We are the Andromedans, we extend our energy through numerous dimensions, and we extend our energy through the many dimensions of your own being. We are present to serve you and to be of assistance. Today, we wish to speak of the art of transformation especially connected to the mind, the ego, and to in fact to your entire being. We wish to focus on times in your reality when you experience a challenge. When it feels like the universe has given to you something that is either challenging, causes you to suffer, causes pain, causes you to feel stuck, and in truth is something that you do not wish to experience. In those times when it feels like the universe gives you something challenging in your reality that you did not want to deal with, it is at that time that you can transform the most.
You can empower yourself. You can ascend quicker. You can connect deeper to your truth and the Creator.
You can create something magnificent and beautiful in your reality. Sometimes the journey with that challenge can be long, and it may not feel as if there is anything magnificent blossoming from the challenge. Other times you might recognise the magnificence instantly. It is important that we make you aware that each circumstance and experience is different and the way that you will need to approach each circumstance and experience will also be different. When you recognised in the moment of receiving the challenge that there is an opportunity of transformation, magnificence, and even happiness, then you begin to create the transformation. In many ways, the challenge doesn’t ground so deeply into your being.
The first thing to notice is that you attracted the challenge into your reality. It is not that the Creator wishes to hurt or harm you in any way. It is that there is something within you, a vibration, a wound, a belief, it might be from another lifetime, it might be from this lifetime that has attracted the challenge into your reality. With this understanding, we can recognise that transformation can take place because if the experience/challenge was created from within you, then you can access that energy, whatever it may be and begin to work with it and begin to transform it.
You are required to manage yourself when a challenge enters into your reality whatever it may be. How do you react? What thoughts come into your mind? Are you instantly deflated and feel like a victim? Do you feel helpless? Do you feel angry, hurt or fearful? As you manage yourself, you observe your reactions and actions. You observe without judgement, and so you are in a space where you realise that transformation is available. You observe yourself and your reactions and, you know, that you attracted this experience into your reality because of something that you are holding within your being. This already places you in a space of power. You can then begin to take time to explore.
If there is a need first to release emotions, whether it is fear, anger or hurt, then it is appropriate to find a safe way and a safe environment to release those emotions fully. As the emotions release your clarity will dawn. It may take a while, it may take patience for the emotions to release, but you will know because there will be a sense of peace once the emotions have been expressed. If you allow the emotions to stay within, then they confuse your clarity, and draw your attention. Once they are released safely, then an inner peace settles within your being, and it is from that space, that you can then begin to access your inner knowingness for you to explore.
You can ask yourself what do you need to know? What is the message from this experience?
You can ask yourself where is the energy that has created this experience?
You can even ask yourself how can I release this energy? What do I need to understand, heal or resolved? You become a bit like a detective, exploring within your being, you may be given clues and you begin to gain a clarity and understanding. Simple awareness of why something has occurred or the energy that created it, whether it was a memory, a past life experience, again allows you to be in your power. When you are in your power, you are more connected to your truth, and to your essence. You can even ask yourself to radiate an energy that will dissolve the vibration or the wound that created the experience. You can begin to explore within yourself what actions you need to take to allow yourself to move through the transformation, to receive the magnificence that is available in this opportunity.
It is all about listening within, trusting yourself, allowing yourself to be in your power and allowing yourself to receive the transformation. This is immensely important because often when a challenge occurs, and it hits you deeply. Your ability to receive almost dissolves. There is a need to focus on the understanding that you can receive all that you need, and that you can receive and embody the transformation that is necessary. Allow yourself to move on a journey of transformation to magnificence. Life constantly shares with you opportunities, experiences, challenges that may not always be to your liking, whether they are small or large, whether they affect you deeply or only on the surface. By allowing yourself to know and discover the art of transformation. You become like a phoenix reborn and what occurs is the more that you discover this art of transformation.
