You are, right now, choosing which version of the future you are aligning with, and you are doing so with the vibration you are offering right now.

There is not one future, and every future is malleable. Every future can contain more magical experiences of joy and delight. They expand with your focus upon them to contain more of those absolutely mind-blowing, heart-opening experiences that you all want to have.

Many of you have taught yourselves to ignore mainstream media, and now you must do the same with new agers who are preaching doom and gloom about the future, because there are plenty of them out there, and you must use your discernment. You must determine whether you want to add more energy to a negative timeline, and the only way to do that is to tune in to how you are feeling when you see someone predicting food shortages, world war 3, financial collapse and everything else that some people are just convinced must happen in order for humanity to grow. You can grow through pain and suffering, but they are not prerequisites to growth.

You can grow through focusing on your heart, the love that you are, the Source Energy Being that you are and that everyone else is, and that’s what we recommend. We’ve seen you all riding the wave of expansion, love, joy, freedom, creativity, abundance, and everything else you want to experience, and we invite you to join us in that positive expectation that we have for all of you who know how to use the power of your focus to create realities and to put more energy towards what you want to experience.

We are letting ourselves focus on only the most positive futures for humanity, and we suggest you all do the same. What we have noticed about focusing on the most positive future timelines for humanity is that they expand and grow to include more positive experiences as we do.

Many of you believe that you must meditate, write a diary or do this and that, because others say that as long as you follow the appropriate steps for them, they can help you

You no longer need teachers, exercises or correct ideas and actions. You have arrived
From today on, you decide what is interesting or right for you

Some of you are worried that you have no instructions to know what to do. Or it is easier and faster to follow the instructions of the person who claims to have the answer

No one except you have the right answer or method for you. You have changed from a student to a teacher

This does not mean that you know all the answers you need – certainly not the answers that others need. Instead, you are a newly graduated teacher.
When you decide what behavior seems interesting, you are quietly pausing

Perhaps our words seem strange, since we use a few words to show that you are a teacher. So who are your students? Those who follow you — and you. You are your own student

When you develop into your own teacher, your words, actions and reactions will become the classroom of the following people

You are no longer 3D, including the characters you have picked up for a long time. Many 3D teachers find that they need to learn a lot like their students to prepare for a specific course, which surprised them. So you are like this now, just in different formats

The 3D format of “teachers teach students in class” is no longer necessary. Your method will be your behavior. The boundary between students and teachers disappears
Of course, the student/teacher format will last for a period of time. But people who have surpassed 4D will not find these interactions interesting. Instead, learning will be a life course

Teaching will be more observation, and integrate these observations into your existence without attaching the formula “If you say or do this, you will succeed”

What suits others no longer suits you. Not because they are harmful to you, but because you are no longer part of 3D collective thinking. You are a unique individual with unique needs and behaviors

Many people who base their teaching on their own behavior will find that few people are interested in them. Their followers will expect a wide range of interest parameters — without should and must

There is no longer a diet, meditation, behavior, belief or interaction that applies to all people. The only proper instruction for you is what interests you

The mentor who once provided you with a sense of correctness or security is no longer so dazzling. Because you are a new existence, in a new world
In the past, everyone was a green line in the life blanket. So those who successfully grasp the green line have specific value for all those who want their green line to shine

Now the blanket of life has become a blanket with thousands of colors, and no one or activity is an expert in the new earth

Although it is true that those gold, green or blue lines may find each other and share the experience, each line may also decide to change the color or create a new color. Everything on the earth is changing and will continue to be so

Your new world is about exploring new colors, behaviors and places. There are no more additions. Therefore, there are no effective mentors for the collective. 3D teaching will only happen when the final result is finalized

Let yourself flow into this or that interest. “New” is your direction. The “expected format” no longer applies to you or any existence beyond 3D. That’s it

And then you will get to go to the next level. Then you will have solved the game, the puzzle.

You will have triumphed over evil by loving evil, by loving the evil-doers.

And of course, what is evil is defined differently by different people, but if you are defining something as evil, then that’s your work. That’s the curriculum you have given yourself.

And sometimes it is you that you need to forgive. Sometimes you are the one who needs the most love from you.

Be honest with yourselves about how you really feel about you and what you have done and who you have been, because that is the only way you will ever get to that place of self-love and self-forgiveness.

And when you are giving it to yourself, you’re more likely to give it to others, and when you give it to others, you’re more likely to give it to yourself.

So remember that as well. You are always helping yourself whenever you offer love to someone else, someone who is in great need of that love. And it will have a domino effect. You will affect the totality of the human collective by just deciding that the next time you see that person’s face on a screen who usually triggers you that you will love that person. You will be love in the face of whatever they are offering, and you will level yourself up, eventually finding yourself standing in the fifth dimension.

Most people do not realize that their power truly lies in their ability to focus, to feel, to vibrate, to visualize, to think about the reality they want to experience.

And so, they do what their parents did and their grandparents did, which is to work hard and hope for the best.

