You must try to make your thoughts, actions and words conform to the greatest good you know. As you do so, you align with the divine inner self, and you align with your true source of power.

When you want to change the world around you and others, you do a little bit of good, but there is a lot of harm. You’re exhausted, and it doesn’t help. When you try to change yourself, you will find that you have succeeded. You will find joy, peace and self love. And, like miracles and magic, when you change yourself, the world around you will change, and your surroundings will become a place of more joy, peace and friendship.

As you raise your awareness and heal yourself, give yourself time to think over and over again: what is the one thing you particularly want to do for the world What message do you have for the world When you leave here, what gifts can you leave to make you feel satisfied and complete?

01 Human History

（the Earth Human has been tinkered with, toyed with, manipulated, used and abused and then rescued and healed and used and abused all over again countless times since the beginning of the story of the planet. And the ones that have acted upon Earth humans in this fashion have been the other, more technologically advanced, galactic civilisations.

Now, you see, there are certain spiritual councils that order the universe. There is a council of wise and beautiful spiritual beings that order each planet, each solar system, each galaxy… and so on. And the planetary council for planet Earth came to the decision a little while ago that Earth would cease to be interfered with until such time as the bearers of the light of will upon the planet – the humans – could come to unity on who and what they are. What they stand for. What they choose. What they believe in.

They must decide are they, collectively Service to Other, Service to Self or of unity consciousness. They must decide if their path is technological, religious or spiritual. There are a variety of such choices and they must make up their collective minds.

And so the decision was made and we, the Pleiadian civilisation, were honoured by the request that we should lead the imposition of a quarantine upon the planet until such time as humanity has made their decision.

The point is we were asked to make sure that the other space races got off the planet… and stayed off. As the founder-members of a federation of galactic races that join together for mutual benefit, protection and support, we lead a group of races in a mission to create a “quiet space” upon Earth until Earth had come to its decision point.

There was one race that didn’t like that at all. They are recorded in the most ancient of your writings as the Anunaki. But actually that word is a kind of a syncretism as the ancients used it to refer to all the space races that were active upon planet Earth. And there were many. Back then, often quite a few space races were active in any given civilisation at any time. But, for the sake of convention we’ll call these particular ones (that are known amongst Pleiadians as the Red Star people) by the name used in your ancient writings… the Anunaki.

And it was so that these Anunaki actually rebelled against the will of the planetary council and, believe it or not, went to war with us to resist being evicted from the planet. It was quite a shambles as our primary objective was to cease all further traumatisation of humanity and they were willing to use humanity as a pawn in their game of resistance. If we attacked them directly in their positions we would cause far more traumatisation than they ever had! So we would not do t

In the end there really was only one strategy that we could use that wouldn’t compromise our own mission. We couldn’t get them off Earth by attacking them on Earth. We tried blockading them with a seige but they just dug in and entrenched themselves even further as gods. They had little god-kingdoms dotted all over the planet. And then they’d play chess with each other. But the games played out on bloody battlefields with humans as the chess pieces. This was their entertainment and sport. When they weren’t teaching humans how to bow and scrape and sing songs of praise and worship to please their refined ears, they were bludgeoning masses of humans against each other. So we certainly couldn’t just leave them on the planet either!

Not only were they in contravention of the planetary council, not only had they attacked us and placed themselves on a war footing with us, but they were also behaving in a truly monstrous fashion. And so desperate measures were called for. We attacked them where it would really hurt. Their home planet.

I won’t get into all the intrigues but you should understand that the Anunaki gods that were upon the planet at the time were like minor royalty from the Red Star home world. Petty princes and princesses. They were left to get up to whatever they wanted and, in their boredom, they played upon the Earth.

When the Federation’s warships arrived in the environs of the Anunaki home world, their king was suddenly willing to enter talks. Suddenly very amenable. And suddenly willing to send instruction to his errant family members that they should extricate themselves from planet Earth and return home poste haste. He gave them a tight timeline and that was that.