It is less likely the challenges enter into your reality because once a lesson is understood, once an aspect of your being is mastered then you can move on to the next stage of your ascension and your spiritual growth.
We the Andromedans wish to share this with you today to offer some support to those that are experiencing immense challenges in their reality. We do not wish to make it seem less important or even that the art of transformation is easy, because sometimes it is not. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are a very sensitive collective, and we have the ability to sense what is going on in all parts of the galaxy. We have been stretching ourselves to reach more of the corners, if you will, of this universe of ours with that sensitivity that we do already have. We are telling you this because we want you to know that your sensitivity is something that has been a challenge for you, but you are becoming better at using it, rather than letting it be something that just happens in your day-to-day life experiences. In other words, you can train yourself to be sensitive to what you want to be sensitive to, and you do not have to be sensitive to that which brings you more of the pain and suffering that you have experienced in this life because of that sensitivity that you have.
We know that it is hard. We know that what we are telling you to do is something that you will have a difficult time with, and we want you to know that you’ve already had a difficult time with being sensitive in this life, and yet here you are. Now that you can see it more as a tool that you are meant to use in your life, you can use it more effectively to help yourself and others. For example, if you are sensitive to the emotions of other people, and you come across someone who is having a hard time, you can become aware of that, and know that it is the right time to approach that person and ask them what’s going on with them. If it is a person that you don’t know, or don’t feel comfortable doing that with, then you know that’s the person who needs more love, more healing, and more of the space holding that you can do for them.
Now we know that many of you are tired of doing this, that you have become exhausted from doing it, but we know that is the case because you haven’t really honed the ability yet, and that’s what is the next step for those of you who are sensitive. The next step is to hone your abilities, to use it as a gift and as a tool, and to also use it to help yourselves. So when you walk into a room, and you use your sensitivity to tell you which people to approach, which people to leave alone, and so on, then it becomes a tool that you’re using for yourself as well. When you use it in regards to information that you are seeing, hearing about, you can also then use it to guide you as to whether that information is relevant to you, or whether it’s even true in your reality.
And you need that discernment more than ever at this time, because there is a lot of information out there, and there are a lot of agendas behind the spreading of certain information. So your sensitivity is something that also helps you to then create your reality, because when you are sensitive to what’s going on in your emotional center and what’s going on with other people, then you can also be sensitive in regards to your vibration and you can shift it more easily with that awareness of what you’re feeling, where you’re feeling it, and where you can feel what you actually want to feel, because you can be sensitive to where your joy lies in your chakra system, for example.
It is time for those who are more sensitive to be the leaders of this world that you are living in, and now is the best time for you to start seeing this as a gift and as a tool, and we are here to help. Beloved masters, over the many past years and in many ways, we have endeavored to convey to you the magnificence and all-inclusive meaning of Love/Light from the Supreme Creator Source.
Allow us to give you a brief review of some of the vitally important details of the more refined Fifth-Dimensional Universal Laws and also of the Aquarian Divine Blueprint.
When you achieve a certain level of harmony within, you activate and connect the physical body gateways or portals with the higher frequency levels of your OverSoul consciousness, which include: the Ascension Chakra or Medulla Oblongata at the base of the skull – the back portal of your Sacred Heart – and your Sacred Mind, which is located in the upper, back portion of the brain.
There is also an expansion of your Crown Chakra column of Light, which will begin to clear the distortions that keep you from interacting with your entry level, “Fifth-Dimensional Sacred Triad.”

