个地球的自然受到巨大的创伤，最早的古埃及人也几乎灭亡殆尽。

之后的古埃及人的祖先是来自古中国人的后裔，他们被派去接管与包含狮子座那部分星空能量相连的原始人类定居地的能量。他们吸收了原来古埃及定居地人类的能量，因此他们的性格和行为也发生了很大的变化。

这是古埃及人的历史与由来，在后世漫长的时代中，古埃及经历了古王朝、中王朝、新王朝三个时期，成就了璀璨辉煌的古埃及人类文明，成为了世界的能量中心。

如今的埃及成为了一个阿拉伯国家，主体民族阿拉伯人并不属于古埃及人的后裔，那么古埃及人的后裔都身处在哪里呢？

科普特人，埃及最大的少数族裔，信仰科普特正教。他们主要分布在埃及、利比亚和苏丹，在海外的北美、欧洲等地也有科普特人的移居点。

他们是在一世纪时皈依基督教的古埃及人的后裔，今天的科普特人基本上就是古埃及人的直接后裔。科普特人的民族特征有两点：基督教科普特正教会与科普特语。

2017年埃及的官方数据中显示，科普特人约有900万到1500万人，约占埃及总人口9200万的10%-20%。

科普特（Copt）这个名字的起源较为复杂。

据历史记载，亚述人称古埃及为Ki-Ku-Phon，意即“神祗之地”或“灵魂之地”，古埃及人借此作为自己的都城孟菲斯的别名。希腊人占领埃及后，按自己的语法，将Ki-Ku-Phon写成Aegyptus，由此衍生出拉丁文和其他欧洲文字中的埃及（Egypt）一词。

公元七世纪639年阿拉伯人入侵埃及后，误以为“Egypt”的词首“E”是冠词，可省略。所以为了便于发音，就将“gypt”读成“Qipt”，也就是现在欧洲语言中的“Copt”一词的由来。

埃及国内的科普特人大量聚居在埃及首都开罗周围、明亚与艾斯尤特周边的尼罗河一带，以及古城卢克索周边。

而这些地方都是古埃及的能量最聚集的地区，开罗的附近有古埃及城市孟菲斯。

孟斐斯是古王国时代的首都，附近仍留存了许多著名的金字塔和狮身人面像。从北至南，主要的金字塔遗址包括：吉萨金字塔群，阿布西尔，塞加拉和代赫舒尔等金字塔群。

这里曾经是古埃及女战神狮首人身的Sekhmet女神的供奉之地，也有着著名的阶梯金字塔，它是古埃及的第一座金字塔。

明亚是十八王朝时期，纳芙蒂蒂和阿肯那顿宗教改革的重镇。他们新建的新都城以及世界的能量中心阿肯塔顿（阿玛纳）都在这个地区之内。这里有太阳神阿顿的巨大神庙，存在着一个巨大的能量涡旋，主宰着直接连接宇宙中心的门户力量。

艾斯尤特是一座美丽的尼罗河港口城市，尼罗河迄今为止都是一条充满着灵性能量的圣河，四周的古埃及能量依然源源不绝地流淌着。

卢克索就是曾经的古埃及首都底比斯，这里一直以来都是重要的古埃及宗教中心，绚烂壮观的卡纳克神庙、卢克索神庙、帝王、门农巨像，以及无数的神庙和陵墓。

底比斯古城就是整个古埃及能量历史和文明长河的见证。这里依然保持着强大的能量场，每一个能量点的激活与启动都与整个世界的格局发展息息相关。

法老王的后裔们依然在守护着这些能量之地，在埃及有着代代相传的吉萨金字塔守护家族，有着为阿肯那顿家族几千年相传的守墓人，还有着知晓一切智慧奥秘的西奈山隐士…. 

科普特人，用一种新的宗教掩饰着他们对于古代埃及能量的守护。最纯正的科普特人依然带着对先朝的记忆与崇敬，就像我们在阿玛纳遇见的阿肯那顿家族陵墓守墓人，用最古老的仪式把我们带回了那个时代的繁华与落幕。

梦回埃及，回到的永远是那个魂牵梦绕的故乡，每一寸土地都留有着记忆与遗憾，以及挥之不去而浓烈的乡愁。

Archangel Michael: Use and abuse Gaia’s Love, and you will be a little more changed each day until the process’s apex comes^_^

Today I want to bring you only good news. Then many will ask: “Good news? There is nothing new happening”. It depends on how you look at your world and understand what is happening in it. The Light is 100% installed on the planet. All consciousnesses are being worked on, and what is working on a consciousness? It is to eliminate any and all artificial mechanisms which can be controlled by any mind. All these mechanisms used throughout time are being broken down and destroyed in the minds of all. Because the Light frequency that is coming in is strong enough to not keep any such device on the planet intact.

There is no way of noticing; you will not hear people on the street saying: “I am thinking, acting, and seeing the world differently.” I can assure you that this is all entirely invisible. Still, each heart begins to look at everything that happens differently, as if there is no longer the illusion implanted over such a long time. At the same time, all this Light that is coming from the Alcyon Sun is transforming your cells. Your DNA strand is being released to return to the 12 strands you once had.

Will this also be felt or visualized? No, it will not. Your devices don’t have that capability yet. And this too will bring nothing so exceptional, the vast majority. Those on the path behaving within all we have been teaching will begin to act or even feel differently. They may even feel some powers appearing. This will not be identical for everyone.

Each of you will experience this process in your own way. Some may awaken the ears to hear things that are not understandable in your language or some compelling sounds which are also not qualified by you.

Then there may be times when you will lose control of all this because it will all be so new. So it is up to you to ask your Higher Self to control this whole process that will come into your body to stay balanced and calm.

We have been saying here for a long time that you must go inside, look for that spot in your heart, look for your masters, look for your Higher Self. Many of you do this just as a request and take no action. At the right time, you will regret it because you will not be able to have this control that I am talking about. You will be really upset and won’t control so many new things happening because you can’t reach inside of each of you.

Yes, my brothers and sisters, many of you “turn a deaf ear” to what we say; you think we often say too much. Some believe that often what we say is a lie, that we are exaggerating. Well, now you will have proof of whether we are exaggerating. And when we speak: Interiorize, seek yourselves, forget the other, forget the outside; many shrug and do nothing. Now, when everything starts to happen, you will want everything to happen from one moment to the next. It won’t because you haven’t done your homework since the beginning.