One on the Anunaki gods in his mighty and godly fashion, decided if he had to leave earth that he would wipe out his whole creation on his way out! Including his own tribe that had worshipped him and done his every bidding. He decided to destroy them and everything else that he could possibly destroy. It’s a little challenging not to get upset at such a wantonly, callously destructive mindset.

Our little dictator had access, you see, to certain tools that could be used for weather control. Which is another long story which, if I told you, you simply would not believe me. But the point is he manipulated the weather to bring maximal destruction upon his own people.

Another of the Anunaki, in fact a brother to the insanely destructive one, decided to try ameliorate the harm and so warned some of the people of what his brother was planning. The result is the ancient myth of the great flood and the man who built the ark.

The story, as it is now available to you in your various religious texts has become profoundly mythologised, of course.

In truth, the flooding was really quite localised. The whole world was not covered in water. I should hope a little deductive reasoning would make it apparent that there is not enough water on the planet to flood the planet.

We have been keeping the rest of the galaxy off humanities bit of turf while they have slowly detraumatised themselves, slowly began to find themselves and slowly began to make up their own minds about who and what they are.

It’s been several thousand years that we have kept it up. And in that time, you have had very little interference indeed. A remarkably good quarantine has been maintained for all this time. We are not perfect. We do not draw an utterly impermeable boundary around the Earth. Sometimes something happens and an Earth Human encounters a being from another galactic civilisation. This is often by mistake.

（Today I will be addressing the living members of the ancient bloodline families. Those ones who are sometimes called by other names such as, the Illuminati, The Powers That Be, The Ruling Elite, The Cabal and a few other, less charitable, terms that I shan’t mention.

To be clear: I am not now addressing the rich and powerful who regularly appear in the press. Political leaders, religious leaders and the heads of multinational corporations are not the ones who truly run planetary affairs. These are people who come and go with time. But, be that as it may. The bloodline family members know who they are. And it is they whom I address today. Though I do suspect that this open letter will be of great interest to many others besides. It is intended, especially, that Starseeds and Lightbringers take note of this communiqué.

A: As a true unity conscious being, I know that I should include all polarities, including light and darkness. I completely accepted myself. I don’t love one part of myself more than the others. These ancient families also have agricultural chains, arms industries that produce weapons of war, and they have politicians

I can go on. The point is that they have almost everything.

Their goal: to achieve global dominance through financial control.

The Central Bank of the United States, commonly known as the Federal Reserve Bank, is an abbreviation for the Federal Reserve Bank. As a result, the Fed is close to a Illuminati bank. Although there are many such family banks, the Fed has contractual ties with a special group of Illuminati families. Let’s call them the red shield group. We’re going to spend a little more time talking about different groups.
The red shield is one such alliance, which largely controls the United States and Western Europe. There are other alliances that control the rest of the world.

For example, there is an alliance that I call the gold group. I call them that because they believe it’s wrong to get the world’s financial system out of the gold standard. They always say that would cause the problems we see now. The power base of the gold group was originally the ancient Byzantium. Now it is mainly Russia and Russia’s satellite countries.

There is also an alliance, which I call jade group. In fact, this is an ancient family, which has always regarded China as its territory. There are other leagues, but for the sake of simplicity, we are only focusing on these three major players in today’s briefing.