Everything in Creation contains Essence, the Love/Light Energy of Creation or a Spark of the Divine. Again we stress, nothing can exist without it. Light permeates all manifested Creation and as new creations are brought forth into existence, the Light penetrates and suffuses the darkness, thereby expanding Creation out into the Great Void.
LOVE IS THE DYNAMIC FORCE OF ALL CREATION. LIFE IS THE CREATOR’S LOVE MADE MANIFEST.
The Sacred Mind and the Sacred Heart are not made of material world matter; they consist of gossamer, ethereal Light substance that cannot be detected via scientific means.
However, they are more real than any part of your physical body. For once you reestablish the connection between your Sacred Mind, your Sacred Heart and your Diamond Core God Cell, there will be a constant flow of Adamantine Particles; as well as pertinent, advanced information coming from within your Memory Seed Atoms and also from your OverSoul / Higher-Self.
That is why it is so critical that you reconnect your Triad of God Consciousness: the Sacred Mind, the Sacred Heart and the multiple Facets of your Diamond Core God Cell.
As you gradually move into the vibrational patterns of the Fifth Dimension, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. Tranquility begins in the lowest level of the Fifth Dimension and strengthens exponentially.

At that point, you begin to build a force field of Full-Spectrum Light, as you strive to become a master of Self, and a conscious cocreator who creates only those things that are for the greatest benefit of all. From that time forward, your breathing exercises and affirmations take on a whole new meaning.
These are major physical steps in the Ascension process for they reinstate your connection with the River of Life, which contains the Living Light Particles of Creation: Adamantine Particles.
When you are practicing the Infinity Breath exercise, you are breathing through the Sacred Heart, which creates a continuous flow of Cosmic energy throughout the physical vessel. This process floods the system with Adamantine Particles of Divine, Sacred Fire Light.
In order to become a living tributary for the River of Life, you must prepare yourself to allow the Essence of Life to flow into and through you.
You must use what you need and then allow the remainder to flow forth, ready and available to be molded into wondrous new creations. In this way, you become bearers and servers of the Light.

At times, during your meditations, when you are consciously focused on your Diamond Core God Cell within your Sacred Heart Core, it is possible to tap into the bliss state of higher consciousness.
It is as if you move into that stream or River of Life. It is a feeling you will never forget! However, once again, the universal laws apply, you can only access the frequency level in which you are attuned. There is a fail-safe, therefore, as you ascend in consciousness, and integrate higher and higher refined frequency patterns, it enables you to access higher and more refined levels of Love/Light (Adamantine Particles).
SOME OF THE MAJOR PERMANENT SEED ATOMS WITHIN THE PHYSICAL VESSEL:
1.A FIRST RAY, MENTAL SEED ATOM WITHIN THE PINEAL GLAND.

The higher wisdom and refined energy required for traversing the sub-levels of the Third and Fourth Dimensions are supplied by the three God Ray attributes and qualities of each, higher frequency, OverSoul /Higher Self. This vital energy flows through the Threefold, Love / Life / Light Cords within the person’s Column of Light: Life Force Energy, Consciousness and Creativity.
As the person gradually awakens to the nudgings of the Soul and Higher Self, thereby becoming a Seeker of higher wisdom, the Consciousness and Creativity Cords become active, and vital frequencies of Self-mastery and Ascension begin to flow into the physical vessel.
Eventually, higher frequency, vibrational patterns will be radiated from the GOD-SEED ATOM down through the River of Life column of Light –the Antakarana– into the Soul Star, and then directly into the Pineal and Pituitary glands, as well as the Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart.
The physical mind, controlled earlier by the ego desire-body personality, is then controlled by the higher consciousness Facet of the Soul Self. Each higher- dimensional Sacred Triad was diminished in Light Quotient as it moved further out into the void and the density of Creation.

As you traverse the sub-levels of the Fifth Dimension, there is a Sacred Triad stationed within each of the Seven Sub-Dimensional levels, each one diminished in size and Light Power from the one above. All of the Sacred Triads were sent forth directly from within the Heart-Core of our God-Seed Atom, and they have been stationed within every Sub-level and Full-Dimensional level—all the way down to the lowest, sub-plane of the Fifth Dimension.
As human Beings —Spirit/Soul/Body— you areinfused with the WILL to create: a sense of purpose, instinctual incentive and a complex emotional nature. Each person will have unique moods, desires, qualities, inherited complexities and inhibitions, for each incarnation is the sum total of the major aspects of a person’s thousands of life experiences. The Soul is reflected through the personality until Soul integration is complete, at which time the personality is OverLighted and reflected by and through the Soul Self.
The SACRED WHITE COSMIC FIRE, Adamantine Particles, that you magnetize to you as an awakened Self-master must continually circulate. Only a certain amount; that which is appropriate for each Soul to integrate at their current level of en-Lighten-ment, can be stored within the physical vessel. The balance must be RAY-diated out into the world of form. The Supreme Creator is composed of infinite, indefinable Essence Power which is so overwhelming that you cannot even begin to imagine ITS magnitude. That wondrous Essence Power has been reduced within every dimensional level of Creation so that you, the Star Seed cocreators, may claim your portion of this magnificent, potential power.
Each human Being contains hundreds of possible personality traits which have been stored within the genetic structure –DNA – of his or her four-bodily systems: physical, mental, emotional and etheric. It is up to each person to determine which personality traits he or she will develop and present to the outside world. The faster you neutralize or harmonize your negative personality traits, the more quickly your godly potential or OverSoul / Higher Self will emerge. Only then will you gain access to your full potential as a cocreative master within the physical planes of existence.
Your planet is nowplugged directly into the heart-core of the Great Central Sun within the Milky Way Galaxy. The new cosmic waves of Creator Light are a great gift to the awakened Souls on planet Earth. Even though these refined, higher-frequency Rays are not being beamed directly into the lower Fourth- and Third Sub-Dimensional levels, the transforming frequencies of Light will gradually filter into and affect everyone and everything on and within the Earth.
Scientists have announced that a hydrogen wall barrier has been discovered at the edge of this solar system. These barriers are the membranes of Light that we have spoken of in the past. Science and spirituality are validating and merging many conceptual teachings and theories of the past as more human Beings tap into the resources of the Sacred Mind.
As a result of its alignment with the Galactic Center and attunement with the Great Central Sun of the Galaxy, the Earth is in the process of raising ITS frequency patterns – Soul Song – so it may return to ITS status as a Sacred Planet. This Sub-Universe is also being upgraded in vibrational frequencies as a result of being bombarded with the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light via our Universal Father/Mother God.
The Milky Way Galaxy is also divided into twelve sectors or quadrants, just as the universe is divided into Sub-Universal sectors. Each quadrant within the Galaxy have governing Councils of Light in multiples of twelve.Hopefully, you are gaining a better understanding as to the importance of the numbers twelve and 144, for these numbers apply to all of the “holograms of creation” throughout this Sub-Universe.

