Most of the work you have to do there on Earth involves letting go of that which you have become attached to, and some of what you have become attached to are your beliefs and your judgments.
And as you let go of the ones that do not serve you, you make it easier on yourselves to move in that higher-frequency direction. So you want to go with the expansion, go with the flow, and letting go of that which is heavy that which is dark and that which is not serving you is the way to take those very natural evolutionary steps.
You don’t have to try, and you don’t have to struggle, and you don’t have to work very hard to make these things happen. It is as simple as letting go of that which doesn’t feel right to you anymore. And many of you have already let go of quite a bit in this lifetime, but you will continue to see elements of what you have yet to let go of showing up in your experience.
You will continue to have what you have yet to forgive come into your awareness. That which you judge will continue to show up until you let go of that judgment. That which you resist will continue to find its way into your experience until you drop that resistance. And so, you can become the very passive observer of your own process of becoming your higher self.

I wish to touch your hearts, and to tell you that all is well. Even though you may be experiencing hardship in your life, and even though you may be suffering, I want to tell you that you are fine. Please feel this reassurance coming to you from me.
I want to remind you of who you are in eternity. Remember the child that you just met in the meditation, and see its innocence. This child still has a sense of belonging; it is part of a greater whole. Now imagine that this child is embraced and received in a field of colors and energies — very loving and subtle energies. Give them to the child inside you.
As you see and feel these colors, and perhaps some of you hear a kind of music, please know that this is who you are. This is the energy that matches you, to which you belong, so allow that energy to work on you, to heal you.
In order to survive emotionally on Earth, you have built walls around yourself, because you needed to become shielded against the outside world. But these walls, these shields, are now hurting you, because they prevent you from truly living, from truly experiencing life, from truly experiencing joy. These walls and these shields are made from fear, and what happens to many people who carry a high and refined energy in their heart, is they try to protect themselves by building these walls.
And why do they do this? Because they experience the outside world as aggressive or hostile; they feel a need to withdraw from the world. And what you can see happening in their auric field is that their energy goes upward; it withdraws into the higher energy centers. Their energy becomes concentrated in the areas of the heart, the third eye, and the crown chakra. But below, from the waist downward, there is a relative emptiness in their energy field. There is a lack of groundedness, a lack of connection to Earth.
There is also a lack of connection with one’s own emotions. Highly sensitive people often become too much involved with other people’s feelings. They feel other people’s moods and energies to the extent of merging with them, no longer knowing the difference between the other person and themselves, and this causes physical disturbances. Their energy becomes drained, and they lose touch with their own passion, their own will, so to speak. They almost topple over, because the upper half of their energy field is much more full than the lower half.
There is confusion in the hearts of many highly sensitive people. The emptiness that is there in the lower part of their aura also has to do with self-doubt and insecurity about who they are. Highly sensitive people often do not feel at home in this world, and they seek to get recognition and affirmation by helping other people.
When they are doing this, one part of them is the teacher, who they truly are, but another part is a lost inner child who does not know its way in this world. The teacher inside you knows that it is here to introduce a new vibration into the world. This teacher inside you knows how to let go and to not expect too much from others, but the lost inner child needs results and needs affirmation from other people. And this is how you enter into a very painful dance with the external world.
This also happens in your intimate relationships. You are able to merge deeply with another person, but you often lose touch with yourself in this merging. So it is vitally important that highly sensitive people embrace themselves as a separate person.
A child is not meant to merge with other people, and especially not with adults. A child should be more on the receiving end in its childhood. It is new in this world and should be allowed to discover itself fully, to understand that it has boundaries, and be allowed to explore reality. But this very basic sense that belongs to a child, of being the center of the world, the center of the universe, often gets lost in highly sensitive children; they feel fragmented from the beginning.
You are here on Earth to learn how to cope with the difference in vibration between you and the world outside you. I tell you that you are the teachers of the future, and you are now learning how to be one. And as you take on emotional burdens from your environment, and you partly lose yourself in them, you become deeply acquainted with being human. But you are meant to go through this stage. You are meant to heal the lower half of your energy field, to heal your own inner child, and then your teaching mission can start to unfold.
I ask you to again look at your inner child, and to take a particular situation in your everyday life where you find that your energy is drained, where you are losing too much energy, or where you feel that your energy is not truly appreciated or received. Now look at what is happening on the energy level. Is your inner child hoping for a kind of recognition from this environment or these people? Is it making itself small to get this recognition?
Imagine that you, the teacher in you, put your arms around this child so it feels protected. And you tell this child: “I have for you what you need. Come to me for love and appreciation. I am your parent; I am your guide.” And sense how the child relaxes into your arms. It has been such a struggle for this child to emotionally survive by trying to get recognition from outside itself. This is what causes you to sometimes be so tired and drained. And feel how strong the teacher energy in you already is; you are wise and you are experienced.