05 The American Elections

Many people have seriously damaged the red shield plan. But not many people are as catastrophic as the brave young Snowden.
First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the loss of red shield on the world stage. I believe you’ve been following a war report called the Islamic state (is).
One of the main aims of the Islamic state is to seize control of Syria from the gold community. The country has always been an asset pursued by the non aligned families of the gold group. Maybe you remember President Obama wanted to wage war on Syria in 2013? Of course, he was ordered to do so, so he showed the nation what he called the red line. He told the world that the Syrian government’s use of poison gas on its own people is a good reason for war. The problem is that Americans just say “no” to him. It’s one of the amazing moments that outsiders seem so wonderful. When the people of the world simply claim their power, the Illuminati silences them.
The second advantage is that Islamic States enable them to contribute to the migration crisis in Europe.
The red shield’s strategy is to fill Europe with immigrants and then trigger events that lead to anger between immigrants and residents. It’s not hard. The cultural, socio-economic and religious differences between the two different ethnic groups provide ample opportunities for this. Add a little heat and a little friction, and people will explode soon.
The plan was to start a civil war across Europe.
The “only obvious answer” would be to establish a European defence force. A single army of European armies, which will report to the Political Bureau of the European Union. The army’s top priority is to quell violence, strengthen peace and maintain stability. With this army, the old European borders will eventually become history and form. Red shield will eventually gain control of Europe. A country; a currency; a supreme government that is neither elected nor accountable to the people of Europe, has an army to carry out their will.
Like the EU, one by one, the EU has become an anti democratic superpower: the head of state is not elected and therefore not subject to its subjects.
However, the backyard caught fire. The first is the brexit referendum. From the perspective of red shield, it’s a disaster. Second, the European people simply don’t play the game as they want. Too many Europeans have become less tolerant and more nationalistic. They began to insist on the return of the border. Some countries refuse to accept refugees. There are more ideological divisions in Europe now than at any time in the past few decades. What’s more, with the new election going on, it’s becoming more and more obvious that the whole opening is an absolute disaster for the red shield.
And the bad news is not over. At the same time, the gold community began to take control of Syria. Instead of allowing the fake war against the Islamic state to continue, they fought a real war against the red shield. All of a sudden, the Islamic state does not seem to be the indomitable enemy you believe it is. When the Russian army attacked, the Islamic state collapsed. As a result, the gold group is winning the war in Syria. Now the situation is that the regime in Syria will not change.
To make matters worse, Turkey, a key red shield asset (a direct supporter of the Islamic state), is making noises about its desire to join the gold group!

06 The False Political Dichotomy of Left Versus Right

Politicians are not going to provide answers for your salvation. Whether it’s personal, national, or global. It’s not up to them to save the world! It must be up to you to save the world! Individual and collective you. The higher the vibration frequency of your consciousness, the more powerful you can create If you know how to do it.

(Mr. trump is not a servant of the red shield Illuminati. The Illuminati did its best to prevent him from winning the election. As they spared no effort to put Hillary in the White House, their attention was diverted to other things. So if you focus on world affairs and not just the U.S. election, you may have noticed that the world is coming back from the brink of doom.

Let me repeat: the result of this election is not a happy one. It does not mean that an angel of light has been elected president, but it must be a great relief. The red shield Illuminati has been defeated. This is their second big defeat, the first before that was the brexit referendum.
In a way, they lost a puppet president,
For most of the election process, trump, the dark horse, was seen as a joking candidate. In fact, he is a steadfast and unaffected candidate.
Have you noticed that? His exercise of presidential privileges completely changed the course of the world, but there was little media coverage. Only the most careful would realize that he ended the TPP.
(the trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) combines the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan and other countries along the Pacific coast into a single alliance of many countries under its rule.)
The idea of red shield is to eventually integrate the EU and TPP countries into a red shield empire that spans half the world and integrates most of the financial, military and strategic forces. In this way, they will conquer and smash other Illuminati factions (especially Russia and China) and realize their dream of full world domination.
From the very beginning, Mr. trump has made it clear that he supports peace with Russia – even cooperation. It’s not a puppet – it’s a peaceful trade and partnership. The head of state and the head of state in the world can’t bear the double nuclear shield now, because it’s too possible for the head of state to recover from the red shield of the world when it launches a nuclear bomb.
Politicians are not going to provide answers for your salvation. Whether it’s personal, national, or global. It’s not up to them to save the world! It must be up to you to save the world! Individual and collective you. The higher the vibration frequency of your consciousness, the more powerful you can create If you know how to do it.
“Times make heroes.”. And trump is the man created by this situation. No matter what he has done or is doing He made the United States again avoid being a tool for the red shield’s destructive plans.
Perhaps it’s the reason why almost all the large-scale wars have raged around the world since the dark ages: the great depression and various other financial disasters; the 9 / 11 attacks; the AIDS epidemic; and many other “less successful” and failed epidemics. All of this confusion (and more) was created by the red shield’s attempt to eliminate things that didn’t work out for them.