We are highly-evolved beings, and yet we still do not understand everything. We still have a type of mind, and our minds are not able to grasp everything about this universe and about Source, and that is because we are ninth-dimensional, and there are twelve dimensions. There are three dimensions that are higher than this one where we dwell in right now. What we have come to know through our experience is that we don’t need to know everything, and this is so true when it comes to humanity. You think you need to know everything, and that’s largely what your sciences are based upon.
You want to understand something so you dissect it. You want to prove something, so you do experiments until you get the proof you are looking for. There are things about life on Earth that are supposed to be unpredictable. You are supposed to be surprised. That is why your meteorologists cannot predict the weather with one hundred percent accuracy, and you cannot predict either everything that will occur. If you could, you would take the emotional component out of life there on Earth, and you really don’t want to do that.
Therefore, if we were human beings right now, we would embrace the not knowing. We would plan to be surprised, because we would know that the surprise is always better than what we could possibly imagine with our minds. This happens to us in the ninth dimension all the time. We a love surprise, and we get surprises often, but the difference between us and most humans is that we have embraced not knowing what’s going to happen fully, whereas most humans still like the comfort of being able to predict.
Now, those of you who are really smart understand that you are also creating your reality. That creation of your reality, however, needs to also remain open to the possibility that there’s something better for you than what you imagined. Therefore, your feelings are what matter most, because you can feel into a future experience and know you’re going to like it without knowing what it is. Some of you have had that feeling before, and you recognized that your feeling was right. Pay more attention to your feelings, and use your thoughts purposefully, but do not limit yourself to thinking.
Be aware that there are always energies coming in as well to support the creation of that which is unknown, that which is unpredictable, and those energies are the most fun to play with when you recognize that you have the ability to do so. And most people who are aware of the current energies are also aware of how they feel most of the time. Therefore, we invite you to get out of your minds, to let go, to surrender to the flow of the energies, and to keep up with them by slowing down, by feeling good, and by breathing consciously. And when you can do those things, you can have everything that you’ve ever wanted and some things that you didn’t even know you wanted until they showed up at your doorstep.

And on what you call Earth Day you give special attention and appreciation to your Mother Earth, and that is lovely. We know how easy it is to get caught up in what’s going on inside your heads and on your computer screens, and certainly inside your homes, your businesses, your offices, but when you do want to acknowledge Mother Earth as the beautiful, life-giving entity that she is, all you need to do is go outside and connect with some aspect of her.
Connect with her beauty and notice how immediately your vibration shifts. Give her praise and thanks every day, and look for opportunities to appreciate something about her as often as you can. We know you lead busy lives, and we know that you have a lot to do and a lot on your minds, and those are very good reasons to do exactly what we are saying. Nature tends to move very slowly. You don’t witness the grass growing, but you know it is growing. The same is true of the plants and the flowers, the fruit and the vegetables. They come in their own timing, and Mother Earth and Mother Nature are training you to be patient, to see your life in that way, and especially to not get so eager that you pick the fruit, the vegetable or the flower before it is ready.
When you try to force something into place in your life, or rush something along, you know what happens. It doesn’t go well, because you are micromanaging, because you are not willing to accept things as they are and enjoy the life that you do have as it is. And so you see, Mother Earth is not only the one who gives you everything, but she’s also teaching you and she’s sending you energies from her core. She has an electromagnetic field that surrounds her that is her aura that also gives you lots of different gifts all the time.
She gives you an opportunity to simplify things with the invitations that she sends to you, but you have to receive and accept those invitations, respond in the affirmative, and go and sit with her, be with her. Know that she is your soulmate as well as any human is. She is as precious to you as any animal friend could ever be, but you have to remember and take the time to connect with her. It is all up to you, and it always has been. So this day of Earth Day is a wonderful time for you all to reflect on all of that and to make every day Earth Day from now on. She’s there every day, giving you everything you need and more, and she asks for nothing in return.