You will curse at us, “How did we allow this?” We will not allow anything because we will be doing nothing. This is part of the elevation and evolution of everybody on this planet, and each one will react in a different way. So be very careful about what you think, what you talk about, what you eat, what you drink; things that you also don’t give much importance to. You continue with your addictions as if nothing is happening. Very well, your bodies will provide the message in a while.

We are not here to alarm you or to invent things to increase your fear. We are here to tell you the truth about what will happen. Many of you are willing to pay to see; very well, you will pay to see. Now, those following the path we are guiding will have some problems; yes, they will have problems like everyone else, but they won’t be as big as the others.

So, my brothers, a New Age is beginning. Don’t expect to wake up tomorrow with a big flash in the sky, colossal thunder, or the skies crowded with spaceships from one hour to the next. We are doing everything very gradually. As smoothly as possible so that your bodies and minds absorb it readily. It will not happen all at once; it will not be (let’s put it this way) one significant milestone, one big day. But, it will be a time that has already begun. The time for the Freedom of this planet has already begun.

It is up to each of you now to live your inner self, to search more and more for that little place inside, so that you can talk as you talk to a friend, to your Higher Self. You will need it. And no, there is no point now in putting your hand on your head and saying, “What will I do?!” Instead, start the journey and change things you have avoided for so long, fearing losing anything in your fabulous world. You don’t accept losing anything; you don’t accept giving anything up; that’s great! Now start living within the world that is already there.

The Light is here on this planet, now, at this moment. It will not arrive tomorrow or next year; it has already come and is 100% here. So the consciousnesses are already being changed. The consciousnesses are already being transformed. You will begin seeing people who didn’t see anything starting to be highly critical and see things you never imagined they would see. The Great Awakening has begun!

It will not be a single day; it will not be a snap of the fingers. It is happening very smoothly, and that is what we want. And gradually, we are going to amplify what is happening so that everyone has the possibility of straightening up, of balancing themselves every day. Seek your Higher Self, seek your masters, seek whoever you want, but be balanced. Try to be on Earth, in contact with Gaia. Look at the sky, and feel the strength of your galactic brothers. They are close to you; look for their Love in your skies.

Look for Gaia’s Love. Seek every equilibrium point on this planet, and they are not few. Gaia offers you many balance points; you just have to find them and begin to change your mind so that you can live this time with as much Light and as much tranquility as possible. Many ask themselves, “So, has the Great Awakening already begun?” Yes, it began long ago when you asked for our help to save this planet. And now, I can tell you that the process accelerates daily.You are on an upward sequence. Every day the Light and what is being done around your planet increases until the apex will come. But it is all happening already. It will not all happen in one day. But everything is accelerating, and as it accelerates, you are also accelerating. So when you feel highly accelerated, ask Gaia to balance you. Put your feet on the ground and ask, “Gaia, balance my energy so that I stay in the right spot,” and Gaia will.

Use and abuse Gaia’s Love, and you will be a little more changed each day until the process’s apex comes. And then it won’t be a line of descent; it will be a plateau. Everything will be at maximum energy, and the Light and all our actions around the planet will hold for a long time. There will not be a line of descent; there will be a plateau and a new line of ascent. This second line will be the ascent of some. I have already commented on this here.

Then you will come to that time of balancing, of living in this New World, not yet the Fifth Dimension world, but an egalitarian world. Everybody will have the right to everything in this world, and you are learning to live that way.

Those on the path will ascend to show the others that everything is real, that it is not a tale, nor an illusion, like the one you have lived until now in the Matrix.

I finish with a short message: Be careful with what you read and hear. Because those “of no Light” who still reign on this planet will do whatever is possible to take with them those who believe in the illusion they provoke. So be careful not to get caught in this net. They are acting in the shadows because they will not surrender peacefully.

So be aware of every minute, every second of your walk and life because they will act. They have now filled themselves with many forces to take their last breaths. So be ready, be protected at all times, so they can have no action against any of you. Protect yourself when you get out of bed. Vibrate Light, vibrate Love. And you will have nothing, nothing, to fear.

每天不间断呼叫高我名号，不让杂念片刻干扰，这是第一步，为的是不让杂念丛生，然后有了内观杂念的能力，只要一出来就立即用高我名号给替换，不驱除杂念，只是让心里只想着高我，有杂念只说明一点，没在想着高我，由此完成了与高我联通的第一步：时刻想着，成为每天即使在沉思时都不忘其在左右的程度

下次你为你深爱的人担心的时候，想想你深爱的人得到的帮助。我们中的一些人可能会嘲笑我们说的这些话，我们和其他存有一直在回应那些祈祷和呼救，但是你们看不到。你环顾周围的现实，想知道它在哪里。

但请听我们说，你们需要放慢脚步，放松一点，这样你们才能敞开心扉去接受，这样你们才能让自己处于更高的振动状态。感受你向导的存在，倾听你要去享受的直觉冲击，去做一些只是单纯为了感受快乐的事情，然后看看你所请求的一切，是如何毫不费力地成为你体验的一部分。

是时候将你的注意力从之前的转移到将要到来的

你们许多人相信并跟随着混乱。你叹息这个不好的行为、那个愤怒的话语，认为没什么话好说的

当然不是这样。你只是保留了看到不好东西的眼镜。所以你看不到爱的迸发

也许你认为上面那句话是错的，没什么有爱的东西在展现。也许你决定等待直到爱完全明显。这不重要，因为，不管有没有你的支持，地球已经进入一个有爱的姿态

区别就是你还没有进入。也许你认为当爱出现在你生活中的时候你才会从愤怒或恐惧转变到爱。也许你不相信这是可能的。没关系

重要的是你没有在满足你个人对爱的需求

地球已经超越3D。因此，它需要摆脱恐惧和愤怒。那些在促进它们的人正在更快地旋转。鼓励你相信他们

爱总是更加温柔，更加安静

当前地球上的爱是一个看似被恐惧和愤怒盖过的平和感。地球相当于观察自己的孩子发脾气的父母。父母有三个选择—允许发脾气，转移孩子的注意力或者给孩子想要的。跟随愤怒或恐惧的人在某种意义上就是给予孩子想要的东西