07 The Starseed Contract and Planetary Ascension

First Part, The Invitation

The core of the interstellar seed contract: you will live on that strange planet, live in that alien culture, and restore yourself to your previous state of consciousness.

Maybe you can’t intuitively understand what a great gift you’re offering. But you see, because everything is one, what you do to yourself, you do the same to others. If you do this self healing work on earth, then you provide the same path of self healing that you have taken for others on earth, and you don’t even have to say a word to others. When you are in their planetary consciousness grid, just healing yourself is in itself a great gift to their civilization.

In fact, earth is considered the most difficult task of all planets.

Earth humans successfully ascended through in situ. This is crucial for the entire galaxy. This is an unprecedented attempt. If successful, it will irreversibly change the interplanetary relationship of the galaxy. It will end, once and for all, the interplanetary war that raged from the beginning.

The Second Part, The Shattering

The most difficult part of the fulfilment of a Starseed contract comes first. In order to lower ones spiritual vibration from the high 4th, 5th or perhaps even 6th density at which you resided prior to the commencement of your contract, to the low 3rd density at which you must enter your service upon the Earth, you first need to go through a process called The Shattering.

The terms of each Starseed’s shattering are agreed to upfront by the Starseed with their spirit guides and Returning Masters on hand to advise them. In principle one would have to have two experiences. One being a victim experience and the other being a perpetrator experience. But these would have to be sufficiently shocking to the Starseed that they would cause a shattering of their belief in their own goodness and the goodness of others. In essence, the Starseed’s belief in their own inherent divinity and the inherent divinity of all others is what is shattered. To cease to see yourself as a part of the eternal Oneness and to see oneself instead as a mere object of creation is the end-goal. And with that, of course, to believe that all others around you are similarly just mortal, lost, powerless little creations.

Without this Shattering you cannot lower your consciousness to the deep duality of the 3rd density – the vibratory frequency of Earth. And if you do not lower your frequency, you cannot be born upon the Earth as one of them: as an Earth human. And so it is that you agreed to this. You agreed to, and contracted for, the Shattering.

Being brutalised by others. Raped, tortured, abused. Being burned at the stake as a witch. Being subjected to iterative atrocities as a soldier – or as a civilian caught in a war. Being buried alive. Being rejected by your tribe to starve alone in the wilderness. These kinds of victimising experiences are the first part of the shattering. A part that allows the Starseed to believe that others are evil, wicked, not to be trusted, not worthy of love.

And then, with their faith in others broken, the Starseed will be willing to defend themselves against the other. To lash out at the other in self-defence. And so, usually in a separate lifetime, Starseeds also find themselves perpetrating abuse and cruelty upon others. Using their natural gifts and powers to victimise others in their community. Leading others astray for their own ego gratification. Wreaking havoc. Causing harm. And arriving at the end of that lifetime with sufficient evidence to come to a belief that they themselves are wicked and unworthy of love.

And so The Shattering is concluded. It might take as little as a lifetime or two, but usually a few more. But the point is that Starseeds then find themselves inhabiting the same duality consciousness that everyone else inhabits at the 3rd density upon Earth. Then they are ready for the next phase.

The Third Part, The Repair

At some point, when they are ready to hear it, each Starseed feels a call inside their hearts to Remember. To reach beyond the trauma of the Shattering for the transcendent awarenesses that bring healing. The truth of the Oneness of all. The deeply held ancient teachings of their people. The vibration of their home planet. These things, along with contracted promptings and reminders (such as this very transmission, of course!) all assist Starseeds to actively engage their own healing.