Most people do not realize that their beliefs are important, and those of you who do recognize how powerful beliefs are can help others with teachings and also with examples from your own lives of how you have shifted from one belief to another and how that has paid off for you.

As we said before, the energies that are upon you right now are supportive of each and every one of you who is awake in the creation of your reality the way you prefer to live it.

They want to work with those of you who are conscious, awake, aware, and interested in being of service. 

And so, it is time for you to dream big, and it is time for you to expect more.

It is time for you to step out of doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, and disbelief and tune in to the truth of who you are as everything, as all-that-is, as all-inclusive.

You have every single vibration available to you right now, and they are all inside of you. And that is why it is so important to meditate, to go within, and to feel your feelings, because when you are willing to do those things, you will have the keys to the kingdom, and you will be able to create whatever you want. 

This life is filled with possibilities, and you have more timelines available to you now than ever before because you are conscious, because you know how to manage your thoughts and your feelings, and because you have made it this far on your journeys.

You all are doing what you can do to make the world a better place, and the impact is felt all across the planet. Now, that growth does give you access to more abilities. When you demonstrate that you are going to do good with abilities, you open up to receiving more activations and upgrades.

It is the act of doing something good that opens you up; it is not a rewards system. You can, of course, always choose to use your abilities in a self-serving way once you have them, but that’s going to close you off. That’s going to take you out of the flow.

And so, intention is everything. Intention helps to grow consciousness in a positive way, and all of your good intentions that you have as an Awakened Collective add up to something tremendous, something that goes far beyond actions taken.

You should all be very proud of yourselves for choosing to be a part of the consciousness evolution movement there on Earth in this lifetime. We know that enough of you have developed that muscle of compassion to be of service to so many, and we know that you inspire others. 

And we implore you to continue to look for ways that you can collaborate with your fellow humans, even the ones you disagree with, to be of service to those who are in need. Think of the ripple effect that occurs every time one human reaches out to help another, and now imagine the wave of energy that is created when thousands of people come together for a cause, to make change on your world, to give others opportunities that you have always had. 

We are not asking you to solve all of the problems there on Earth, and we do not want you to feel burdened by this transmission. We just want you to consider that there are people with whom you disagree on a number of issues there on your world who you could see eye to eye with on helping hurricane victims, flood victims, or victims of other natural disasters, and that’s what unites you. That’s what unites all of us. Everyone cares about something, or someone, or a group of people, and that is so important to acknowledge in times like these. Do what you can; take baby steps, and know that every little bit that you care has that ripple effect and will continue to build into an energetic tidal wave.

Gene is the database of life, the source code of life, and the mathematical basis of life creation. You can think of every kind of life as a piece of software, and genes are the source code behind the software. The source code changes, the way the software runs, the user interface, the operation mode, and the experience will change.

And life, this magical existence, is to create different lives by changing the codons in genes on the basis of genes. Parental organisms have more common gene codons than non-parent organisms, that is, the greater the change of gene codons, the greater the difference between them and other organisms.

Imagine the elephant and paramecium, which seem to be very different, but they are both life, but because of different genetic codons, they seem to be so different in size, appearance, or lifestyle.
However, it is only necessary to modify a codon that controls the size of the living body. So there is no essential difference in size, but only in shape. Of course, this is not controlled by the scientists in your world.

In the universe, there is a special life science team. They will be responsible for the coding of forms and create different life forms by changing the gene codon.
Like a rose, the person who created it must be a person who loves beauty very much. The beautiful color and delicate spiral, I have to say, I also like roses very much, and I also appreciate the messengers who created them.

Creating different life forms and seeding them on different planets are the things that many cosmologists are always interested in. It is also very interesting and romantic to watch the seeded life start their journey.

It’s like the excitement when you look at the lettuce you planted every day, and the unhappiness when they are eaten by birds.

Because it is your own cultivation, you have invested a lot of energy and expectation, and your love. Your love is your attention, watering and fertilizing it, protecting it from being hurt, and giving you praise.

You just want it to grow into its own shape, and don’t ask it to grow in the way you want. This is true love, pure love for life. When life is created, love is indispensable. Without love, life cannot exist.

When the form is created, it is just like drawing a picture or building a model. But this is not real life, because it still needs a force. You can call it the Force, vitality, spark of love, sacred spark, and so on.
Only with the blessing of this force can life really start its journey and begin to multiply and grow on different planets.

Dear friends,

I am Mary. I am here to bring the energy of joy and lightness that belongs to the very heart of you. Remember what it was like to be a child. Your brain had not yet evolved that much, so it was more natural for you to be in the center of your feelings, and flow with them. Your energy was much less focused in your head, and much more in your body and your limbs. A child literally needs to move and play because it has so much energy in its body.

As I speak to you, allow the focus of your attention and your energy to go down into your heart, into your arms and legs, and connect with Earth. Feel how the energies of nature want to support you, because you are part of nature. Through your body, you are part of the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. Remember the wisdom of your body, which is simple and clear.