We know that many of you have requests of the universe, Source, your guides, and even us that you would like our help with, and we want you to know that the best way we have of helping you is by reminding you of how this all works. Yes, you do come into a lifetime knowing that you are going to have certain traits and that you will be born into a family, a home, a neighborhood, a community, where you are bound to have certain experiences of life, and of yourself and others.
Once you have been incarnate for a while, and you play the game and follow the rules that society has laid out for you, oftentimes you realize that there is something more. Along with some of the major events that were scripted for this lifetime, there was also planned an awakening. You know this because you are awake, and that did not happen by accident. Once you become awakened, you realize that there are other ways of moving through the world, living your life, and realizing your dreams. There are ways that were not taught to you in school or in any other place where you could go to learn about how to navigate life in such a way that you can live joyously and freely.
Now for as long as humans have been there on Earth, you have looked to the stars, the skies, the heavens, for help, and we have always been offering that help energetically. We have always been listening and taking into consideration all of the requests that you have to live a better life there on Earth. But when we tell you how to do it yourselves, we truly are giving you the keys to the kingdom. We are revealing to you everything that hadn’t been taught to you previously by those who seemed to know all.
The way that we see it, from our vantage point, all you have to do now to receive what you want to receive and live the life you want to live is let go of anything that is resistant in nature. That of course includes your thoughts and beliefs, your emotions, but it also includes your judgments. You cannot want what someone else has, but also be in judgment of how they got it and truly be in alignment with living that life. And so, in order to manifest the life of your dreams, there is less that you have to do and more that you have to release.
If you are paying attention to what you are thinking and feeling, even if they seem entirely justifiable to you, and you are willing to let go of that which feels heavy to you, you can allow in some of those answered prayers. There will be some that you are not ready to receive yet, but then you have to trust and have faith that all of your prayers are being answered and everything is coming in the perfect timing. If you can do all of those things that we have just laid out for you, then you can live happily ever after and you can manifest the life of your dreams.
If you are getting tired of waiting around for one of these manifestations to emerge in the physical reality for you, then just go and have fun, or relax and look at the clouds while listening to the birds sing. Do not think that you have to be in manifestor mode all of the time in order to receive. By now you have led enough life in this lifetime to have asked for enough, to have created enough, so that you need to be more focused on the receiving mode that few people find themselves in on a regular basis. But it is so important to remember to receive, and that is why we are giving you this little reminder here and now.

We need to unite everyone, you are a team. I hope you are prepared for the transformation and also for leaving this three-dimensional experience field. We are the Galactic Fleet Command, and the scene that once appeared in this pipeline dream is a reminder to you.
When a transformation occurs, we will appear and everything will happen quickly. You know, many people have already woken up, including your family and friends.
They will gradually change their attitude towards life, even their way of life, if their soul plans to undergo this major transformation.
You are all the same as this pipeline, the people who walk in front and guide the way. So I also hope you don’t be afraid of our arrival, it’s best to be prepared to welcome us. We cannot tell you that we will appear today, tomorrow, or a specific day.
Because everything changes with the change of energy. And the specific time is not important either. The important thing is whether you are ready, integrated well enough, healed well enough, and able to truly adapt to new frequencies and new lives.
Remind you once again to focus on everything you like and want. Your attention is energy, a precious and scarce resource that is far more precious than so-called gold, silver, and jewelry.
This is because your attention is creative, and what you focus on is what you provide energy to. What you focus on, you will focus on what frequency and attract the same frequency.