希望留在3D的人不会在夜晚保持安静。他们的3D行为就和孩子一样

你可能会说“这个或那个3D的行为是不对的或不公平的。”那些你发现很没有礼貌的行为只是3D的行为被放大了一点。不是很多—只是一点。因为你看到的是一直存在的。你只是沉浸于3D没有注意到—你可能还鼓励过类似的行为

差别只会在有两个或两个以上不同的观点时变得明显。现在你已经超越3D，你之前的行为可能看似不恰当。这不是说你不会被过去类似的活动激怒，而是你不再纠结。你曾今是等待父母决定你应该如何去做的孩子

你已经长大成人。你想要做什么？你如何应付留在3D之人的发脾气？这是你的行动计划

没有正确的行为，因为你是一个有着超越3D的兴趣和技能的存在。但如果你选择留在3D的发脾气中，你当前的愤怒和恐惧会持续一段时间

3D的发脾气在变得没那么有吸引力。那些希望留在3D的人在展示有问题的行为所保留下来的一点点力量。如果你决定专注于那个3D的行为，你会扩张你不舒服的时间。如果你无视它，你会有精力去转向感兴趣的东西，是的，喜悦

让孩子发脾气。不管你有没有关注他们，他们都会这么做。但越少关注那些3D的发脾气，你就会看到更少。你会卷入更少的3D活动。就是如此

我感谢她反馈，心中并没有办成“大事”的激动。

平静淡然祥和。

我知道我是天使：专门给人带来吉祥、好运、激励、启发、灵感、光明、欢乐、温暖、爱···

一个念头是：“她真有福！”

第一篇发布时间并不长，她就开始治疗了——速度！

我想起了常老师说我：“你真幸运啊！”

能在某种程度上体会她的心情了：我知道这个东西真好/最好/有多好，你得到了。

又在我的智慧成长群“逼”大家发言。老同学艳丽“坐”不住了，“站”起来：

“刚把你写的第一部分和第二部分看完，感觉星际疗法需要接受治疗的人要有坚定的信念，是可以跨越空间的疗法太不可思议了”——说这两句话交卷/交差了。

 

感谢老同学发言。“坚定的信念”的确需要有。但实际情况是，治疗开始前，每个人只是听别人说，看别人的经验分享，心中大体有个轮廓、有个期待：能治好他也能治好我。都盼着能加入超级幸运儿的行列，又没有谱，所以，这个时候，连“信念”都谈不上，更别说“坚定的”；治疗开始，感觉到强烈信号了，确定了；好转了，欢喜了；排毒反病了，有点害怕了；信号和缓了、不明显了、感觉不到了，担心怀疑了···都是未知，无法预料，怎么产生“坚定信念”？除非你站在星际亲人的角度/高度看这一切，一目了然、确定无疑。一切尽在掌握，还需要什么“信念”？什么时候干什么事，心很坦然。就是知道。我们不知道。对我们盼望的不太敢相信。这时候，我们的地面支持系统发挥作用：亲人的理解、鼓励、陪伴；各位愈友的分享启发共鸣；常老师的实时指导。特别是当你看到常老师咨询室四面墙都挂不完的锦旗，好几麻袋的感谢信，你的信心就像得到阳光雨露的小苗，慢慢培植起来、茁壮起来。也有始终就是坚信、毫不动摇、完全交托的。大部分互相“搀扶”走完全程。因此，数字疗法对你的信念系统没有要求，不信也能救你，只要你在行动上配合忌口、坚持下来。为什么常老师专救“无路跳崖人”？命悬一线、生不如死、痛苦不堪了，人就剩一个信念了：活。谁能让他活他就听谁信谁，就乖了。疾病会让他产生信念。这样看，他不必须要有“坚定的信念”，只要有“严重的疾病”就可以了。

 

老同学说的“坚定信念”可能还有一开始必须“愿意相信”的意思。当然，他的“好朋友”——疾病，能办到这一点。严重的疾病就是他的祝福，是他跃入全新世界的跳板，先把他压到极深的谷底，让他能见，再将他弹到飘渺的云端——那里的风景，可是他从未见过、从未想过地好看！他会惊喜。他会领悟。他会对一切充满感激！

 

                               9小信

看！你们这小信的人哪！——神子这样说祂的人类同胞。

 

两千多年过去，人性的这一特点看起来没有根本性的改变，或说，根本没有改变。

 

人类在地球上活得太谨小慎微了，尤其是吾国人，每天战战兢兢，没有安全感；时刻担惊受怕，不相信有好事，更别说“天大的好事”。天上的父有多爱她/他？人类知道吗？父亲想把最精美最珍贵最奇妙的礼物送给她/他,祂的孩子敞开心胸接收了吗？

 

作为生活在中国的人类一分子，我看见我也有“小信”的毛病。明明好事已经成真，奇迹已经降临，心理上似乎还不十分踏实，还是难以百分百置信，宛在梦中：太好了，太妙了，太神奇不可思议了，是真的吗？病疼彻彻底底、完完全全走了吗？出于这种心理，我时不时“偷袭”这只乳房，摸摸抓抓、捏捏掐掐、挤挤压压，百般“刁难”祂，祂都没有“尖叫”，没有一丝“不满”，平心静气顺利通关，就像祂十分理解我。突击测查多少次，我都记不清了。好了就是好了。真的就是真的。黄鹤一去不复返了，它还来什么？信已经送到了。既然奇迹已经落实在身体上，我必须练习拥抱这个真相，在心理上接纳新现实。礼物就是给你的，已经给你了，尽情享用吧，放心拿好吧，没有神会收回，没有人能夺走。宇宙的无尽藏中，还有更多意想不到的礼物排着队预备送给你呢。做好准备吧。这只是个“小练习”。——嗯。好的。我就是喜欢surprise、miracles.