Now imagine, once you have fully embraced your child and it knows that it belongs to you, that you again look at the situation from your everyday life. How would the teacher in you handle this situation? What would it do? It may be that you need to express more clearly what you want or what you feel; or maybe you need to leave that situation altogether. But you can only truly see the essence of this situation when you look at it from the position of the teacher inside you.
And finally, I would like to say that high sensitivity is a gift. It enables you to understand people deeply, and it also enables you to appreciate beauty in a very sophisticated way. But in order for this gift to flower, you need to be able to own your energy. So imagine there are these beautiful and subtle energies in your heart, but at the same time you have firm boundaries around you. You also know you have a wounded inner child inside you; you are aware of this as you enter into relationships, and you take care of your inner child.
As you do this, the need to build walls or create shields becomes less and less. You do not need to protect yourself against hostile energies so much – your self-awareness becomes your protection. You are more deeply aware of who you are, both your light, your greatness, and your wounded parts. And because of this self-awareness, you will no longer uncritically absorb so many energies. You will no longer take so much responsibility, and you will play more.
I started by saying I am here to bring you the energy of joy and lightness – and I mean it. I want you to now feel this energy, the joy and lightness that is there for you. You are meant to enjoy life on Earth.
Some of you who are on the spiritual path become too serious about their mission, so to speak, but do not forget to enjoy life, too. You are meant to receive as much as to give. You are meant to recapture that childlike innocence and celebrate life, without constant worry about the future.
Connect again with the child, but now with that part which is capable of play and carefree joy. Ask the child if there is one thing you can do for it on a daily basis that will make it happier. You are this child’s parent, so you are meant to heal it, to comfort it, but you are also allowed to spoil it a bit; to let it have fun and enjoy itself, because it is so beautiful and innocent.

An unexpected event occurred. I am not referring to God bringing someone into my sight in an incredible way – of course, this is unexpected.
I am referring to when I realize that resistance is futile, decide to submit, turn around, embrace and welcome that energy with open arms – then – something unexpected happens.
I have observed that one of my physical and mental issues has been corrected. In short, it means that my sexual frigidity has been healed invisibly. If it weren’t for the comparison of healing, I would have almost forgotten that there was another problem in my life journey. The meaning of “life journey” is that before healing, that problem has always been present.
After realizing this transformation, I spent some time perceiving: whether to write it down or not, take a note. I think we should write notes. This means something to me. Perhaps it also has enlightenment for destined female compatriots. Now I understand/see that sexual frigidity is a physical and mental state that is a protective mechanism of the body itself, or in other words, an automatic defense.
The reason is simple: fear. Lack of security. I certainly know where my problem comes from. This is the behavior pattern exhibited by my dearest father, the first man from the source of my life, during his youth when he treated the supreme woman from the source of my life, my dearest mother, leaving an indelible mark on my life.
During my college years, I had a boyfriend who lived in a different place, far and wide, rarely had gatherings, and my relationship issues remained unresolved; Later on, I started working and had a husband.
The marriage lasted for 8 years in name (2012-2020), but in reality, the last two years were a difficult period for me.
My energy no longer supported the form of marriage. In the first six years, our time together was actually very limited. Xiaobu’s father spent most of his time in school under the guise of work, and his companionship with us was rare.
The most important thing (not to say he’s not a good person) is that he has a closed heart. He chooses to believe that he is not loved (except for his mother). I often feel the vibration of love surging towards him in my heart, like encountering an airtight tin bucket.
It can be imagined that with such a husband, can sexual coldness improve? No problem. Sometimes it also hurts. I can’t stand being in the same room with him for the next two years, even though there are few gatherings in front.

After regaining my freedom, I entered my three-year period of intensive cultivation and recuperation. God probably saw me pass the test and unexpectedly pulled someone out of the universe in an incredible way, as if saying, “See if this is your dish.”. I am very grateful to God, and I am also grateful for his presence here, allowing me to see that I can still love. I love.

Jointly creating this new Earth, these guardians have always been its defenders and promoters, so its implementation is clearly carried out with the assistance of the entire hierarchical system, parents, and all those involved in this project.
These towns are being activated, whirlpools, let’s better call them, they are whirlpools like a giant ship.
The entire universe is holographic. All 36 dimensions are holograms. We are moving towards a new matrix, a new system, a new reality, with great beings accompanying us. Others go to their major planets, to their systems of origin.
The reality of the new Earth has also been assisted. It also has its guardians. Because every reality always has guardianship, which is helpful for them. Because they do not believe that they have reached their peak by entering a dimension or a higher reality.
This is a big step, but there is still a long way to go in this universe.
We transition to the fifth dimension and cross the fourth dimension, with a total of 36 dimensions. In the universe, everything is evolution, everything is learning, and every reality has its own difficulty or what they call learning level. So we are evolving, we are walking.
We can coexist easily because reality is created by our great stellar consciousness. We can live together in higher dimensions. Living in the fifth, sixth, and seventh.