And so the Repair begins. It is slow, patient work. There are no short-cuts and no quick fixes. But I will say that the core of the process is self-love. Self-love which allows the Starseed to find their heart-connection again. To reach beyond the layer of hurt inflicted during the Shattering to their deepest, most ancient knowing.

But no Starseed was ever promised that it would be easy. Quite the opposite. It is a challenge worthy of the bravest of souls. And even the bravest are tested to their limits. Even the wisest and the most spiritually connected can get lost in this place. Sometimes wandering for tens, hundreds or even thousands of lifetimes in a state of deep amnesia and spiritual distress before they can be assisted to remember. It happens. But, whatever the case, those who stay the course all eventually do awaken, heal themselves right to their previous vibratory level and return Home.

The Forth Part, The Gift Giving

Before we can speak of The Return, I must first address The Gift Giving.

You see, healing yourself is, in itself, already a wondrous gift. When you do, you work a pathway in consciousness that then becomes easier for others to follow. By healing yourself, you heal others without even trying. And, as previously mentioned, most of you will, by default, also offer all kinds of wonderful and loving gifts to those who co-habit your reality just because that is the kind of being you are.

So it is so that, when healed, when ready to return, it will be easy to argue that you will already have given your greatest gift to the Earth and its inhabitants. But for many of you this will not be enough. Many of you will step across the threshold, passing out of that life and then, soon after, find yourself disappointed with yourself. Many of you will say something like, “Oh, no, there was something really important that I wanted to do while I was still alive on Earth. I could have done it. I was there. I had everything I needed to do it… but I didn’t.”
Many of you will feel strongly enough about this that you will ask to return to incarnation. Some will return to that same incarnation, others will begin a new incarnation and yet others will have some alternative experience such as being a “walk-in” for example.

But I don’t wish to get bogged down in such details, as interesting as many of you will find them. The point is that I am inviting you to already become aware of this issue so that you can think about it now. As you raise your consciousness and heal yourself, give some time, now and again, to the thought: what one thing would you LOVE to do for this world… what message do you have to deliver to this world… what gift can you leave behind that will leave you feeling satisfied and complete when you walk away from here?
When The Repair and The Gift Giving is complete, The Return begins…

The Fifth Part, The Return

With the Return, the doors to the galaxy (and beyond) are thrown open to you. After successfully returning from a Starseed contract, especially a difficult contract deep in the densities of forgetting such as upon Earth, you have endless options as to where you will go next.

You have, no doubt, heard of the Ascended Masters? Well, you will join their ranks! And as such you are deemed to be a useful and desirable co-creator in any one of a vast array of places in the galaxy, performing any one of a vast array of roles. Just one of which is to play the role of Returning Master back upon your home planet: teaching, advising and guiding the next generation of prospective candidate Starseeds.

Many Ascended Masters choose to remain involved with their adopted planetary culture… in this case choosing to remain active as guides and teachers for souls incarnated here upon Earth.

But, given what the returning Starseed has been through, given the deep self-knowledge, the profound compassion and wisdom they will, by definition, have attained, they are free to explore innumerable alternate options. Some like to take a sabbatical period in which they simply travel the galaxy as an emeritus Starseed at large. Visiting inhabited planets, as their heart calls them to do. Bringing their gifts and their wisdom wherever they are called. And then, usually, finding a situation that suits their particular interests and abilities… a place to call home for the next step in their evolution on the journey to Oneness.

The Sixth Part, The Dissolution

But not every single Starseed completes their contract. Most do. But there is always a number who, for various reasons, do not.

As much as every Starseed is coached and prepared prior to their mission, I don’t think a single Starseed ever has completed their mission without many times crying out for assistance saying, “I didn’t know how hard this would be!” It is simply so that no amount of pre-mission coaching can fully prepare a soul for the shocks and rigours of, first, the Shattering and then the long lifetimes of deep isolation that come from being amongst those who are not of your own soul family.