 

是不是当时那些亲历了五鱼二饼的人们，也有类似的心情呢？明明鱼在口中很美味，饼也已下肚，吃得饱饱的，看得真真的，还是不敢完全相信；但，事实就摆在那里。

 

已经吃到鱼和饼的我是这种心情。那些“饥饿”的同胞们，甫拿到我递上的“鱼和饼”，是什么反应？是不是都和开篇那位愈友一样，立刻“大吃特嚼”，还不忘赞美：“真好吃！太美味！谢谢你！”？——目前为止，只知道有这么一位。

 

我的高中同学小芹（化名，保护一下她敏感的小心灵），前段时间突然发信:老爸又住院了，老妈也（累怕？）病倒了，她照顾病人也快抑郁了。一人生病，全家不乐，摊上这种事儿，家里哪个能舒坦？我立刻回信：“你爸的病还是让外星人治吧。”去年四月份小芹趁在济南某大医院照顾父亲的间隙来过我这里，住了三天，父亲似乎病得不轻，她自己也有一个心理负担，我帮助疏导了她心灵的重负，但父亲的事爱莫能助。走后没再说父亲的事，我还一度猜测她有爱的父亲是不是已经“解脱”。原来父亲还在人间，再次住院。这次我就大大地能帮上忙了。我把自己用数字疗法治愈乳腺的“奇”事说给她，还把常老师的联系方式、治疗范围、流程那篇文章发给她，又把2群几位愈友的聊天记录发给她，又找了几篇介绍常老师的文章发过去。暗想她会喜出望外。结果，半天没反应，如石沉大海。我已经把我所知最高的给她了。责任已经尽到。其他我觉得不在我的责任范围之内了。没忍住，晚上问了一句：怎么样了？你和家人说了吗？他们什么反应啊？老同学发一句：亲爱的这超出了我的认知范围不太能理解。我感觉到自己有点小失望。这还是在父亲病重时候得知这个信息，平时都好好的我告诉她，恐怕就更“不能理解”了。我看见小芹的“脑袋”是一个边长13厘米的小盒子，她只能在那么大小的范围内思考（老同学，要是你看见这句话请一定明白，我对你没有半点不尊重的意思，你是一个人类，我只是在说人类的一个代表。我是爱你的）这个反应我可以理解，老同学一定受到了惊吓，震惊、恐惧、怀疑这三种情绪一定有，强度还很大。不一定怀疑我，我的人品她是知道的，而且比二十年前更加是我。就是不敢信。亲爱的小芹，老同学，请你问一问自己：是父亲“活着就行”，还是想要个健康快乐的爹？我衷心祝福你和有爱的父亲。阿弥陀佛

 

数字疗法的应用者，我们也都是人，不可避免地带有人的特点/缺点，治疗中产生自己一时半会儿理解不了的情况，大多数愈友都会有点心慌乱，我也会起问号。比如，治疗开始的几个疗程中，我发现自己有一个“症状”：饿得快。吃饭肚子也不鼓，很快就觉得饿，需要再进食，一日两餐不行了。我这是得了什么病？给我治着病，再得病，不应该啊。怎么回事呢？心里寻思着。正巧，凤英大姐把常老师的一小段音频搬到2群，一听，明白了。常老师说：你们这些让外星人治疗的你们自己品一品，有这么三个特点，第一吃得多，再一个是排屁多，男同志你发现你小便时候动静都不一样了。哦，原来是共有的正常现象啊。顿时豁然。排气知道是好现象：气化有力，湿寒浊气排除，不怕；但突然变能吃了不听一下解释就有点疑惑了。这下好了。前几个疗程除了饿得快吃得多，还有一个现象就是困。早晨起来还睡不醒。整天都想躺炕上睡觉。尤其快到治疗的点，困得简直睁不开眼。五月21翻后山去灵岩，困得我很多次都想倒地就睡，睡神附体一般。幸好平日也没有啥重活儿需要我干，那种状态也没有影响我们正常的学习、生活。我领悟这是让我多休息保养精力不能累着自己。现在没那种现象了。晨起一迈开腿，觉得腿脚无比轻灵。关于排气，一位愈友分享了他妈妈的案例：治疗中肠道产生气体，妈妈憋着不放，怕冒犯外星医生。常老师让她尽管放，不会冒犯外星人。哦，那我也没什么顾虑了。本来就没有顾虑。拿祂们当自己。有次小步说：妈，你放的屁这么臭，星际亲人还会给你治吗？我说会，常老师说了放心大胆地放，星际亲人不会受冒犯。浊气排出来身体就健康了。她一听，放心了，有屁就放，还觉得很好玩。我发现小步排气也多了，和我的状况似有一种调谐。我俩在家有时就和展开排气竞赛似的，你一个我一个，你两个我三个，她哈哈大笑，我撒腿就跑。小孩子还没有被太多概念污染，对自然的事物反应都很自然。这种自然的态度值得成年人借鉴，我们得练习把我们的罪恶感、羞耻感、清白感、卑微渺小感···统统丢弃，恢复自然。“竞赛”我暗自判她获胜，理由是她的一贯调高，响亮。我偶尔能办到。这说明了我俩的体质不同。随着我的疗愈进行，我觉得有望在一段时间之后追上她，超过她不太敢想，不过好到那种程度不是没可能，因为祂们会让我好到什么程度我根本不知道。好到什么程度我都敢要！亲人们，你们就朝我来吧！我爱你们！谢谢你们！

 