Right in the middle of your body is a source of life – the life energy. Connect with it now. Allow your breath to simply touch it every time you breathe in. As a child, you were naturally in touch with this source.

It is your essential purpose, your spiritual purpose, to connect again with that child part of you. Life on Earth is meant to be joyful, and I would like to now speak to you about how it is possible to both carry heavy burdens and have joy and lightness in your life.

The first key is to let go of time. You often put pressure on yourself because you feel you have to accomplish some spiritual or other goals within a certain time span. But this is a very human thought and as you actually get closer to your soul, time becomes less important; it tends to evaporate. Remember as a child, when you would have fun or play, you would lose yourself in it; there was no time in your consciousness. So when you live in this way, when you live in the moment, you go much more with the natural flow of life.

There are times in life in which you have to face deep inner emotions, such as fear or anger, resistance or sadness. If you would simply stay present with the emotion, without thinking too much about it, you will notice that it will have a beginning and an end, and that after you have a deep encounter with these old layers of pain, there will be a time of lightness and wanting to live life playfully.

Dare to be like a child again, and feel that for yourself right now. What do I need in my life to feel more joy, in a very simple way? And do not be afraid to give it to yourself, to spoil yourself a bit. Your inner child often wants to take you by the hand and lead you into the now, into the present. You so often get caught in thoughts about the past, or problems you need to solve, but life is here and now.

As souls, you are near the end of a cycle of lifetimes. And as we have mentioned before, this is both a time of transition and a time of completion – you are birthing a new you. It is true that the wounds and the trauma of past lives need to revisit you in order for them to be healed and set free, but by reaching out to the new you that is being birthed, you can also reach out to the joy and lightness of the future. And I would like to invite you to do just that.

Imagine that the New Earth has manifested itself more clearly on this planet. There will be openness from heart to heart; it will be easier to trust other people and to openly show your trust and love to them. There will be more joy and cooperation between people. There will still be energies that need to be resolved and balanced, but the heaviness and the pain from the past will have been transformed into wisdom and compassion. Feel the energy of this future right now; feel how that future invites you to come closer; feel the energy of the living Earth beneath your feet; and feel her joy and her passion for the future.

See yourself standing there on the New Earth. Your heart is open and your feet are firmly rooted to the ground. Now follow your first impulse – what do you love to do in that place? Is there some kind of work or art that is appealing to you? Do you love to work with children, with other people, or rather do something by yourself? Everything is possible there.

And most of all, feel the love of Earth welcoming you. She recognises you as the teacher and healer that you are, and at the same time she wants to nurture the child part of you, the playful and joyous part.

Thank you for being here today, and always remember that the joy of the heavenly realms is close by.

Let go of time

What is important for you to do while having an experience is that decision that you can make to focus on something about your current situation that you like.

There may be nine things wrong, from your perspective, in a moment, and one thing that is going right, and if you put all of your energy and all of your attention on the one thing that is going right, you will shift more quickly into a reality that is more to your liking.

This is something you have to train yourselves to do because as human beings you have often been taught to find the problem and fix it.

The problem with that approach is that there will always be more problems to fix. And so, you need to take a new approach, a better-feeling approach, an approach that sees everything as perfect as it is for that particular moment. And when you do that, you can find yourself in a better-feeling reality in a matter of seconds. You have within you the capacity to focus, and you need to use it.

We are very satisfied with the way humanity is progressing, and we are very happy to affirm for all of you that everything is going the way it should be. Nothing is out of place in any reality you are experiencing.

It is all perfect for you to have that particular experience, but that doesn’t mean you are chained to that reality forevermore.

What is important for you to do while having an experience is that decision that you can make to focus on something about your current situation that you like.

You can also accept that red and yellow have their place, and you might like to explore them at some other time, but you don’t have to focus on them and think that they should not exist for some reason. This is why you have choice; this is why you have free will, and this is why you get to have so many different experiences.

All of the different experiences you have are making you better at being the creators you were always meant to be there on Earth, but you must see yourselves as creators and not reactors. Sure, you are going to have a reaction from time to time that could be described as knee jerk, automatic, and you can accept your reaction as yet another experience that you were fortunate enough to have in that very moment. But then you get to shift into creation mode.

You can allow everything to be what it is and create using what tools you have available to you, and when you do that, you certainly are making progress towards knowing yourselves as Source.

Source is the ultimate creator, and we are all going home to Source, taking whatever paths we decide we want to take. It is always best to create with love. Therefore, you must allow your reaction to be what it is, but if your reaction is to get angry, then that is not the time for you to be picking up your paint brush.

This is why it is so important for you to allow your emotions to be what they are and just feel them. Move through them and let them move through you, so can be in that place where you are a much more effective creator and where what you create will be infused with such a higher-frequency energy.

The higher-frequency energies that are bombarding you right now there on planet Earth want to co-create with you. Feel for them, and feel for all that potential you have inside of you to be the best version of yourself that you can be, living in the best version of reality, as far as you are concerned.