The material reality of this entire 36 dimensional holographic universe.
Everyone has their own matrix or grid, program, and we are on the road to this new reality. Improving their frequency level is the fundamental foundation for them to coexist or live in this new reality. Because please remember, everything in the universe is frequency and vibration.
All those who increase their frequency and consciously connect to this new reality will be there, while those who do not increase their frequency will continue their evolutionary path. Nothing happened because every soul is the master of free will destiny, and free will is the law that governs this universe.
My dear people, the Star City is now preparing to fully unite with everyone. We will live together in a reality. They will no longer need to stay inside. They will all be at the same height and in the same reality, coexisting as stellar beings and light beings, and they are all in this new reality.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
We are here to tell you about the month of April 2024 and what you can expect from the supporting energies. You can expect these energies to come from not only your sun but also your Earth and from all of your cosmic, galactic friends and family members. We are all banding together to help humankind, and the energies of April will be there to support you in raising your vibration, raising your level of consciousness and taking the next step on the ladder of your ascension.
This means that you can grow in leaps and bounds throughout the month of April, especially if you are aware of the opportunities to do so. The opportunities will show up in a variety of ways, and you will be given many opportunities to go to the next level of your consciousness. You will be continuously nudged towards the thoughts, the words, and the behaviors that will bring you into a higher-vibrational state, and anything that is taking you in the opposite direction will stick out more like a sore thumb to you.
Being awake and aware, as you are, will assist you in reversing any tendency that you have to move in the lower-vibrational direction. You have a tendency to notice more often when you are in a lower-vibrational place because it feels so off to you. You are more likely to detect a thought or a belief that doesn’t serve you because you are so accustomed to moving in the right direction now. You are so awake and continue to become more and more aware of when you are moving towards the light, towards your fifth-dimensional higher self.
What all of this means for you in your physical day-to-day lives is that you will also be able to make giant steps forward in projects that you have, goals that you have set for yourselves, businesses that you have wanted to start, books that you have wanted to write. You’re going to get the nudges from your guides, from the faerie realm, from your higher selves, from so many different places and helpers that you will notice that the muses are around, and they are in fact a joyous group who want to co-create with you, who want to give you those inspired thoughts, those ideas that you can and want to act upon.
And so, April is a month for you to expect great things, to expect that which you have been waiting for and to feel supported every step along the way, as we wish you to feel all the time. But because you know about this element of the month of April, now you can open up more and you can see yourselves more, moving in the direction that you truly want to go in this lifetime of ascension. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are not here to tell you what to do. We like to offer teachings, which you can view as suggestions. You can see us as wise, old friends that you can learn something from, and you can benefit from our experience, but we are not here to tell you what to do. We do understand the value of self-reflection, of the inward journey, and we encourage you to move in the direction of your inner self, because we know that many of the answers that you seek arise in the moment that you need that answer, that you need that direction.
They come in a variety of different forms, but do recognize that your spirit guides, the universe, and Source Energy are always communicating with you, always giving you that in the moment feedback that you want and need. And so, you can follow teachings and participate in spiritual practices. You can develop your gifts and abilities, but at the end of the day you’ve got to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you in each and every moment if you are going to live a life of joy, love, peace, freedom, creativity and abundance.
You all want those things, to a certain extent. In one way or another, no matter how you define those things, you all want them. And so, you must listen to what’s going on inside of you in order to know whether or not you’re pointing yourself in the right direction. Now, this also holds true when it comes to the wide array of teachings, predictions, and beliefs that are being handed to you on a silver platter by so many different teachers and gurus out there in the world today. If you do not like someone else’s version of reality, then recognize that you don’t have to adopt it as your own.
Use the feeling test to tell yourself whether you want to adopt that person’s perspective, even if that person is a channeler, and even if they are channeling higher-dimensional beings and collectives. You get decide, and you not only get to decide, but you have to decide, because your life is a choice. Being there was a choice, and you continue to make choices about your lives, and when you listen to your inner guidance you are making the most informed choice you can possibly make. Now, something that felt good yesterday might not feel good today. What changed? You did.
You’re different today than you were yesterday, and so you’ve got to listen to the guidance that coming to you from within, rather than using your mind to tell yourself that if it felt good yesterday, then it must still be good today. That’s not true of food. Something can be good one day and rotten the next. Your outer reality will always be giving you those types of hints and clues as to the bigger truths of your world. Listen up and listen often, because those messages continue to pour in, and you’ve got to make yourselves available to those messages in order to receive them and act upon them accordingly.
You are already doing a wonderful job of this, but you can always go further and deeper, and sometimes you need these reminders, especially when you are living in a time when you are bombarded by so much information and so many different perspectives all the time. Listen to your heart, your gut, your feelings, your instincts, your impulses, and your intuition, and give everyone else the freedom to do the same with themselves and their lives. And you can all live joyously and harmoniously there on Mother Earth.