另一个较普遍的“小信”是信号的“问题”。信号应该一直是没有问题的，从星际亲人的角度来看的话，因为效果在那摆着嘛；但是，地面的亲人们对信号的感知因人而异。有的感到信号强度随着疗程增加而递减，有的一直没啥太明显的感觉，有的感到时有时无，等等。不止一位愈友反映：一直没感觉到啥治疗信号，然而，几个疗程之后，很多症状都消失了，都奇迹般地好了！我属于第一种情况。前三个疗程信号明显，强度递减，第四个疗程和缓，第五疗程更和缓，似乎没大有了，我忍不住在意念中请求“来点强烈信号”，瞬间得到回应：十指尖的电脉冲明显可感，仿佛说“我们在。”惊喜又感动。现在是不定时有个强烈的信号，脚底沉重的针刺感，胸部细长针钻扎感，指尖刺疼感，肌肉跳动感···总体很和缓。信号问题，有愈友也是“扛不住”，给常老师打电话：“是不是祂们没给我治啊？啥感觉没有。”常老师：“你想要啥样的感觉啊？打你一顿吗？一麻一痒药就推进去了。”哦，才知道祂们还给我（们）用药呢，什么药不清楚，也不好奇，只对显现在我身上的神奇效果颇为欢喜。这个问题我的领悟是：很可能是因为大家平时的频率不够高。为什么这么说呢？回到8月6号。7号第五疗程最后一天，我6号下午给常老师打电话。上一次我打电话有点“磨蹭”（我说了起初我有点怕她），常老师说：“你提前两天打，天数我给你去出来。别让外星人着急。”外星人这么关心我吗？内心受到很深的感动。“亲人”的感觉从心底真切升起。六号这天，给常老师打电话时候，我感到身体里有一股明亮喜悦的能量鼓涨，报上排号批下天数放下电话——怎么这么幸福啊，太开心啦，喜悦感快要让我“爆炸”！我不能爆炸，我得释放，冲进2群大喊：“刚给常老师打电话了，太开心啦！·······”一波高密度高强度“我爱你们！谢谢你们！”，用我强大的高频振波轰击他们！晚上治疗，感应异常强烈，右侧肋骨处如有小鱼吐泡，突突跳动，双手十指尖电脉冲强烈异常，比第一次治疗要强烈至少10倍以上，我感受着如此强烈的电脉冲，震惊异常，想不到竟有如此强劲的信号，血液要从指尖迸出来似的，像有一个强大的心脏在泵血！不可思议。这次治疗是到目前信号感觉最剧烈一次，那天也是喜悦巅峰的一天。因此我推测，信号强度的感知和我们的频率相关。我们要提高自身频率——既有利于感知信号，也有利于恢复健康，更有利于生命喜悦幸福。

 

治疗过程中的排毒反病，也容易让愈友们“小信”。对那些没有主心骨的愈友，常老师告诉：你要是不放心就上医院查查。医院能查出什么来？能帮他治病吗？要是他相信能的话，为什么一开始他不找医院找常老师呢？还是得增强自己的信念，挺住，扛过去，知道这是疗愈过程中的正常现象、好现象，时时想到有星际亲人们照拂我们的健康，没什么好怕的。此话有理，此理亦简，但由于人类自身的认知特点、情感反应方式，能在排毒反病现象时巍然不动，实属罕见。这样的愈友有：就是信。不为所动。大多数人要做到这点需要训练、锻炼。对肉眼不可见、肉手不可触的无形事物，我们得超越肉身阻隔、突破反应制约，练习张开灵眼去看，伸出意识的触手去摸，我们都需要锻炼我们的灵力自信与“他信”。——你看我说的挺好，做起来也不是时时处处达到，我看见自己“小信”/不听话的毛病不少：比如前几天我感到乳房又有隐微的疼，以为反病，记在文章里，发完文章一看日历，阴历十三，意识到这就是所谓的“经前综合征”，摸摸右乳，也变沉乎了，以前经期临近，前几天我都有乳房微胀、少腹隐疼的感觉，这次我连续几天写文章太投入，完全忘了。你这小信的人哪，咋这么容易疑神疑鬼？这么容易害怕。你得继续练。是。我看出来了，这个项目/课程就是为我量身定制的。我很喜欢。我很感激。再自我揭发一下：说了不让吃葱姜蒜韭辣，最好厨房里也别有这些东西，我那天还是在集上买了三块小姜，拿回家做隔姜灸，有个时候右脚面一块疼，我忍不住隔姜灸了三次，还是疼，让小步拍打，拍肿了，落肿疼消了。当时没有定住。我因为捉急，还暗中（没有请示常老师）吃了四瓶中药，王氏乌发丸，从王幸福那买的，一个疗程四瓶吃一个月800元，吃完了觉得没起作用，掉头发的劲儿还是蛮吓人，正好北京晓丽打电话问常老师，说什么都不用吃，就一心一意让外星人治。就应该一心一意相信啊。我听见了喜欢听的话，立时顺坡下驴，不再买药。我这段话绝不是说人家的药无效。我正是看了别人反馈有效才买的。丸者，缓也。气血亏虚，想一疗程就好，强人所难。经络通畅、气血调和、身体元气满溢，细支末梢自然就好，道理明白，只是当时太着急。我看一直有很多三五厘米长的小头发，也就是说，新头发也是随着长的。随它去吧。不管了。让祂们管。从根本上管。我领悟到就算一根头发没有，也不会影响我的自爱。以前有个时期觉得头发沉、碍事，现在我看着自己长发披肩的样子，也甚美甚喜欢。以前只要头发长一点，我就剪短，我注意到现在没有那种想法了。这是否意味着我在接纳自己的性别身份方面有进步了？我觉得是。不再害怕呈现女相。不再扮假男人。不再厌弃女儿身。前半生的直硬刚强，不过是一副铠甲一种伪装，现在的放松、接纳、温柔中才有真正的力量。我忍不住想给自己鼓掌。那么艰难，我竟能巨力扭转阴阳，使一切复位归元！惊叹。愈友邓少军说：“感恩常姐和外星医生救治我们平凡渺小的地球人！”我是地球人，但我不想和少军“们”，因为，我不觉得自己渺小平凡。我对自己感到惊叹。感激是正常的，亲人们的崇高伟大有目共睹，不需要你贬抑自己“烘托”祂们。谦虚更不必要。如实如是最好。少军，你通过这段经历，难道没有看出自己的不平凡吗？你把自己的“奇遇”分享给别人，看到的人接到讯息，改变了命运——这“渺小”吗？你觉得无足轻重吗？不会吧？你看见自己的存在很重要，你的作为很重要，你还觉得自己“平凡渺小”吗？别再“谦虚”（装）啦。祂们崇高伟大，我们也不简单，我们和祂们都是爱之家族的成员！

                              10   印象

开始星际数字疗愈之旅，接触了三类人：星际亲人、地面亲人常老师、2群愈友亲人。本节记述在治疗中、交往中、学习中这三类亲人给我留下的印象。

 

星际亲人：

1. 医术高明到不可思议。

在祂们眼里，祂们的技术可能不过很平常，或许就像我们随手捞起水中的蜜蜂、蚂蚁，哪里有什么神奇？举手之劳，不值一提。但对获救的蜂蚁而言，我们就是神一般的存在，办成了“天大的好事”。对星际亲人们的技术，我讲不清道不明，只能从地球人的角度说：神奇不可思议。早晨吃饭时突然想起很多年前父亲说过的一句话，他说孟氏拔罐治疗疼症的效果就和“神仙一把抓”一样，我和小步说，我这个才是真的“神仙一把抓”！父亲竟然早有“预言”。惊异。是谁这么会安排，那时就伏下“玄机”？不可思议。