For this reason, it is only fair that Starseeds must be able to exit their contract. It must be possible for the Starseed to say, “This is too much, I cannot go through with it!” And indeed, there is provision made for such a situation.

Into the life-map of every incarnation of every Starseed, a number of Exit Events are engineered. This matter is dealt with in some depth by my esteemed colleague, Master 8, a being who watches over all soul contracts in this reality. He speaks of this, also through Zingdad, in Book 1 of The Ascension Papers.

While I do advise you to read that material to gain a fuller understanding, what I will offer you for now is the simple awareness that each life contains pre-planned moments in which you are removed from the flow of your life, taken to stand before your masters and guides, reminded of what you signed up for, reminded of the importance of what you are doing, and then asked to affirm that you would like to continue your mission.

If you agree to continue, you are returned to that life-stream at a suitable moment, perhaps some time before the exit event, and this time you pass the exit event without being extracted. Which means that you will have no memory of the extraction. You will continue your mission without interference.

If you dissent and choose for the dissolution of your Starseed contract, then the Exit Event is fully enacted. That incarnation is terminated. To those who knew you in that life, it then appears that you died. Perhaps in some type of accident or some health trauma. You are then given a gentle and loving debrief and returned to incarnation amongst your own people in your native star system that you might return to your equilibrium and spiritual evolution.

This is not seen as failure and there is no ignominy inherent in taking an Exit Event. Much good would anyway have been accomplished by such a Starseed prior to that exit.

To avert confusion, I do wish to make it clear that no Exit Event is ever planned as a suicide. I have no judgement of suicide. But suicide does cause massive trauma to loved ones who remain behind. For this reason Exit Events are not planned in this way. Please do read the above mentioned section of Zingdad’s book if you require further understanding of this very sensitive subject.

（One of the most disturbing and controversial beings that ever lived on earth came to the end of his life. With the end of life on this earth being, everything is changing, the whole game is changing, and the direction of the whole history is changing.
Some of the prehistoric gods had a very high frequency of consciousness, and they really seemed to live forever. Because they will use herbal extracts, vegetable juice, sacred sexual energy, and sacred practice to keep their bodies young and energetic. They can slow down the aging process of the body and constantly bring more of their own sacred essence into these bodies, so they are beautiful, bright, intelligent and amazing beings.
And then there are other gods, who are completely low vibrational beings, in general, mortals like you and me, but with very high technology. Some of them have quite dark energy, which I think we can almost call evil. They will use what they know to imitate beautiful and bright beings, and they will find that they can prolong their life almost indefinitely, but in some very dark ways.
They found that they had access to negative spiritual entities. You might call these negative spiritual entities that you might call demons, really vicious spiritual entities. These entities let them use dark abusive rituals to torture their human attendants to release the painful energy that feeds these demons. Instead of using vegetable juice and herbs, they used blood sacrifice, blood rituals, or bathing or ingesting blood. They use those very scary, painful, shocking practices to prolong their lives, as I say, almost infinitely long.
So, a bright road, a dark road.
The high priests on the dark road can greatly prolong their life span, which can last hundreds or even thousands of years. They can bring innocent lives to the slaughterhouse to torture and slaughter through the network of attendants through contact with those dark demonic entities, by participating in the dark and evil rituals, and through the network of attendants. That’s the real origin of these vampires, not the sexy stuff you see in TV movies. This is a very abominable and evil thing.
So, this is the vampire story now. They are also selected blood families, chosen by some aliens as carriers of alien knowledge, and these blood families are set to eventually own the entire planet. A particular family has been run for thousands of years by a particular vampire, who has kept himself alive for thousands of years, accumulating more and more power with the tools and technologies of the world bank system. I mean, they have a money supply chain that supports the world’s military.
One of the families run by this vampire, which we call the red shield family, has almost Western Europe and North America.
That alliance, I think you will call NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), is the vampire’s personal plaything. The existence is strong enough to decide to wage war against non aligned countries, especially Russia. He is planning a third world war.