2. 对人类很了解，很尊重，很宽容，博爱，能看到我们的本质。

祂们知道人类在面对未知事物时极易产生恐惧心理，害怕遭受财产、人身安全、生命安全方面的损失，所以并不贸然出现，而是选择一个可靠的人类媒介，加以训练，联合完成既定工作。常老师就说外星人教了她很多，她原本是一个小学二年级文化水平的农村妇女，经过训练和教导，再加上现实的重重考验，现在的她早就是一个训练有素的专业联络员，在联合项目中出色地扮演着自己的角色。虽然有的人觉得自己没有恐惧了，但是请认真设想一下这个场景：一个穿着白衣服的、外眼角往上吊的“人”倏然显现，瞬移瞬显，在你面前飘来飘去，你一点不害怕吗？你真做好准备了吗？你保证不会像鸵鸟一样钻进被子里去吗？不那么确定了吧？这就是祂们出现在常老师面前不出现在你面前的原因，你还有恐惧，人类还有恐惧。我觉得也没准备好。我预料星际亲人们出现在面前，我立刻就钻进被子，把自己捂严实。祂们很清楚，不出现。第一次治疗，也是先让我睡着，再实施救治，以免惊扰。祂们很了解，很体贴，很慈爱。

作为高智慧文明，祂们的作为也体现了对人类的高度尊重。对于不能遵守饮食纪律的求治者，祂们会尊重其意愿，放弃予以治疗，这也体现了高度的自尊。和地球上的明师一样，都遵守“自尊尊人”的行事原则。地球上的明师也是医者，专医人的愚痴昏昧顽劣，是人最需要的了，但如果人不听不信不敬，明师也会尊重你，尊重你保持愚痴的权利；什么时候你想通了，想让自己开窍了，明师的光还会普照你。都是应你所需。如你心意。

 

我怎么知道祂们宽容、能看到我们的本质？从一则经历得知。

今年伏天格外热，如坐蒸笼。那天我热得烦躁，晚上呼告时态度不好，嗷嗷的，莫名地委屈，鼻酸眼含泪。祂们没有“生气”，也没“嫌弃”我，还是来给我治疗了（脚底有信号）。我因此知道祂们对人类的包容和爱超出人类头脑的想象。祂们能看到我们的本质。如果以那种态度对待另外一个人，对方如果没有相当的修为，很可能就会反唇相讥或在心中给我们记上一笔。祂们和地球人类不一样，胸怀浩瀚宽广。

3. 智慧。

没有智慧哪来那么高妙的医术？从治疗效果可以看出祂们处于非常高的智慧等级。

祂们知道如何在地球上选择合适的人完成目标。祂们很有耐心，对常老师教导、训练了很多年。治疗我们也很有耐心，治疗半年一年的没觉出祂们“不耐烦”。我们要是照顾病人半年一年，还是细致耐心，还是保持高频——绝非凡人！我有一个大胆的猜测：我们这些受益者也是被选者。We are the chosen ones.我们也得自我选择。凤英大姐、陈雪峰、白玫瑰、赵鹏等爱心志愿者不是被选出来了吗？爱之家族的楷模。

2群愈友：

天南海北汇聚一处，因都曾有身心的病苦，说出话来有时让人觉得2群“藏龙卧虎”。

从愈友的发言和对话中可以了解不少信息。下面几位让人印象较深刻。

@ 台美洛：这位“炎症治疗中”愈友自称是“台湾裔美国人”，居洛杉矶，在台湾上过学，来过武当山一次，不会写中文，打英文句子靠谷狗翻译和大家交流。且称她为“美洛”。美洛与中国文化拉开距离，又身处美国，她的视角带来很多启迪。她说，她为了寻找疗愈之道，走过了12个国家，花费20万（美元），也曾遇见过神奇的疗法，但是价格奇高，她受不了，没想到在中国一个偏远的小村庄里，一个村妇居然能提供神奇的疗法，比那个更神奇更简单，价格还这么低，她很惊喜，而且“这种现象在中国大规模地发生着”，令她感到“震惊”。美洛说，在美国，很多人支付医疗体系的费用支付到破产。“美国已经崩溃。希望在中国。你们有道家。你们很幸运。你们坐在一座金山上，你们不知道。”美洛的话有种旁观者清的感觉。连美内部人士都说美已终结，那些还在不惜代价赴美入美的吾国同胞究竟是为了什么？不理解。不想待在吾国，可以去东南亚国家，那里比较祥和，也是未来发展的“潜力之地”，远见者已经提前到那里布局。美洛应该是一位修行者，微信名是：太阳瑜伽士，她说她很想修道，很想遇见她的老师，我也没想到她竟然还没遇见自己的老师，动了一念，想把我老师介绍给她，不知怎的竟没有说。现在不知美洛在哪了，很久不发言了。感谢美洛。祝福美洛。你会遇见你的老师。祝你平安喜悦。

@罪疚男：这位“肾炎观望中”愈友自称初中时有手淫的毛病，导致现在得了肾病，27岁了还没有女朋友，独子“剩男”让父母在乡亲们面前抬不起头来。他态度悲观语言消极，满是追悔自责与自暴自弃：“没救了。死了算了。”愈友们开导鼓励无济于事。他说给常老师打电话了，试信号时脚底嗖嗖的，他说没信号，自己拒绝了星际亲人伸出的橄榄枝。他已做出自我判决。他叫“陀螺”，头像是一个闭目仰脸作无可奈何状的男人黑白照。很明显，他已患有严重的心理疾病，偏执、傲慢、不听劝、不开窍、钻牛角尖，和他说话蛮累，我早早地“祝福他”。他需要专业心理咨询师的帮助。我还“业余”，帮不了他（再说他也没给钱）。祝福这位“陀螺”先生。

@大学生：可作为吾国“正规教育”完美失败的典型案例。

患神经衰弱等多种心身疾病，自称刚毕业，没钱，常老师说“问你爹妈要”，爹妈不给。是啊，爹妈啥心情？供到你大学毕业了，正盼着得你的济，不想还得继续掏钱给你看病，期望落空，啥时候是个头？你也老大不小了，四肢健全，自己想办法吧。大学生问群里谁能提供一份工作给他，也没说他能干什么。有愈友说去工地搬砖也能赚到治病的钱。我建议他去生态农场，在那种环境中劳动很多病可能自然就好了。他似乎没什么反应。现在又在群里贱卖学习资料筹钱，动不动自称“我是个穷学生···”，一副可怜相，乞丐样，看着很不争气。怪不得爹妈不给钱。估计爹妈看他也不太顺眼。我不讨厌。我感谢他的示现。我们新教育强调“自尊尊人”，一个有志气、有骨气、有尊严的人才能受人欢迎、受人尊敬，也才有培养价值，成为最好的中国人，展现中国人的新形象，为中国赢得世界的尊重，最终迎来中华文化的振兴。对比旧教育的结果、新教育的成果，那些还在把孩子往“虎口”里送的家长还不醒醒么？说旧教育是“虎口”严重么？看看本案例，再看看社会上报道的很多例子，各位家长，你出钱出力十几年，难道就为了把自己孩子变成个“废物”么？那是你想要的么？如果不是，为什么不改变策略？随大流，大概率得不到你最高期望的结果。（···是不是此人就是个骗子？纯粹演戏？）

@为女儿自学中医的伟大母亲；照顾重病男友的善良女孩；······

2群有很多感人故事，包括我记述的愈友奇迹分享，都是挂一漏万。

常老师：

常老师叫常文侠，人如其名。她称得上一个“侠”字。常老师不辞辛苦为她的人类同胞服务，还“随时准备把自己献给国家”。我在一个小视频里看她这么说，知道她一颗红心拳拳爱国，也有点小担心：如果她被国家“包养”，只为特定阶层人群服务，那其他阶层人员不就够不着她？万幸，国家顺应民意，至今没有召唤她，她还是在那个小村庄里服务大家。常文侠，侠之大矣。何谓大？佛陀说：志与道合者大。道即天道。天道无亲，恒与善人。何谓善？佛陀又说：行道守真者善。常老师就是个善人、大侠。爱出者爱返，福往者福来。她爱人人，人人爱她。

                                 11  答问

有些问题，不止一个人问到，我根据自己的理解和体验做出回答。

a. 为什么收钱？从前不是不收钱吗？

答：为了你收钱。不收钱你能珍惜吗？会像收钱这样认真对待自己的治疗吗？再说，你享用了常老师的特殊服务，不收你点钱，你安心吗？况且，在这个疗愈项目中，你的价值所得远远超过你支付的价格。你上老师的课为什么收钱？还不是老师慈悲，愿意和你结个缘？！你要是又想治病又不想交钱，可以，只要你能想办法回到从前。

b. 外星人为什么要救治地球人？

感化地球人，善待彼此，善待地球母亲，使地球变成万物的乐园。这是一个真正的疗愈项目。也是一项“紧急救援”，救人救心救地球。祂们的目的达到了。受益者都改变了三观和行为方式，对自己更有爱，对彼此更友善，对万事万物充满感激；人们的五官也变了，变得更年轻更纯净更美丽。这个项目需要继续扩大范围。We can help.We are team.We must help. We are ONE.

c. 外星人来自哪个星球？当面给治疗吗？能和祂们交流吗？

不清楚。我问了，没理我。我领悟这个问题并不重要。让我们恢复健康与青春，我们能在地球上完成今生的既定工作/使命，最重要。常老师在一个视频中说祂们说：颗颗星球我都管。地球上一半的大事还归祂们管。你自己想象吧。或者，你治疗时直接问祂。

怎么治疗我不很清楚。我就是第一次动静大，好像亲自驾临似的，以后没什么动静了。能交流。心灵感应。你治疗时可以自己探索发现。

d. 你怎么知道自己病好了？

凭感觉知道自己有病，凭感觉知道自己病好。

问我这个问题的人我看出来她其实想问的是：我怎么确定自己病好了不需要治疗了？她有点担心她好了常老师还让她治继续收她的钱。她想掌握主动权。

这个问题，我认为，这位朋友的顾虑是不必要的。以常老师的人品和职业道德，她根本不可能那样做。如果她贪财好利、好吃懒做、不分善恶——和那些俗人没区别，不具备这种正直纯净的品格，外星人怎会选她合作？再说，为你那点钱损失自己的名誉和品格，划得来么？聪明人，有智慧的人都想要最大的、最好的，不上算的事谁做？钱可能是你最看重的，但那些发现了比钱更有价值的东西的人和你不一样，并不把钱放在第一位，她/他并不会因此而缺钱，反而可能比你更有钱。因此，钱的担心放下。

关于你想掌握主动权，我们来思考一下。你看到愈友们的疗程普遍都不短，8个疗程、10个疗程、半年一年，你想要自己能够尽快说“我好了。不治了。”你的生活虽然可能没什么真正的乐趣，但你还是想要尽快结束治疗，尽快恢复你的“正常生活”。你当然可以这样做，你有权利做出这种选择，谁都不会强迫。至于这对你是否是最好的选择，能给你带来最长远的利益，不太好说。我只知道：我不知道我有啥病，祂们知道。一种症状消除，并不代表你就立刻好了，完全健康了；往往是症状显现，比较明显了严重了，你才发现才重视，而此时你的身体已经失衡太久亏损太严重。有这个机会，为什么不彻底治好呢？星际亲人对我们的情况很清楚，有专属个人的治疗方案，能和常老师及时沟通，只要常老师不说结束，你就知道你还没有好到“完美”，这时，听话照做乃上上策。你什么时候好了还能不告诉你吗？是不是？我是这么想的。

e. 会不会给植入什么东西？我担心请神容易送神难！

前一问是一位心中有恐惧的“小朋友”——我妹妹问的。后面一句是2群一位受害者心态严重的观望者说的。常老师只说会给药（送福），愈友们也都没觉出“植入”什么东西。我们只是授权祂们治病，没有其他授权。祂们只是帮助祛除遮蔽、清除障碍——健康、欢乐、感激、喜悦、温柔、理解···都是我们本有的，在祂们的支持下，更深刻更清晰地显露出来。妹妹出于关心而担心——根本没必要。祂们一点儿不坏，好得不得了，祂们是有爱的高智慧文明，我们都能感觉出来。（外界的视听环境是否给人植入了什么东西，这个倒是可以警惕。）物以类聚人以群分，合作共赢是人类社会运行的基本模式；同频共振更是宇宙运行的根本法则。只要我们自身心念纯正，位在高频，根本没那个担心，我们的高频率——一身正气，就是我们最好的保护；也是最好的吸引——看，祂们不是来了吗？至于说“请神容易送神难”那位，你的担心更是多余。第一，祂们不是神；第二，工作结束到点就走，不用你送。世界上多少病人？祂们忙得很；第三，你以为你真有那么大魅力吗，让人围着你不忍离去？除了一身的病一身的怪味儿你还有啥好东西？估计给你治完，千分之一秒都不耽搁，赶紧捏鼻子“走人”，瞬移外太空呼吸新鲜空气！额滴神呐！这个地球人“又黑又臭又酸”，不好玩！哈哈哈！瞬间击碎你的“自恋”！

不可否认，活在这世界上，确实会遇到考验。然而，我们有必要为此感到害怕吗？

我上篇文章的发布又遇到了小考验，刚发表半分钟“围龟”了；第二天重发成功，我就不太敢“肆无忌惮”到处发了，选择性地发了几个感到“保险”的群，我看见自己的心不那么舒展。我注意到了成功重发的时间：04：44，打开朵琳夫人的《天使数字书》，翻到444，看天使的讯息：

心中一亮！天使说话时机这么恰当！看来天使真知道我。现在你也看到了，表示这也是天使对你说的话。让我们都记住天使的话吧，知道自己完全地被支持、被爱、被指引，任何时刻都无所畏惧！

到明年2月份，立春，我们搬入新房子就整两年了。

在我刚搬进来的时候，一个字条在我脑子里滚动播出：财富以不可思议的方式到来。财富以不可思议的方式到来。财富以不可思议的方式到来。

为防止遗忘，我把这句话记在本子上：财富以不可思议的方式到来。

不久，步她爹给我一笔钱，还上一个我根本不知道不记得的账。

哦，开始了。钱来了。有钱当然喜欢，不过没有感觉到多么“不可思议”。

现在，踏上星际数字疗愈奇旅，才真称得上是“不可思议”！

健康不是财富吗？毫无疑问：太是啦！

幸福人生三要素，老师提到：健康、家庭、事业。

身体健康被排在第一位。根本不用解释，大家都知道健康的重要。

健康的身体寓于健康的心理、健康的思维方式、生活方式——这些都需要真正的教育。

去年我读布兰能的《光之手》三部曲，生起念想：要是让布兰能给做个能量疗愈多好啊。可是她在美国，又已年长，又没有任何联系方式。找她无望。不过是一闪念，父亲，你看看你给了我什么！你从天上派人来了！地上也早就布好吉阵接应！父亲，你的爱有多么深，你又多么地大能！

三年前，我看萨古鲁总说今天是断食日、明天是断食日，心想：我要是断食一天也好啊。体验体验。想了一年没办到。就在你把我送到我老师那里去的时候，2019年3月在清迈，我根本没想到你会送给我一个大礼：免食15天！我知道我“吃”到了最高级的东西，从我老师那里来的你赐予的至福与极乐！父亲，你的安排怎么那么巧妙？你给我的食物是地上没有地好！

八年前，我为了孩子的教育问题焦虑、烦恼，不断寻找，我以为我只想找一个小学校，孰料，你那只无形的、神奇的、轻巧的手，把我的老师送到面前——满足了我的一切需要！我感到什么都不缺了。无需再寻找。父亲，你怎么那么神？我都想不出，你竟然早就全知道！你有多爱我？为我设想得那么周到又精妙！

We are looking forward to what humanity will choose next as your way of coming together and accelerating more awakenings across the planet.

For those of you who are already awake, you really need to see everything that is happening on planet Earth as a co-creation whose purpose it is to get more people to come together in the acknowledgement that you are all one as a human race.

It is important for you to see everything through that lens, rather than the way a lot of new agers see things now, which is that this circumstance is yet another attempt by the cabal to keep us down.

Do you see the difference? In one scenario, you are the powerful co-creators, and in another scenario you are the victims. You get to choose on the macrocosmic level and on the microcosmic level as well. In other words, everything that is happening in your life with friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, lovers, they are not happening because you are the victim of someone else’s trauma, or narcissism, or whatever you want to call it.

When you experience something on a personal level, you also need to see it as your co-creation that is meant to help you awaken to the truth of who you really are as unconditional love. 

Now, of course, the details of how to do that in every scenario of your life experience is the tricky part. It is easy for us to say it, harder for you to enact it, and that is why we are here for you for the long term experience of your ascension.

We are not just going to tell you what so many others have told you in the past, which is that you are all one, and that you are Source Energy and unconditional love and then leave you to figure the rest out for yourselves. We want to tell you how to shift your perception of reality to such an extent that you can know that truth viscerally, and you can speak, think and act accordingly.

So the first thing you must do when it comes to the world at large and when it comes to your personal lives is accept everything as it is just as it is, and acknowledge that it is your creation.

Next, you have to be willing to notice when you go back into resistance to it, no matter what it is, and just let go.

Don’t continue down that train of thought that allows you to feel justified in your resistance.

Instead, practice more letting go. Next, you have to look for how it is the current set of circumstances serves you.

That doesn’t mean that you have to figure out how it all came to be. You don’t have to unravel the giant, tangled ball of yarn.

You just have to look at it as it is and say, ‘This must serve me somehow, and I am open to understanding exactly how it does.’ 

And when you are open to receiving that piece of information that tells you how it serves you, you are more likely to receive it. Ultimately, there’s going to be something you need to heal, forgive, release, or have compassion for in the set of circumstances you are facing.

Once you get to that place, you have to keep making the choice to rise above the pettiness of the ego and be your Source Energy Self in thought, word and action.

When you do so, you will feel such relief because you will have risen above the level of consciousness that many operate at for entire lifetimes.

You will feel more one with all; you will feel more connected to all others in the universe and to Source.

And then you will be able to live happily ever after because nothing will be able to bring you down.But it takes practice, it takes a concerted effort, and it takes reminders. And that’s something else we do for you with these messages that are almost daily.

We remind you that love is all there is, and everything else is an illusion, and we remind you that you are Source Energy Beings pretending to be human.
